Need a way to create and save crews for quick crew replacement
Hi all, sry but i need to ask, wouldn't it make sense to add the new items and more fitting blue prints to the standard loot chests? I mean lvl 40 and i xan build 200 kumari but for what. 4hour chest with 2k tritanium but i need 300 million for a singe shippart.
Armada Battle Log - It would be more helpful if my logs showed the officer activations that affect my ship instead of the first unique officer activation of any ship in the armada. So either show all officer activations in the fight, or just each persons in their own logs. Seeing officer activations for other ships does not help me tune my bridge crew or evaluate the fight.
So that means there shouldn't be a story behind it?
Note that I'm not saying full story lines like a regular mission. I'm just talking about a block of text I can read with an explanation of the Away Mission.

How about putting a stop to bullying. Getting hit constantly by a player that's 7 levels higher, and he's doing it because another player in the alliance hit him while mining.
Scopley doesn't consider that bullying. It's aggressive negotiations to make sure he gets left alone in the future

would like the ability to mark crosshairs on individuals, not just alliances. Lots of individuals decide to leave alliances so they are not easy to spot. Preferably would like it to be something i can mark personally.
At least PvP vs your own power level.
hate to say it but the easiest way to remove yourself from the equation is to remove yourself from that alliance

On behalf of software developers everywhere, I would like to point out that a game of this size has more individual components than a modern car has individual parts. Printing the source code would end up with more pages than an entire set of encyclopedias. Ensuring each release was bug free and that no change caused an issue with any other aspect of the game for each different make and model of system it is being used on would take a team months if not years. So if you think you can do a better job of it, please apply for a job at Scopely and show them how its done. Otherwise, cut them some slack. It is just a game after all.

Its possible to update gameplay as in elite dangerous? I mean another gameplay, with a little action skills or so. The current gameplay after years is a little flat. The 2nd is the main base, from this base where also userful to random select an open missions... With this graphical stuff is not better the playmode,only for the eyes is good, but after 1,2 week is not so cool. I recommend also a shop to buy some ships, not so strong, but with other stanimas, the cost where to finish missions, and, or pay with materials, or latinum. Those sips are also, or not customizable, but good for only one thing, for only hunting, or speed to transport fast between solarsystems, for spying, or for rescue. Also reccomend to random in solaesystems to find ship fraks, (destroyed half ships) with earning from it some stuff (missions, materials, ship weapons, etc) thanks
Could we get away team mission speedups added to the 10 minute and 4 hour chests? Having the only way to get more being through the battlepass or by buying is a little ridiculous

I don't see why that should matter on an EU server. I can understand for event launches that they would want to pull the trigger on all of them at the same time. But any of these 12 or 24 hour resets should be localised.

What does everyone think of an alliance contribution token? You could earn 1 a month that would allow you to gift a specific rss amount to an alliance member? We all have new members that get stuck, vaulted, discouraged and leave the game. Would be nice if we could provide a way to help new players.
I know they are issues and unintended consequences (setting up a sock puppet account as an ATM) that would need to be addressed, but I think this is good way to help newer players.

Just enable scanning for alliance members and you're there (disable or hide the attack button )
On that note let us star empty spots to lock them. For solo or carrying low players to ensure they get the chest
Call sign Scorpio1111 (PDKS) Hello everyone so I have and idea for Scopely maybe itās been said already but I think Scopely she allow alliance members to share Bp with one another I got a guy in my alliance who needs bp for Franklin and Vādar and I have them but wish I could share them with him or any one alliance that would need them.
If this was possible it would help alliance members to build the ships they need to participate in some of the events going on or to just have the ship they want to build.

I understand that that but they make up for it in other places along with what they normally sell. Think of it as giving back to the players. We players would appreciate that. And actually spend more.

I would like to see some away missions where the key stat is their level. As it is, away missions are taking away my best officers that I was already using, and not giving me something to do with my idle officers which are still idle.
I haven't had an issue finding officers I don't use which still get me to 100% chance, I'm F2P 100%
@wooden terrace i use stonn and yuki a lot but not so much im losing out on anything using them for better reward while not on game they working i set missions after play for the day if using my main officers

Perhaps it's just a balance issue with the level of away missions I get at lvl 32 on my server, I need to send out my best officers and don't usually get to 100% chance of success when focusing on the key stat

Well since we now have even more New Primes: Give F2P a way to get the ressources for the territory and away Team tree Primes. Since all old Primes where reacheble as F2P making the new ones also achieveable is just consistent.

It would help organise as currently my server has broken out into WW4 and it is hard to coordinate when having to switch to dc all the time

same argument for needing chat overlay on existing hud vs having to flip away from armada watching when at war to chat about who is in and who is not, to find out someone had snuck up and killed the leader who was coordinating in chat

I understand why you want it, but it it was all your allies in one, then for each of your allies itās also all of their allies in one. But if one of their allies isnāt an ally of yours the room would be very confusing as they may respond to a question to a different alliance than you. If itās one chat per ally, then you have to repeat yourself to coordinate anyway.
Iād prefer discord to in-game chat anyway, I can then keep the action on in game while having discord on another machine, particularly a laptop which I can type faster than a tablet or phone.
IMHO the best scenario is to get a 2nd device (computer, tablet, phone, etc) to coordinate on discord and beg scopely (hint hi <@&509691205798592532> how do we beg actual scopely again?) to get app specific url so e.g. stfc://S:1143281575/X:241/Y:7 would link you in game to the system and if you were in the ssytem to the capture node I'm referencing
Suggestion: make hostiles drop refined uncommon materials instead of resources. Not in chance loot boxes, DROPPED into your cargo. Even if each hostile only had 1 unc in it, it would change the game for the better and allow f2p players a fighting chance!
Even if limited to faction hostiles! It just makes sense; we spend materials to build up ships, so why wouldn't they drop when a ship is destroyed??
But I digress... scopely will never do this unless they can monetize it. So just a dream of a game that is fun instead of a struggle. A perfect example of what is truly wrong with the game... cashgrabs and pay walls WILL kill this game.... albeit slowly.

Can we get a longer cool down before returning to an alliance. We got an alliance that rotates in and out half thier players to get 100% participation at every tc. Or how about to count for points you have to have been in your alliance for 7 days?
Can we get a bulk refine since lat nodes and lat research has lot of us with large supply of it and not really much can be refined at a time some people have over 100 million raw lat built up..i just started 3 mondays ago competing on mondays lat rush and placed 1st and then 2nd and last monday 1st. ...so can we get a 3rd chest pull at least?
Can Alliances with extremely high PvP kill ratio averages be marked like hostiles? No dropped shields to attack them or their bases? There needs to be a game element that offers a consequence for those who engage in constant PvP. Because there is no way for the players to āpoliceā these more aggressive players.
Basically, Iām asking for an update that helps curb in-game bullying from the stronger players. Perhaps limiting the reach of downward punching to 3 or 4 levels max?

Can we not have a territory capture system reset. And ad a 3 week timer that afther the 3 weeks the current alliance of that system cant rejoin the take over.

