Lag is terrible. It’s bad in general, really bad every single arcfall but now it’s making the game unplayable.
It results in ships stuck in battle, scores not being counted and mines not refreshing.

Furthermore, the fact scopely has messed up arcfall hugely a second month in a row and with each arc, more bugs are introduced than released, just adds to the growing sentiment that it’s just not worth it anymore.

It also shows that scopely doesn’t care about delivering a top class mobile gaming experience. Scopely can’t even care enough to do proper pre launch testing on a controlled environment before launching updates to the public.

Hi Domo, I only have one (1) account and that is on server 100. I do have multiple devices and the account login with the scoply id appears working on the PC but the phone to the same does not.

On the phone it says it's "Already logged into that scoply ID" but shows a competly different profile.

so, some of us have this thing called a schedule and can only fit game play in at certain times of the day. this may be their gaming time. maybe they play on their trip to work. maybe they could have gotten faction hunt done on the train into work this morning, but this not attacking issue used up all their train ride time and now it's too late - work has started, and they won't be able to pick up the game until after events reset, causing them to miss out on the critically important rewards for completing faction hunt.

🚨 PSA 🚨 Attacking enemies in wave defense doesn't register. Do not do Dossier 1: Survive a wave defense until the lag is fixed. So maybe never? (you will waste your wave defense materials which I'm assuming are very precious)

Working on the classified mission in sunray, and for me to advance the mission text, I have to move away from the ! after I engaged it to see the text. The step that asks you to kill a hostile partially worked. I killed the hostile, but it is still on my screen in a "dead" state, but doesn't advance the mission to the next step. I am on the PC version of the game.

Multiple issues with updated version again, it seems this isn’t working properly for some reason. No surprises here. Deselecting locks on hostile targets, delaying kills with circle ⭕️ attacks for 15 seconds or more, switching screens seems to allow the action to finish and missing ledgers on screen displays again.

Wave system was entirely buggy EU140 System Cornwell. No one could attack any NPC in there. All NPCs crushed into the base. Afterwards, all players were evicted from the system but the wave system was still running, but without any NPCs for some minutes, until it finally rendered itself as free. No battle report whatsoever.

Was completely unable to finish these events. Got home late last night — after midnight. No time to do events… just get a bite to eat and go to sleep. Then I woke up to this laggy mess that made event completion IMPOSSIBLE. I fully expect to be compensated the rewards I’ve missed out on. I had 3-5x the amount of time I normally need to finish Faction Hunt and instead sat around waiting for ships to appear where they were supposed to, for fights to start/end, and for hostiles to spawn at all. These glitches are far worse now than they have been in the past. Ship goes missing far more often , far more often that combat doesn’t initiate, even missions won’t always initiate. I want my account fixed as I'm sure many others who mentioned the same issue do too. Many are already talking about quitting if they don't get their game progress back.

Make sure to sign in with the correct ID’s. Don’t forget that most have 2 id’s.

We only had one player with that issue, and updating his ID’s seemed to fix it (after a bit of a lag)

If you submit a ticket, be sure to include ID info.

I was dumb and thought that the lag had improved enough to play the game I did a wave and couldn't attack the hostiles because of the lag. I opened a ticket I'm hoping to get whatever material it took to start the wave back because the game was unplayable. My advice is to give us all a buy on the first milestone while you fix the lag.

this is after the restart, it's about the buttons when the ship is selected, it's still flashing, it shows me the button that when I click normally it shows me the ship's settings, I don't know what is shown when it flashes on the others. The defense system is horrible, you can not attack the ships because it hangs when you attack and it takes about 30 seconds until the ship is released to return to the next attack ... or too much lag, or this does not work even as a joke.

You did the honorable thing last night and scrapped a broken incursion event then paid out the resources.
So here's an idea, scrap the broken battlepass and the all new extra broken grinds, armardas and currencies that none of us wanted, pay out the resources and put the game in hold for a month so you can actually fix something for a change as this is getting beyond pathetic now @umbral nexus it's frankly embarrassing!!
