are you able to try on a different network connection? wifi vs data, etc, temporarily?

76% is "the client glitched in such a way that the servers are now refusing to talk to you", but usually logging in on a different connection clears its upset

I have nothing but assumptions and guess work, but the way it (usually) clears on a change of network/ip, it behaves like its a grey list, but that suggests that the client is capable of unintentionally tripping whatever security rules they have in place for it 😐

Just a heads up, the new people in charge of the community play mod are aware of what the issue is, its due to the game moving to Unity 2021.. just rename the version.dll to something else or add .old to the name and restart the client you should be good to go then

Possible bug: many of the xindi in the ops 34 and 35 now only give parsteel and in large quantities. This has changed the grind for 1 chest (500 scraps) from 1-2 hours to about 8 hours. I gave up after 60 scraps and 3 trips to base. No hostiles in any of the three systems have more than one xindi scrap after I got 60 scraps

Game crashes so bad my device care app on my phone is notifying me that I should shut down background permissions for STFC. I already have to restart the app sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row, random lockups, total crashes that shut the game right down. Etc etc etc.

Again actions speak louder than words. So far it's nothing but lip service promises Scopely is not making good on.

Companies fail because of this type of behavior.

Heck, contractors in my state end up arrested, going to court and jailed for taking customer money and not delivering the promised product.

Ripper mod no longer works. HOWEVER, v4.3 "kinda" works. I rolled back to 4.3 and game loads and works for the most part, but will sometimes crash in certain views (ie. system view/galaxy view/etc) if you use any hotkeys, even if they're disabled. So... better UI and the screen isnt cluttered, but your game may crash here and there depending on the keys you hit 😉

For PC users:
Apparently, Ripper's mod (for which he is no longer supporting STFC) isn't compatible with the current PC update. While not a perfect solution, you can get the PC version to run if you rename the "version.dll" file to something else. Hopefully, someone will identify the bug and will allow Ripper's mods to be reinstated.

Please read this carefully: If I go into the Prime Ex-Borg Reputation pack it shows that I will be receiving Prime Orbit Medallions which is what the Prime Ex-Borg Ordinance research requires. Can't login on the game via PC because the launcher seems to be busted, it asks me to repair it. Which I've done 3 times now.

Already tried requesting full refunds and account deletion haven’t heard back from customer support yet, apple says no dice on my Game Center purchases so I still went ahead and filed reports via apple on the developers and tribbleshoot won’t process direct refunds for my xollia purchases so have to wait for customer support to tell me in the next 72 hrs sorry your game wouldn’t update and load even though you did all the trouble shooting we advised you to do and the game still won’t load up for you 16 hours later and now your 24hr shield is dropped so your just feeding the hungry trolls on your server

Tried deleting game files and cache and redownload the game 3 times using cell data and 2 different high signal strength Wi-Fi’s, nothing, stuck at loading screen trying to download last undetermined number but just keeps spinning