Can we have 5th category to mark alliance? Let's say a green cross? It would really help during territory takeovers since marking as "enemy" might result in roe breaks outside of the territory takeover.
This way we can mark as "geen cross" to focus on attending alliance and not being able to break roe outside of territory.
In case an allied alliance comes to help the attending alliance we can't set everyone the enemy mark.
Alliance marker needed, hard to mark some alliances just to differ them from allies, friends and enemies

Suggestion for the new gated worm systems, add data nodes to them as it would fit with the worms, investigate the worms/gather data on the worms and we already have gated lat and G3 systems but no gated data systems (may also help to reduce the lag in augment space during data mining events)

@grizzled forge <@&509690795536941056> One thing that would be pretty cool to add in game is volatile/unique nebula, maybe some odd anomalies around the maps to spice things up. Would be a nice dynamic too, having a nebula to navigate through, but like reduces shields etc, so you have to either find ways around it or take a different route. Just a suggestion of course.
But do you continue to use the parsteel and tritanium ships when mining those? If youāre looking for speed and capacity, no, the Fortunate and Envoy are outclassed by the Horizon. Saying we have specialty ships for steel, trit, and dil is kind of silly.

Why not provide experience to officers that go into battle or are in away team missions??? I understand the monetization part, but we already have the ability to level up ships grinding in the galaxy, why not include a feature that gives crew experience for battle or away missions? This is how people earns experience in real life #KobayashiMaru š
plus, it may incentivize us to use rarely used officers
Please make it so that the pool of away missions we can draw from is separate from he away missions we've running so for example I can have 5 away teams going but a pool of 5 (or more) away missions to pull from and once accepted the slot is open for a new away mission. In the current system I only get 1 real refresh as the other refresh is while I'm asleep and so I can't accept completed missions to make room for new ones :(.
Can officers on away missions please be moved all the way to the end with the ones on ships not in dock?
Just wondering when running armadas can the armada leader be able to start the armada as soon as everyone is present. Doesnāt make sense to sit there for several minutes when armada is full and ready to go.

I assume that at some point down the road we're going to have an Enterprise Arc. As a boon to new players, suppose that there's a special 2*/3* ship available for the first faction a player selects and gets to say 25k rep (NX-01, Klingon Bird of Prey, Romulan Battle cruiser). That ship as far as upgrades would start requiring 2* materials, but for tiers 6-9 would require 3*. Slot the ship power wise to be better than the Phindra/Turns/Tala but not quite as good as the existing early 3* ships.
How about a new Auction Event Mechanic?:
- The more that participate, the more places it pays
- The as more points are scored, more rewards are added to the "prize pool"?.
The away team reset needs to be rethought. The reset is on a fixed interval (12 hours). Even if perfect timing it is near impossible to complete the away missions (12 hour intervals) on time for resets. So@then have to wait for next reset again to get new missions.
Consider - one reset per 12 hours - player triggers when it happens
- either a 12hr cool down timer or
- next reset comes up at next interval time
Still can have extra reset materials to trigger extra resets which could be handy
For the love of God, please please please add a warning message BEFORE you warp out of a token system. You have one warning you if you cancel on your way to a system, which makes much less sense than having one before you leave the system.
the away missions: great idea but there is 1 thing i find a bit off. faction reputation rewards. 12 hours for 792 romulan reputation. i still need 1.5 M to lock them. in 12 hours nonstop grinding i could easy get half that amount. so i think its reasonable to increase the reputation to 70k then. since u need alot of it.

Stupid Rescue the Crew event. Different spots for PVP depending on level of Ops. I am getting killed in spaces I didnāt know were PVP. How do you guard against that? Very stupid.
I think Scopley should make the ent-d available to players under 29+, the ent-a is the best other ship and the ent-d should be a less powerful ship than the Ent-d
They need to make it so that when an away team is complete but not yet collected and a refresh happens that you auto collect and have the new missions show up. right now if you miss the refresh and then collect, you are SOL and have to wait or use refresh tokens

34 you have the 3 g3 epics, 35 you have the franklin a now, but yea except the jelly, thats a massive hole and it would address the power gap into the 40's
they would have to put in something like the Negvar and the D'Dederex?? to fill out the factions but there are ships in lore that fit in just fine
Make it to where pvp chests drop blueprints of the losing ship. This would really amp up pvp action with an actual benefit instead of taking down an Enterprise with a Bortas and only getting 2 explorer parts.
4 suggestions/ideas:
- Request the ability for a ship to seek safe-harbor/refuge in an alliance memberās open dock (there could be a small ālanding feeā) so that team members can share /offload some resources and not have to journey all the way back to home-base.
- Use/modify the Armada functionality so that lower level team members can work together against a hi-level raider i.e. use collective self-defense to deter aggression from an attacker.
- Give the ability to auto-recall a ship or set a recall timer.
- Give the ability to cash-in/redeem leftover blueprints or transfer them to junior members of same alliance.
Now although the away teams is a great initiative I wonder how that furball will undertake Stellar Cartography. Might want to do something about that
We are asked for confirmation when warping to systems that cost a token. Can we also get a warning when recalling or leaving that system? It's quite easy to leave the system accidentally when we have 4 ships and trying to multitask.
How about attack patterns as a line of research? Either they would allow an option for style of attack against a particular target (ie multiple for swarm, over-matched power or platform) or it would allow you to select multiple targets to be hit in a row...
If scopely removed the option of alliance helps, would be fair to disable the 8hour cool down between jumps to other alliance and back
Perhaps scopely should consider making available some away teams speed ups with the timed free chest gifts.

Put refresh tokens in the loyalty chests, put away team speedups in dailies

An alliance HQ where alliance members can dock ships and that will be like a base but instead of rss you store the Progenitor and Isogen so your whole alliance will have to try and protect it from raids.
So Stations have Shields, why can't a player nominate a Survey ship etc, to have a dedicated shield for protection?

Feature Request: A diplomatic status between Neutral and Enemy. Sort of like the Friendly status on the other side. I would use it to flag alliances that are hostile, but are not at war with.
I would like to see more raiding officers. Ones that allow you to target certain ships in a base or to raid a specific resource first. I would also love something that allows you to select where in a system your base ports I.
Please add an alliance HQ. Your alliance mates can dock their ships there and repair/tier up/swap officers on that ship. It will be like a playerās base you can shield it with a Peace Shield but only the Admiral or Commodores can do that, it can also be raided but except it being raided for Parsteel, Tritanium or Dilithium it can be raided for Refined Isogen and Progenitor items. If this is added then maybe there should be also special buildings: HQ defense platforms, Alliance trading system for Resources, Materials and Special Resources such as Corrupted/Decoded Data, Inert Nanoprobes, Dāvor Parts, Frequency Modulators, etc. New research tree that boosts the HQ buildings.New officers that are like the Auxiliary Controls officer but for the HQ base. New peace shields that are for the HQ base.

