What an incompetent fix. They fixed the scoring issue by zeroing out any hostiles already killed before counting stopped. So you get to kill all over again and spend the resources and speed ups used to repair your ship.

so in other words, we have to do over again, that which we already did and received 0 points for in events or dailys, on our time and dime. including hours of mining 6* (recalled my miner from a 6* node AFTER midnight re-set that did not count towards dailys. This was AFTER I claimed an away team mission which did count towards dailys). Re-set on a 6* crystal node, and recalled at 6am with over 400K, and that didn't count either. Plus faction hostiles already done this morning and stopped scoring at 32 points....

Stefan's Savage Bug List - May 2026 End of Arc Edition

It's been a dramatic month.

On the positive side, half of the savage bugs listed last month have been resolved. It would only take one more month like that to get the game state back to January levels. Somebody has clearly put some serious effort here. I even noticed a stealth fix released on a Sunday. So I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved!

Despite this, player sentiment around bugs is bad. There are two reasons for this. The first is that the new arc focuses on wave defense. By far our most time sensitive PvE mechanic. So the top 1% of players (the only ones who can actually engage in the new arc) felt the impact of existing bugs a lot more.

The second reason is the disaster that's been event and task scoring. We've had new ones launch and not work for anyone, we've had entire servers or regions having issues and many instances of things randomly not scoring for one person. I have a policy of not covering short lived bugs. So most of these issues don't make it onto the savage bug list. But that last one is something I can't ignore.

When someone purchases a pack there are logs to ensure their account received the items they paid for. So if there are any issues they can go to customer support and get that resolved. So far so good. But events are frequently designed to encourage players to go buy a pack. The new alliance tournament tasks are a very clear example of that, with a typical spend of $200 required to complete them. But the kind of logs that cover your purchase of items don't appear to exist for events and tasks. So when issues happened, customer support were unable to verify specific instances and did not provide appropriate compensation. Leading to refunds and high spenders quitting. Given how business critical event driven spending is, I can't imagine why this oversight has been allowed to persist so long.

The ship was at level 21. These Revenant parts are difficult to accumulate. I would have not scrapped at all if I had known that I would have a much weaker ship than before. This ship was my strongest ship. It will definitely be a struggle not having accessible anymore.

Hi Folks, I’m from Server 31 and I don’t know if this is where to report persistent issues but hoping so judging by the channel name. I’ve been seeing an issue for a while in the far right part of Alliance Starbase that traps you when you zoom in one of the modules. It’s a futile user journey in a UX context. It’s not a freeze which makes it all the more unusual that it requires you to restart the game to escape the screen. Try at your peril, not that it damages your game, but it’s in Alliance’s right side where all the tactical stuff, and it’s the module with the three vertical spinning pillars. Thanks for reading, and I hope this part of the game can be fixed.

Oh, and also, the Alliance Starbase really doesn’t like low graphics. It blasts the screen pure red, sometimes other colours. Hoping they can be addressed to as I like to scale down quality a little sometimes to speed things up when things get busy. Thanks!

The game is basically unplayable, which lately is standard. Lag, scoring issues and broken programming they consistently ignore alongside ever increasing desperate pay walls for everything. 6 battle passes a month amounting to 600 USD or150 USD if you go non elite and all while the programmers cause more problems each and every day. That’s normal. The Squall starts out as a very weak miner for every grade except Epic Transogen. You have to complete several levels of research before it will outspace a faction miner for non-Epic grades of Transogen. It has its own research tree specifically for non Epic mining speed. Leveling and research go hand in hand.

Ship ability timer bug is back with avengeance. This time I used the grav blast, returned to base and watched it count down to 0 and go grey as the ship is docked. Swapped to Excelsior and used it's decloak ability, then swapped back to change crews and the timer showed -19. Only way to reset it is to quit and restart the game.
This also happened yesterday with my Vindicator and it's Taunt ability.

About 3-4 days ago I bought 2 missions at once from the holodeck, both were successfully bought and disappeared from the menu.
Only one of the missions ended up in my missions tab, I can no longer buy or complete the "Comparative Xenobiology" mission, and have no way to finish this arc's "Complete Missions SMS" event.
I didn't know at the time (as there is no indicator anywhere) but I was close to the mission limit (1 space left), so I'm assuming there's an issue with how the game checks/updates the limit when buying the missions from the holodeck.

There's a visual bug when joining arena from territory, will leave a ghost behind no matter where you move to, happens when crossing over too. The station will show in territory but not atually be there.

MACO Recruiting Event reset my progress when the game hung while turning in Officer Depot Tokens. I went from 33K points to 3650 points and even the SMS reset. At least one other player on my server also has reported losing progress. He was 3rd place, i was 2nd place and now we are at bottom of rankings

Lag is horrible this morning.

Warping will show your ship in the old system and unable to move, give 'ship status' errors when you try to move, but only when it enters the new system does your ship location change.

I call cap! I think Scopely is cheating me. Im level 64... a Billion in power. Getting my azz handed to me by a Level 60... barely 630 million in power. We have the same Ships... Bird of prey. And his is somehow 3.7 billion to my 3.4 billion... both maxed out. Now... we both using exocomps so... either his is working and mine are inert. I believe everything on my account is inert. My ships are not fast.. even with a fast crew and all the research maxed. Ships are not powerful since they cant beat level 60s with no research behind them obviously at 630 million in power. On paper we are not even close when research is added. Yet... scopely wants me to believe I need more. I think scopely is cheating me.
