Honestly, if it wasn't for the friends I have developed in my alliance, I would have deleted this app off my phone months ago. The constant 'workarounds' of having to restart, reboot, go out to home and scroll down to settings then go back in... instead of fixing these bugs has made this game just plain unenjoyable. Test it before you release it, and fix what has been broken for months. It's really not that hard.

Also, since you broke apart the event menu to separate out the Battle Pass events, the events menu has become even laggier if that is possible. Sometimes it takes up to a minute just to be able to scroll across it or exit. When you did that to gifts, you said it was to make things run more smoothly but all it did is make it worse. If attack is planned: 4.99
If attack is incoming: 4.99

so since my original post 6hrs ago its now 8.5 hrs after arcfall missions still arent able to be exchanged along with many other bugs from what ive read someone acknowledged it in announcements 5hrs ago and still no update since.... Wouldnt it have been easier to just gift us the missions since it doesnt seem to either be fixable or high on the list and as for bp points event not goving roght amount remove that event and just give a blanket bp point chest to equal out what we should have from that event. Its just a thought but that would help with some of the issues and stop the complaints of at least 2 bugs just sayin. Hope it gets fixed soon not like the arc is only 20 days long right....

thats not a bug. its because your gun shot x amount of times that round, it will keep hitting same target. guns dont change target mid-round. only the next gun in the firing pattern will pick a new target.

Not only can I not only claim any missions, I have a suspicion why--every time I try to use the Cutting Beam, it asks if I want to purchase that mission..... SMH. The Cutting Beam does nothing useful that I've seen, and the Cube appears to be immortal, at least in Muhg. It was on zero health and I kept hitting hostiles and killing them. Finally had to ask a player to kill me.

Writing here to see if anyone else had better luck than me with this, been over a month and no resolution from customer service. I tiered up my Voyager from T2 to T3 but all my refinery is still showing T2. The first response was that they would help me manually refine T3 bundles and that I needed to tier up again before it would be fixed… then I realized it is impossible to get the Coaxial warp drive without T3 refinery options… customer service said they cannot just give me the drive and I need to wait for a fix…

So I did not end up getting my dailies mining rewards before reset and now that it has reset I get this overlay. Also the scrap queue still is not showing up properly.

This is the only game I play that consistently has issues after an update, and is the only reason why I spend less time and way less money. Why is this not tested on a clone of a live server to ensure all is functional - change the monthly release schedule and extend the arcs to compensate for the longer schedule if the timeframe is too close for testing everything.