Hi guys new to discord so not sure how it works properly as of yet, but here goes, I have a suggestion is there any chance of some sort of trading system within alliances, so alliances can work together as a team towards common goals, even if it is only small amounts and have daily limits it would be something, thank you for your time, and hopefully it is something worth thinking about

G2 are useless after level 20 +-, why canāt we refine g2 to g3 like 10 to 1, so 10 uncommon or common g2 to 1 common or uncommon g3

Regarding server milestones, please account for level of players on server and age of server. You could likely add a 0 to the rewards points for bribes and messages on this one and we would MAYBE get into the rewards on 61, being a new server. š
G2 is relevant in shuttle bay and even at ops 39 lol. Build drydock E is G2 cost lol

If you aren't building ships to scrap then you are unaware of the process to turn g2 into g3 and more.

More likely to get hotswaps first on officers already on a ship. That would be a welcome addition for mining.

Here is a idear stop jumping from one thing to another without finishing it we did the TOS officers but now have now way to get shards and then u start new event arc with new officers without finishing off the old new ones
Sort out rare and epic & transporter patterns shard boxes for most of us they the officers are maxed and we just get xp and transporter patterns for officers that are maxed too
Have new standalone TOS missions so we can obtain TOS crew shards.

Please allow us to scan our own alliance members bases and ships for resources and crew, perhaps on ships even below deck officers. This'll help helping in crew advice, possibly armada shop selection and base defence during raids.

Remove all restrictions on latinum purchases so rare and uncommon can be exchanged. Make conversion of rep items cheaper as rep increases - currently goes against what I've seen in other games as in sftc stuff gets more expensive as rep increases.e.g. Stella uranium more expensive as you get betterrep.

They need a way to attack peoples away teams. Perhaps make them selectable on certain mission worlds around the galaxy doing their thing. So I can select and attack an away team from orbit and cause an instant fail for enemies of mine.
Or when doing an armed escort have a yellow trader with several possible teams guarding it and I the evil space pirate can kill or steal some of the earned pay of the teams involved.
Or have PVP away missions where the greatest team wins the prize. Thatāll teach people to put substandard crews on point for an away mission.

Same general cost as if any other buff a Territory costs and the higher the stars the more powerful the defense force. Limit of 3 hunters. Same as normal maximum hunter spawn limits.
Areaās of effect. Aka nebulaās.
5 small cloud like types of nebulaās Strewn throughout the galaxy in systems. Not everywhere and perhaps not permanent locations but around to be found, used or avoided while in a system.
Each nebula has an effect on a ship that passes threw it.

Blue nebula = sensor and shield loss. This nebula ļæ¼drops shields to zero and makes all redās, blues, purples and yellows disappear from your sight. Also others canāt see you while inside the area of effect. Once you exit shields will rebuild and you can be seen and see things in system. Things like mines, stars and planets are not effected/can always be seen. Also can be used to break auto lock of hunters and players.

Adding areaās of effect would make an obstacle course or race track possible.
A few fun little systems where you race or a combat zone with many nebulas would be cool.

Station refits! Station refits to make our stations look like Klingon, Romulan, Federation stations. Give them buffs with a battle triangle and buffs for being in appropriate faction space.
Romulan stations would be stronger vs Federation ships when in Romulan space but weaker vs Klingon ships. Ect. So on so forth.
Of course you can turn this on and off and or change them if you have earned them for each faction. And as you leave up the buff could add more things to your stations ability. Such as increased mining rates while in Klingon space with the Klingon refit on.
The Random Worm Hole system.
This system can never be seen or revealed (level 21 system warp 20+) but sends you instantly to a random system anywhere in the galaxy.
You could be sent to warp 180 space or warp 1 space. As long as theirs a red to die on, then no issues about how to get home should arise.
Itās a fun way for people to explore the galaxy or possibly get beyond their normal capability but not likely to get you where you really want to go.

Officers ability = 5, 10, 15, 20 to 25% to other officers abilities.
Synergy with Borg officers. Is a engineering officer.

The standard away team refresh should be on demand, with a 12hour cooldown rather than dictated by the game. It's annoying when you miss it by a few minutes. Of course you could still spend tokens to get extra refreshes. I would just rather not have to wait into the night to get new standard assignments.

- Figure out how to not have to scroll past all the officers on away teams that can't be used when assigning officers... similar to officers on other ships out of station already.

- There should be a Rom level 40 system like Groombridge and Ursva

2000 event-points for building lvl 40 (!) ship hangar -i guess you know what it costs to build it - and there are SO MANY very expensive buildings to level up with a similar ridiculous output of eventpoints.
In star Trek, Federation officer's can gain Commendations/A increase in Rank! so officer Xp should be able to be applied like that !

Make 75k refinery pulls worthwhile. It's been proven by groups of players and even content creators that 12k pulls are more profitable than 75k. Just another aspect of the game that seems like it was intentionally created by a complete asshat to troll players.
Please fix the minimum base protected RSS. When you get wiped out, you have essentially zero Resources to do anything, not even repair a ship. It needs to be 10x the current minimum.
Also, I donāt mind getting beaten by someone within 5 levels of me, but as a 32, I have no chance against a 41. Make it so there is a penalty for PVP and/or base attacks over 5 levels below you. For example, someone 6 levels apart will get a 20% decrease in all stats, 7 levels, 40%, and so on until it reaches 100%.
Can the "Locate" and "Manage" buttons swapped in the ship menu? The recall and locate buttons are too close. Or better yet move the recall somewhere above ship info. Or give customization for the layout.

This game requires very little skill besides auctions and territory. Give more strategy possibilities all around
Missions are not linked to a player level. I've got loads of missions which I cannot complete as they require ships at strength lvl 30k+ and my max at mo (as a lvl 14) is 11k. Missions should have a recommended player level so players can choose to accept them or not based on that data.
Finding missions are hard, having to go to each system to see if there are missions available. Maybe the global map should have indicators if a system has a mission for the player or not
While alliances have the ability to mark other alliances as friend or foe, this function should also be offered to players. I would like to mark individual players as friend or foe, to get revenge at a later time
The battlepass system is not FTP friendly and not encouraging said players to jump to PTP naturally. £19 is alot for a battlepass for a mobile game based on time, especially as to get additional battlepass points requires real cash and not in-game effort.

The problem with putting all the shards in the same boxes is that it makes it substantially harder for new players to get the 'staples' like PMC/etc, just due to how probability works.
Now, if they could overhaul the recruit system so they all work on the same single currency, but different amounts for each pull, and break them into some sort of logical grouping, that would be fantastic.

Great job on the "Battle View". But I don't thing you listen enough to our Feedback. The Combat Victory/Defeat banners (not event scores). We need to be able to deactivate it if we wish too. It is the main cause of game freezes, even game crash.

With the Next Gen crew being clones of the Another Time crew, you seem out of ideas for new officers. With that being said, I wonder if custom officer designing may become a thing.
It can either A, allow you to pick from a pool of Captain/Officer abilities to craft a custom officer. Opening a character creator to allow you to design and name your new officers.
Or B, simply allow you to create a visual skin to paste over existing earned officers. Opening a character creator to allow you to redesign and rename existing officers.
I would at least like the option to put such a custom officer as my avatar. After all, I'm supposed to be an independent commander, so why does Troy or Spock or a lucky clover represent me? At first, you had the anonymous visored individuals to represent you, I wish that can go further, and I can actually craft a face to represent the one behind my station and fleet.
Territory Capture: Put a time limit on how long an alliance can hold a territory AND a cool down before an alliance can recapture that territory. Right now on our server most of the top alliances have been camped out in the same spot, with the ones that are positioned for all 3 particles nearly impossible to dislodge.
Create a search user window or a friends list. Recently been witness to a alliance being disbanded and having no way to find the people I enjoyed playing with the most. The game also likes to wipe the pm chats also making it difficult to find friends.
I know I could just broadcast on galaxy chat but on our server itās just trolls and bullys on there. I stay in alliance chat almost exclusively.

A save state for individual ships should be implemented so we're not constantly having to scroll across our entire roster every single time we want to assemble a particular crew for specific ships.
A pop up menu should be added to select a particular saved crew template when swapping ships. 1 free template for each unlocked dock, should suffice. Add a mtx for 2-3 additional templates if you want to monetize yet another ideal QoL feature.
Pvp brackets should be implemented. 5 lvls per bracket to keep pvp somewhat fair and balanced. A lvl 39 player should NOT be allowed to attack a lvl 25 player. That is downright unbalanced harassment.
Players should graduate to higher level servers at some point to make room for beginners who could help build up new alliances. Would help break up abusive players too!
How about a server vote to banish. When a player reaches 2000 banish votes (from different players) they are sent to the misfit server with the rest of the banished jerks.
They could call it the Hades universe.

In server 26 we have an east coalition and a west coalition. We havenāt fought since after month 1. The east rotates around and the alliances of the west stay in place mostly.

Would it be possible to add the ability to tag officers? With the away missions now it would be nice to tag officers we plan to use for away missions then allow the ability to sort by the tag so you know you are not choosing any officers you plan to use for ships. Either allow custom tags or maybe just have a few presets like "away team" "ship A" "Ship B" etc could be a simple solution to the crew presets that people have been asking for

Add a new recruit box, the Basic Recruit. Basically the same as Standard Recruit, including the recruit tokens, but is restricted to the Another Time, Starfleet Academy, and Surveyors & Miners groups. No Enterprise Crew, Klingon Patriots, Nero's Crew, Blood & Honor, Auxiliary Controls, or Next Gen.
Armada combat training missions
Like normal combat training mission chains, their should be an armada combat training mission chain. You can ask your alliance to help you. Also as you progress so does the payout and difficulty. Moving from level 21 armadaās to epic and rare 39ās. Then to also include all types of armadaās to be found.
Which also leads to another idea, co op missions where you ask your alliance for help to do a mission.
Having "common armadas" that dont even require anything would be nice too. More like a standard hostile tuned for a group. Including a short timer.

Ferengi Scavengers
These are basically Hunters that come due to inactivity. If a ship is floating (in open space) for 48 hours or less, Ferengi scavengers are spawned till the target is dead or warps away. These would follow the same principles as hunters, increasing in size the bigger the player or the deeper the warp.
These little buggers carry raw lat as loot and give small amounts of dāvor ship parts in chests. They should be the TNG looking ferengi DāKora class ships.
They should also code these ferengi to attack zeroed mines after 12 hours.

It would apply to the same areaās that hunters are already coded for. Aka faction spaces or just level warp level 21+.

The problem isnāt a 2 lvl difference; the problem is when itās a 10 lvl difference... so if Scopely is able to set restrictions on large gaps, then that would be the better solution. If not, under/over 30 is a minimum that could be done. In most cases, a 30+ has a better chance against another 30+ than an under 30 does.

This little system is filled with Astroids (Reds) of many varying sizes. 1 in each faction space and maybe an independent space system. And act as if hunters targeting anything that comes into their attack range or area of attack influence. (Area of influence about the size of an armada circle)
They should attack anything they can catch, moving just as if a normal red from spawn to spawn except when a ship is within their area of influence they chase like hunters.
They should attack like pure kinetics weapons with high shield penetration and hull penetration. And should be hostiles of level 31,33,35,37,39 like the anomalous Klingon systems.
The should pay varying materials and reward chests. They should also include an event and several missions there. Including a smash astroids SMS, ALB, SLB and a timed in system counter event. (Time spent in system, like a 24 hour Territory takeover)
I understand, but you gave a definite above 30 shouldn't be able to hit below 30, so I went with a 2-level difference because it fits your parameters. Why not instead offer, only be able to hit +/-3? It's more dynamic per any given level but still removes the insane bands you're looking to correct, which I agree with.

Letās call it gravity. Itās the only already pre-existing Game mechanic to draw from. As is theirs nothing that can just run into a ship that isnāt a hunter or attacking player.
gravity isn't that influential between an asteroid and a space ship, why not just go with asteroids moving from one side to another and if your ship gets in the way you go boom... or take certain amount of damage because shields and whatever

I was just side scrolling in the alliance store and noticed the armada pulls were moved to the left so you don't have to scroll to find them. Furthering that idea, why not move all avatars/frames to the avatar/frames menu in the player profile? If you buy an avatar where is the first place you are going? Into your profile to apply your new avatar. We should be able to buy them and apply them in the same place. Then a lot of other menus could be less crowded with stuff that some of us have no intention of ever buying.

Absolutely! We could have an entire sub-folder on how good this idea is. I can think of about 12 alternative combos just for mining...and that's before we even get onto ship specific pvp/pve/armada/base attack and faction ships
Ok got a good one: one of the things I enjoyed most about FF9 (yes, Final Fantasy) was how you could take two weapons that worked separately and join them together to make a fuckoff GREAT weapon - why not do that with ships? Stick a Stella on a Vidar, get access to some new buff, etc.... this could be bigger than the Beatles! Make up some money making rules, like both ships have to be maxed or some such.... what do I get as a prize?

Only further suggestion is to remove the system name/bookmark Button when in battle mode too. It's very close to the attack button, and sometimes I hit that instead of attack when the target window disappears unexpectedly.

When I login on my iPad to play all the buttons and graphics scale up with the larger screen so the aspect ratio is maintained. I fell like Iām playing a fisher price game and not a refined real time strategy based game. The larger screens should be able to display more of the system and provide more situational awareness. Not bigger icons!

Diplomacy settings could use a minor overhaul, I know on our server there is constant complaints about a lack of options for setting diplomacy tags for other alliances & I'd hazard a guess that this isn't a problem unique to APAC 188. My suggestion is to increase the options for Allied, Friendly & Enemy tags, nothing too fancy, just add a few color options for each tag. I've made a quick & dirty, rough mock up of some possible additional diplomacy color options. Can we please get at least something akin to this implemented in game? Between Territory Capture & other things going on, on servers these days, just four basic options is pretty limiting.

Well, you could choose to use one option for TC allies/friends, say cyan, then use orange crosshairs for known TC opposition, maybe have your alliance use the grey crosshairs for problem alliances that aren't required to be Kill On Sight, so your alliance mates know to be wary of them.

You could use the yellow crosshairs for that.
What do any of them mean? Our alliance uses the "friendly" tag differently from other alliances (it means amongst other things "watch out for these guys"), and also gives protections to the "allied" tag that other alliances may not give. Some people use "enemy" to mean you can attack those under ROE, others make it mean KOS.
I would like VorpalRyu's suggestion all the better if each of the statuses could also have Alliance-definable text labels so they could be named separately.
first of all want to say I love the new battle view but the target window still blocks most of the screen I did a mock up on my phone so just crude editing sorry but shows the idea the scan and attack buttons would have text inside the button not beside

OK thanks. So here's my suggestion. It may not be technically feasible, and may not be in Scopely's interest to implement, but it would enhance the player experience.
Perhaps certain push notifications could come with simple common actions you could trigger from the notification without launching the client. For example for the notification that a ship has depleted a mining node, add a "Recall" button. For the notification that you've been attacked, add "Repair".
I like it. Let's me have a target selected while still being able to see the rest of the battle field. Especially useful when at war and out hunting hostiles. Don't want to get caught by enemy players when I have a PvE crew on
Why not add the enterprise D as a second G3 Epic federation ship in faction store? Maybe add a g3 epic ship to all factions alongside the existing ones? And let it be such that players can now choose between 2 epic faction instead of one in each faction

The main thing I believe for ops39+ is the epic/ rare / transporter patterns need to have a massive refit as most players at that lvl have maxed the epic and rare officers and when they get the transporter patterns ur screwed cause the epic officers in there have been maxed too, then the epic and rare armada boxes esp for ops40+ you need to change the g3 epic ship blue prints to g4 epic blue prints as 99% of these players have all the g3 epic ships come on scopy keep up š¤£

My idea: The missions "!" Could be moved to be in-between the ships and battle logs, and both the events menu along with the missions menu would be visible on battle mode, this would allow easier visibility as to how many mission/event hostiles have been completed without exiting battle mode without getting in the way. As deepspace is still difficult to get to and mine in (For instance you need a t8 G3 faction miner to warp to the lowest mining nodes in deep space) how about a āPrime warp rangeā research? One which increases warp range by x%, or a flat rate of warp range +10, or similar.

Hey dracula. Yes - there are ways around it. Summon in, or move base to the 75 warp systems and mine in the central mining system but each of those requires a compromise of sorts. The prime warp range i suggest would enable a player to remian in normal soace for events/armadas/TC defenses etc and just warp their miners up there the old fashioned way. š
There are only 2 researches im aware of which increase warp range - the disco specific one and the ops40+ particle swap one. A prime warp range extender would benfit all players at all levels in their own unique way.

I have never been able to refine Mycelium because of the maximum cap on its refinery, and now I'm starting to get dangerously low on it, and I still can't refine it because dangerously low still isn't low enough to refine it. I do not see any reason to leave a maximum cap on the Mycelium refinery because it only punishes the players who try to conserve their Mycelium.

PT1 is a little more nuanced, long story short, apparently its a left over from Beta or something and was not adjusted properly, tygokor is functionally a DEEP SPACE system that is accesible to warp 53
ANy change they make to tygokor will be in the opposite direction you are asking, which will just lead to public outcry and tehy will revert it saying "sorry" have your Carrot
Too add, I am having an issue with the way Tygokor HAS been working VS the original intent of Dailies. It's in bug reports, I honestly don't see it going my way, but one can hope.
The closest facsimile to tygokor in Rom/Fed woudl be Lakeside & Boraka. However they both have a mix of Surveys/Warships instead of JUST surveys

Another massive asteroid smashed into planet Alteris. Total devastation billions killed . Only a few remaining people were able to leave the planet due to the lack of ships. All have been rescued finally and transferred to the nearest star base. Appears the Romulans have found a way to break off large pieces of moons and other celestial bodyās and redirect them as weapons. Klingons and Federation forces are preparing for retaliation and replacing one of their main weapons with the new Smolder weapon that works on the principal of focusing nuclear fusion in concentrated areas until they are destroyed.
Several more asteroids have been located destroyed . Issues are they can be sent from close location to populated areas with no advanced warnings.
Please target all and any Romulan ships and destroy floating asteroids in space.
The Smolder Event will begin the first week of June .
Rewards will for the first time will be only BluePrints for grade 3 and 4 ships.
Players will be able to get a complete set of Bp for any ship if they participate for the full 26 days of the Arc. Only one ship can be built during this event and remaining BP will Disappear upon conclusion.
We will update the missions information when the Arc rolls out.

Add more ways to get speed ups, and a reasonable amount of them daily without doing pve grinding that messes up reputation levels, or overhaul research times

Thats generally the way these games work. As you go up in level so does the amount of time needed to go up to the next level. Otherwise everyone in the entire game would be an Ops 50.

Can the start button in the away mission screen be moved or a confirm option added as in ship crew assignment? I have had missions go short 1 or 2 officersbecause I clicked info to seethe abilities other officer I might assign before I chose to lose those abilities while assigned to the mission. It took my trying to hit info as start.

And? Did it ever occur to you that maybe you shouldn't level your ops until you finish the research, and that maybe that was by design. As I said previously there is a ton of stuff and a lot of time it takes to do it so that players don't just rush to max everything. If you want to do that you'll have to open up your wallet.

No it's not by design because they keep adding new research trees and no new buildings, the game originally had 2 research trees where you could easily keep up with research while leveling, without stopping to catch up @manic dew
Not true. I rushed my OPs for specific research and neglected the rest. Its how you choose to play. I wanted ALL of teh cost savings research I could do before having to dump gas into upgrading turrets, so I pushed to 38, did all the GAS cost reduction for Ships/Buildings/Research and then Built my Ent š

You should be much more concerned about the fact that almost all research and it's corresponding bonus is based off of the base stat of what its tied to. When you do a combat research that gives you a 5% damage bonus and you think its gonna be a big jump, nope. So you spend days or weeks researching it only to find out that while yes collectively they all add up, individually you are just grinding your gears.

They aren't going to do that, especially after so many players have already put in the time to do the research up to this point. At best what you will get is either another research tree with researches that lower times or more likely for Scopely's MO you can buy another Prime for $100 that will accomplish the same.

Make it easier for alliances to see who is regularly contributing to TC resources by updating the Territory resource donation leaderboard.
Problem: The current leaderboard for TC resource donation is static - if you switch alliances, your contributions to old alliances show up as if you had contributed them to your new alliance.
**Solution: ** Fix the leaderboard so that it resets to 0 if you switch alliances, or have two separate leaderboards, one with total TC resource contributions (regardless of alliance), and one that is specific to the donations made in your current alliance.
Pb : anyone activating a service is loosing resources š that leaderboard alas don't mean nothing for now

Can we get something like a system browsing history? Bookmarks are great, but when you have to check the same 10 systems over and over again (for nodes, for enemies, etc.), it would really be nice to have back and forward buttons to jump between the systems you have recently visited. Even if it's just session-specific, it'd be great help already.

After the match ends it will give a āVictoryā or āDefeatā pop up like with if your alliance was successful with a Takeover. You and your alliance mate wonāt have to repair. I'm sure this has been mentioned/asked for before but... I would love the ability to swap crew that are already on board a ship to different positions in the ship without having to return to base to do so. I mean what, are they welded into their chairs when the ship sets out from the station?
This would be of particular use to an idjit like me who just flew half way across the galaxy, kamikaze ran another ship into a patrol ship to protect my survey getting onto a node, and then suddenly remembered I'd forgotten to put the correct officer in the captain's chair š
If you're asking Scopely for things, you should ask in terms they can understand, like so: "Please implement Leadership Change Directives, sold in packs, which can be used to switch around officers on ships already in flight".

Idea: reduce the number of currencies in the game. From dili and trit to raw iso and away mission speedups, we have almost 200 different things we have to collect.
Suggestion: merge all faction credits into a multifaction credit (giving more weight to the independent credits).
Idea: we need far more ways to accumulate large quantities of refined materials.
Suggestion 1: mandatory minimums of returns from our refinery per refine. This minimum can increase with the refinery level. This means there would be NO refines with Only commons. Example- a level 34 would receive 50 commons, 25 uncommons, and 5 rare materials for each of their "refines", plus a Chance for more.
Suggestion 2: make all hostiles drop a guaranteed amount of refined materials per kill. This would be dropped into your CARGO hold, not in chance loot boxes. We currently get trit dili and para from hostiles, but it costs us both those resources and materials, to construct ships... so why not drop materials too?
Even if hostiles only drop 1 uncommon per kill, it helps those free to play players actually progress for a change. Giving the whales more krill to feed on. Win win. Esp if it's in cargo (and can be taken by hits from others...)

Last night Iām mined 120k of decoded data, then spend 55k on a chest of ecl armadas. But not have the rest⦠and canāt spend in any other stuff. Is weird. If there is a personal log, I might see where gone this decoded data.
Or if Iām wrong with the amount of data mined.
Please reduce the warp distance to exchange Gamma and delta, or a shortcut from territory space, as if you die you can't get back close enough in time with Stella to restart an armada before someone else starts or steals it. 5 minute timer but over 5 mins from territories.
Also can we have some in game or amdriod app options for turning off specific notifications, e.g. 40 amarda notifications a day is something I'm sure we all want the option to turn off! Choosing a specific noise for your base being attacked would also be great.

I would love to see the implementation of "cloaking tokens". Similar to relocation tokens. They can be used to slip into a TC system undetected. However, all you can do is view the system. If you scan a player or attack your cloaking will be removed and a 15 to 30 second timer before you could accomplish attack.
Scopley, you should make all events a pay to play only. This will ensure all F2P, and minimal spenders (players who spend less than $100 a month), leave the game. While you are at it, you should start charging a monthly app subscription to for access to the game. These F2P, and minimal spenders, are a liability to the players who spend. With those type of players gone, better rewards could be offered to those that are loyal to this product.
Hi, I wouldnt mind seeing a search and destroy feature so you could enter a system and have your ship automatically search for and attack enemy ships. Dont know if its a good idea or not but thought id mention it :)

Would love packs designed for those of us saving for g4 ships. Buying officer packs with only g3 uncommon & some officer related items is a little bit crazy when buying for a g4 rare (canāt even imagine a g4 epic yet) There should be similar packs to the faction officer ones, for faction ships, containing Faction Credits, Ship Parts, G3/4 materials & some rss. I think the amount of ship parts should be less than the Ultra ship upgrade packs, so they still have some value, but not having packs for buying faction credits for ships is a little crazy. I would buy 8 x $99 packs tomorrow if Scopely put the time in to make a Faction ship packs that give the items I mentioned.

My idea is to be in combat vision still after toggle to galaxy and back to system. I go to galaxy screen so I don't want combat vision anymore? Right!
Idea for a new building : The Recycling Plant. This would allow players to recycle unused or unusable items from their inventory, to get rid of junk that they don't need (or cannot use any longer - March Borg Points anyone? ), in exchange for some generic materials (par, trit, dili, g3/G4 materials), depending on the relative "value" of the recycled items.
Owned Ship Information: It would super helpful in planning what I'm about to do next, if I could see the information about all of the ships I own. It is wicked frustrating to have to recall a ship and change to different ships in order to see information about those ships. If there were a tab in the Ships button, which lists all of my owned ships (including one that are deployed), I could at least see the information, even if I can't make changes to that ship without it being in the Drydock.
What about Training Stations, where players can practice Attack/Raiding before PvP'ing ?
It would be great to have an alliance admiral being able to send a "broadcast hail" to the alliance which takes up the center screen and require them to click ok to clear it - for important notifications [ie TC times/notifications]

Iāll second that with the away mission bps. Itās offering bps for ships lower than our levels. Give bps biased on level and what ships we already have.
Also during a Latinum mining event give us the opportunity to use the Latinum refinery every 2 hours because as it stands we mine for the leaderboard but end up with 8+ million Latinum that takes weeks to use.

Itās horrible when moving around a system looking for scouts etc. I accidentally made a double tap as I was moving around and it recalled my miner from the lucrative mines. It cost me a cell which Iād have rather not lost.
can we have a bit more detail in the battle summary? or possibly a summary at the top of the battle log? ie how many rounds each player lasted and the damage dealt and taken by each?
alternatively just a simple export to text file so we can read it on a normal screen and/or parse it ourselves

How about this.....when you click on the resources in the upper left, instead of using the pop up to describe what the item is used for, (something everyone already knows except for brand new players) you show the number of related resource tokens we currently have in stock. Instead of making us dig through menus and scrolling to find them. The button should be a REDEEM button unless we have no tokens then it can switch to STORE or BUY.
Give us the ability to recycle the 1000's of duplicate BPs that we are never going to use. Some nominal amount of Ship XP even would be fine.
In ALB Events. Include those who has scored 0 points in the alliance contributing list. Easier to spot non contributers that way then having to go name by name
Why would you want to know? If you have the proper rank you can just see who is online and who is offline, with the latter also showing since when.
I got propper rank. Still if there is 80 players in the alliance and 4 has not contributed but everyone has been online in the past 6 hrs and the event has been ongoing for 18hrs it would be easier to see who is not contributing and ask them why they are not contributing. Now i would have to go thru the list name by name until i see who has not contributed.
The idea could work but perhaps they should make that visible to only admiral/ commodore rank
and why would you check out all your members on whether or not they contribute to alliance leaderboards...
Can we sort out the lag in takeovers, this can be done in two ways. Restricting system access for only the alliances participating (the last TC i took part in I had 5 pages of battle logs, 3 ships killed by the opposing alliance, and the rest all by their supporting coalition); or score points only for killing the opponents ships or holding nodes.

Add some Territory events. Like everyone comes on and they have to fill up a million isogens. Maybe tie them to existing ones like latinum rush.
I recommend a channel here on the office STFC Discord that displays various values pulled from all servers:
- Power, Power Destroyed, and Resources Raided - Player and Alliance.
- Player Profile stats - Resources Mined, Player Ships Destroyed, PVP Ratio, Hostile Ships Destroyed, Damage Done to Players, and Damage Done to Hostiles.
- Have a filter for the same "Player Profile" stats to allow for selecting an specific:
3a. OPS level. That way a player can see how they stack up with-in their own ops level
community wide.
3b. Server. That way a player can see how they stack up with-in their own ops level
with-in their own server.

Iād suggest a BARTER system amongst alliance members. This would give the ability to trade RSS, shields, relocation tokens, plus other items between members in need of them. Obviously there would need to be a standard exchange rate established. You couldnāt just give the item away, quid pro quo with each item having a value. Thoughts?

I wouldn't doubt this has been mentioned before, but I would appreciate if we brought back the extra uncommon tickets. I was under the assumption that they were removed over a general discontent on attempting to accomplish so much in one day, but with this new system of exchanging uncommon tickets for rare tickets and rare tickets for directive tokens/credits/[whatever their designation might be], having to choose to forsake the uncommon ticket events for anything else would be mitigated and give a better chance at players feeling some relief to have a decent chance at making choices without feeling like they're having to give up another event.
I may be wrong in the reasoning for the extra ticket removal, but even if there was another reason, I am resolute on the suggestion.
If you're going to buy uncommon tickets just to convert to rare, you might as well buy the rare ones. The price per rare ticket is slightly better direct than through the conversion.
I wasn't referencing a purchase. I remember there was point in the game where we were either given or were able to earn enough tickets to complete three uncommon ticket events in one day. Many people were discontent trying to accomplish so much, so they attempted to limit the amount we could earn. (Or so I recollect) I'm suggesting they bring that system back now that we seem to have a shortage of tickets [with the exception of in-game purchases].
Shielding is such a fundamental part of the game... why isn't "x hr shield raised" messages part of inbox? (we get splash banner now, surely it isn't that hard to make it an inbox message too?) I am sure a simple screen shot of "8 hrs ago: 4hr shield was raised" would resolve a lot of "but i put up a shield!" disputes
@dense pier I believe youāre referring to the tos arc when they first introduced ticketed events. What happened was that they didnāt put enough tickets in the bp, so they were giving us free tickets almost every day. They promised us that we would get enough tickets to do 1 event each day that the ticketed events were available.

I agree with you.... when a player raises their peaceshield; or does an action which lowers it, the server needs to push that information to the client in a meaningful/recordable form
From what i've seen; the dev's added the xHR's to the "shield
activated" toast notifcation in order to help players challenge any lost resources due to bugs/glitches.
i.e miners being popped & that sometimes causing bubbles to drop š
[i'm guessing this doesnt appear on scopely server logs, as CS always ask for proof of a peaceshield being raised, and most times blame the player for attacking someone when battle log shows no attack]
Currently the only way for a player to prove they raised a shield is to screenshot the "x hr activated along with the device time" or a similar screenshot [ š± has more stfc screenshots than real life pics on his phone].
----yup, the log used to only hold 100 logs [if i remember correctly.... was almost impossible to find who "knocked" and hit your base.... also the bottom line on the battle reports used to stick.... had one stuck for almost a year lol

There should be a way to jump between servers for players on higher levels. The game is fun but can be a bit less so when you're on a server that is either dying or filled with a bunch of questionable characters
TC sucks right now though, as its only really about sending a load of cheap ships to die, our last take over only 3 of my ships were killed by the opposing take over alliance, and 5 pages of losses by the defending coalition

ISSUE: the armada store rewards do not effectively scale for lvl 40+ players. The rewards are so lackluster that higher lvl players donāt even waste the time running regular armadas except to help lower players.
SOLUTION: get rid of 3* materials and 3* ship blue prints and replace them with uncommon, rare and epic ship parts (availability and quantity based on and scaling with ops level). If I could get an extra 1000 uc ship parts a day Iād do rare and epic pulls daily to do so.
As of now speed ups are the only slightly useful thing I get by pulling... and letās face it how many ppl lvl 40+ have issues with speed ups and get excited for an extra 30 hours of speed ups...literally no one lol most have months of speed ups or millions of lat.

The new station :
This new station will have the ability for your alliance mates to dock. This will mean your alliance can repair ships and switch crews (you are only able to switch crews that are in your ship). This too will have the ability to be raided but not for traditional materials but only for items sent into the alliance trading system. The raiding will be as an armada attack it takes 5min. These stations will have a shield that lasts forever but after 40-50 armada attacks to it the shield will break.
In alliance trading system :
You and your alliance will have the ability to send rss into this trading system. That includes : Parsteel/Tritanium/Dilithium Tokens, Ship parts of any grade, Raw and Refined mats, Raw Latinum, Corrupted/Decoded Data, Faction Credits and Ship Blueprints.
The Star hub :
This will be exactly like the āStation Hubā but each system can have only 4 Alliance Station facing North South East West. They can be relocated to different systems but only the Admiral of that alliance can relocate it.
In alliance sparing :
This will grant the ability to have a sparing match with your alliance mate to see which crew/ship is better against ship/crew. After the match ends it will give a āVictoryā or āDefeatā pop up like with if your alliance was successful with a Takeover. You and your alliance mate wonāt have to repair. There will also be a Battle Log given.
on the bookmarks list can you do a change to stop the bounce to the top of the list when deleting an entry, doing a clean up of bookmarks and having to scroll down after each deleted bookmark is a pita
I like this idea. Only issue I see is the value of rss at lower lvls. If I send a lvl 25 dude 1B parsteel that would be huuuge for him. He could even Venmo me $100 for one of my packs just to then trade him the rss. Which would artificially grant lower lvl ops centers access to higher lvl resource pack payouts. May need to have groups of lvls youre allowed to trade with so as not to shift power balance by crazy amounts.

When someone sends you a private message, stfc should send a notification to your device like it does when an away team returns or a building/research is done. How about changing the targeting system so I don't know a level 24 can hit a 19 just like a level 31 can hit a 24. So we can clean up these 19s who don't want to move up.

Lvl 40 rewards and purchased packs have such a jump in value compared to 39 thatās a no brainer tbh. If they were to implement something like this using event brackets is the only way to ensure itās done properly. In the end we can talk about it. But scopely wonāt implement this because it will impact players purchasing packs for upgrades..
When will they release photon badges on all servers
We just got the gen 3 & 4 augment / rogue officers (gen 1 & are the khan group & gen 2 are the pan group) added to the transporter patterns, give it time, they will add georgiou & Lorca next for sure. (Not sure why 5 & 10 didnāt get added, Iām sure they will too). I think itās a positive step forward. Obviously is going to be slower than most people are happy with or can work with, but at least for now itās positive step forward.
They do need to revamp the officer shard / token systems.
Personally, I would be adding the TOS officers into the federation token chests, create a new permanent borg token chest, with daily & faction type method of spending Indy credits for Borg recruit tokens, that would solve the issue with shards for Borg officers. (Old & new)
We already have a path to disco, augment & rogue officers via token & factions, I would just add them slowly into the TPās as they seem to be doing for the epics.
Then as new arc are created, add new tokens / faction style method of slowly recruiting until they can all be dialed up in terms of drop rate around the 3-4 month after release mark when the epic are added to TPās...
This essentially seems to be what they are doing, I think they should release a clear plan & general timeline for future intial releases (auctions / buying packs), stage 2 release (via recruit tokens of some variety) and general release (stage 3) where the ability to recruit becomes easier.
I think 3 months for stage 2 and 5-6 months for stage 3 would be fair and accepted. Then if you all knew this is how they would be released it would quiet down the noise of people complaining.
Seems like people seem to complain when there is no information to understand when they will have access, which is understandable, this seems to be the biggest failure of Scopely to adequately communicate their plans. Followed closely by their second biggest failure which is being able to successfully implement plans to schedule and designed mechanics.

I Agree 100% communication or lack there of is a huge problem. I strongly doubt there is a plan, itās a fly by your seat kinda business they run. Suggestion: I would love to be able to set custom name for my ships.
I am hoping that they add a chance for g4 uncommon ship bpās from PvE chests from hostiles w75 to 120 & rare hostiles from w120 onwards in Deep Space with better drop rate chance than in the Capitals & also add the g4 faction ships to epic armada chests. It makes sense given all the other changes have been geared towards flattening the upgrade & progress curve, allowing a lot more upgrade reduction or additional material & rss with every patch for the past 6 months. Aside from the double viādar refinery Scopely has not as yet added any significant mechanism to make it easier to acquire credits needed for g4 ships. To get one set Miner, Unc, Rare & Epic of 1 faction is around 1.9million faction credits, so I hope they are surely aware of the need to do something to speed up the collection of bps. (I could do the maths on how long to save for a rare g4, utilising all the Avenues for daily faction creds, but I think itās very evident itās such a ridiculously long time) ā- We are already seeing people charging ahead to mid 40ās (ops 42-43-44) or higher with just one lowish power epic g3 & a tier 4-5 jelly. Looking at most of them on our servers as players, the reduction has supported them to rush 42+ plus mainly from incidental upgrades to win auctions I would say, but is creating a massive player base 40+ with no faction ships. More competition & more g4 ships flying around is better, so bring on some easier method of obtaining them. If you are worried about whales who have epic G4ās already then bring on g5 too!!!
Idea: we need far more ways to accumulate large quantities of refined materials.
Suggestion 1: mandatory minimums of returns from our refinery per refine. This minimum can increase with the refinery level. This means there would be NO refines with Only commons. Example- a level 34 would receive 50 commons, 25 uncommons, and 5 rare materials for each of their "refines", plus a Chance for more.
Suggestion 2: make all hostiles drop a guaranteed amount of refined materials per kill. This would be dropped into your CARGO hold, not in chance loot boxes. We currently get trit dili and para from hostiles, but it costs us both those resources and materials, to construct ships... so why not drop materials too?
Even if hostiles only drop 1 uncommon per kill, it helps those free to play players actually progress for a change. Giving the whales more krill to feed on. Win win. Esp if it's in cargo (and can be taken by hits from others...) = PvP that Means something...
Itās hard to balance holding back on progression now, we are seeing many many people on 198 rushing through ops levels, neglecting research, non-required buildings (astronautics, foundry etc) & Saving slowly for ship upgrades. So that they can compete to win in every auction. Personally I balance station & research packs, try to only do every second or third auction and have a mixture of ship components, research & buildings to spend on for auctions so that it gates my progress through ops levels, which gives me time to ensure that my ships are growing each ops level & my research is keeping up to date with r&d level, especially for all reduction related research. This is no easy feat now that there is so much extra rss being added to the game in the past 6 months... I think that Scopely should have considered putting in research & ship type / tier gates to ops growth when they added all the new reductions Research & additional ways to get rss, as I can see a lot of people hitting ops50 in the next few months with only having an average power jelly & an maxed g3 epic but nothing else as they didnāt see the value in spending funds on faction credits officer packs or waiting the time it takes to save the credits needed for g4 ships. I would love to see Scopely at least make it more enticing to get a g4 ship to these people by making a faction credits pack based around ships rather than officers, with g4 mats, rss & parts with the credits rather than officer related goods included. Anyway, thatās my rant on that šš¤£

- Player Profile stats - Resources Mined, Player Ships Destroyed, PVP Ratio, Hostile Ships Destroyed, Damage Done to Players, and Damage Done to Hostiles.
- Have a filter for the same "Player Profile" stats to allow for selecting an specific:
3a. OPS level. That way a player can see how they stack up with-in their own ops level
community wide.

It s the same mechanism that for Franklin 1.0. It grow with you, and if you keep up you are guarantee to do your dailies easily.

All that does is force you to push through ops quicker and leave a lot behind. I can now see why a lot of level 40+ has left the game on our server
Why?
There no interest to level op quickier just to upgrade the franklin. It cost one arm in trit for one, and the modulators cost explode quickly. Mine t4 and just finish it... By the time I m ready for op 43, I will be able to tier it to do my dailies. But it alone don't push me to 43
Scopley have made it impossible to level up unless they spend a lot of money. We have lost a lot of big spenders as they are fed up with the costs to level up
The USS Franklin tiering was also tied to ops. I don't see the rush to get to tier 12. Doing just fine currently. Even the tier 2s in my alliance are doing just fine, and we're beating the swarmadas
So wait 2 ops levels to get to tier 2 š¤£š¤£
Tier 1 is enough for dailies and swarm Sunday for op 35-36
Like t4 is enough for op 41-42. Etc
I can kill 2 level 35 swarms still doing swarm research though
Research is the key, not the tier @agile pumice
With full swarm research done, a t1 franklin-A is twice better than a max old franklin
I'm at level 5 on all swarm research
It s your pb, not the tier. With those research not even sure a t4 Franklin would help you

I was killing 15 swarm 35 with old Franklin max and full recherche.
At your op, you should be able to kill at least 10 with the research

Investing in Franklin is worth it long term. Especially with the new refinery.

Maybe a Nothstar 2.0 which is unlockable between ops 34-39 ( since it is too empty), such that it can help players in early G4 part of the game?
Nothstar 2.0:
Warp range as good as the Franklin ( to reach DS)
Fighting power nearly equal to a maxed ops 32 ship ( to avoid griefers)
Mining speed buff like the northstar for G4 mats
A good cargo hold of 1M or more
Definitely to many modulators are needed š¤Ø!
Ds only available at 38, and disco should do the job pretty quick to mine in DS with any ship. The usefulness of another nortstar would be very short no?
The North Star cargo is too small For a ship it's class!
Because the nortstar is a war mining ship, quick and strong. Not a real mining ship. He is useful for warp range, opening base and hostile grinding at low level, war mining or emergency mining. It s not made to mine

Suggestion: new level of hostile/enemy marking.
We recognize I need for friendly vs allied, but wear about aggressive vs KOS? It's difficult to go after one alliance without having a way to mark them that isn't our normal KOS marking.
