i have lost 4 due to some of these issues problems
yeah more stems from watching allies having their zones turned into an unplayable mess
but mostly its the lag, the coalitions of allinaces skewing things, and server politics, ugg
I won't even get started on the first real PvP system in the end being the game's biggest mining simulator
145 losses in the 45 min defence, and this was the cheap ship, now scale that up if i had epic G3 ships

I don't think first pick on 5 zones makes them Emperor, especially when #2 and #3 are both the same way with everyone below them. If you want a true skills-based PvP system that heavily de-emphasizes money you need a PvP battleground system for rankings and regular rewards - which is where I hoped the kumari-only etc type 1 day events were headed. Territory is way too colossal of a system to "stick it to the people funding the server".
Constantly-running rounds of kumari-only capture the flag, sans repair costs/time and warping, that would be real PvP for everyone

I love the idea of actually having some use for these ships beyond the daily grind. I am reluctant to scrap my Kumari because it was a good ship, but I can't be bothered to max it either. And you can pick and choose any event, if you don't have a G3 Epic, you can hop into the Bortas arena, say, or even the Kumari arena. But the lower level ship events give out less rewards, so you are encouraged to go as high as you think you can.
Actually I can only assume they aim to do that periodically, certainly they will have to do so if they do any server merges, so perhaps they should consider doing the same to all servers at the same time

Please make the Stella available when people hit ops27. I shouldn’t have to wait for some special event to come around for a chance to buy a Stella. If at ops27 I have events that require me to kill Exchange Transports then I should be able to buy the Stella.

Fun idea 💡 - get rid of incredibly annoying pop up status banner that gets in the way of game play and constantly lags. We don't need it. Just get rid of it
Better yet, make the banner into a scroller that can be turn on, off, or clicked into to see all previous messages. Make the list filterable by type once you click to see the whole list. Or make it into a separate tab on the chat preview 2-liner at the top.
Better yet, combine it with the Inbox and change it to Log
But then you won't be able to keep track of it in real time (which is occasionally actually useful).
- The alliance i'm in is currently at war with 3 other alliances. Could there be an addition to alliance screen/ admirals management screen: showing the number of enemy ships killed by each team mate. Potential "war fund" that members pay contributions into. whoever wins the leaderboard for enemy ships destroyed - wins the "war fund". banded possibly.... 8hr/daily internal team events. TIA
- Alliance A vs Alliance B: mini events when at war. similar idea with the kitty and duration. war is currently a case of splatting random miners/ships. this would encourage all team players to get involved in a war. once contribution made to the "war fund" by both Alliance A & B - a token is granted to 2/3 new systems with g3/g4 rapid nodes [similar speed to data]. Maybe a burst style event [30-45min duration] run at prime time with regards to players being online.
Refinery suggestion: instead of the uniform 10 hr wait time for all 3 tiers, stagger the times according to number in resources: 2 hr for 3k, 6 hr for 15k, 12 hr for 50k in 2* mats. Similar tokens for 3 and 4* mats. It's not that I don't mind waiting, but 10 hrs for 1 chest of all 3 resources seems a bit too long for some players who need to tier up their ships.
Does that 10 hr time frame change by research or some other mechanic to shorten the wait?
I'd love to see more dynamic PvE content. What about triggered events for small teams or whole alliances? What about the ability to spawn boss and mini-boss fights? Dynamic on-demand content (maybe instanced) would give alliances more opportunity to work together and win prizes.
Ex. Defend a station from invading borg probes for 20 minutes. Escort a Ferengi trader around the system and keep the pirates at bay.
Connected to that, you could introduce interesting environmental effects. Maybe the battle takes place in a nebula that neutralizes shields. Maybe the Klingon forces can cloak.
That’s the point, or spend money.

Some players won't or can't spend money. You can't have it both ways, though.

How about trash service on the station. Once a week, you can take all the left over crap from previous arcs, and put it on the curb for pick up. Also, how about a space for swap meets. We can take all the resources/mats/etc., and trade them for others peoples junk we could actually use. Finally, a witness protection service, where we can change the names of our officers, or ships.
Is it possible to increase the protected cargo of Survey ships for the current approx. 10% up to say 50%? It is hard to progress in the game if you cannot leave miners out over night or while you are at work to collect a reasonable level of resources. I currently have survey ships with 21000 capacity but they never get over 2450 without being raided. Additionally I suggest that raiders only get 50% of the resources listed as over the protected cargo amount - there is bound to be damaged resources when a ship is attacked, boarded and destroyed. At the moment ROE sanctions dont affect these pirates as they dont ever have to mine. They just roam the galaxy plundering. Therefore no opportunity for recovering your stolen goods.

Since TOS has been brought into the arc, how about adding the Horta as a miner? Similar to the assimilated Tribble but would increase protected cargo as well as mining speeds.

I have an idea. Make all resources raidable. I don't understand why you can steal latinum from a miner but not the station. However, have a "protected cargo" limit on the station as you do a miner, tiered to a sensible amount based on station level.
Then, and this might require some funky coding, you can choose one of two options to attack a station.
The Raid.
Raiding a station allows you to target one material you require. Raids are allowed to be undertaken at level 15. Multiple players can participate but only the single resource can be taken.
A successful Raid begins once the station shields are depleted, at which point a peace shield cannot be raised for 1 hour. The raid can be defended in the usual manner using ships. After the raid, an automatic peace shield is activated for 4 hours.
Raiding requires tokens, these are replenished once per day and any player can only have 2 in their inventory at any one time.
Station Assault.
Station Assaults require the Armada Control Centre and use tokens like Armada Directives. It works exactly like Armadas. Once an Assault is initiated, there is a 10 minute timer during which a peace shield can be raised, after which station shields cannot be raised for 1 hour. Only the players who were in the initial zone can participate in taking resources from the station.
All resources can be stolen and seized. Once the hour is up a 4 hour peace shield is automatically raised, and a 23 hour limit is placed on the player who initiated the assault before they can spend assault directives again.
ForTerritory Capture would be a good suggestion : Make randomly 2-3 Territory not "ingestible" per week (Territory basara this week not possible to capture again) and add some more territory instead of them - would be more dynamic in the playing field
By the mass of events it would be useful if the finished ones would move to the end of the listing.

- Would be excellent to have an ingame mass pm system to reach all your alliance members. Admirals and commodores should be able to make use of this.
- The alliance announcement page is only editable by the admiral this feature should be open to commodores, or create a vice admiral position that means a trusted deputy can change all setttings. This wouldn’t be a requirement and if the admiral doesn’t feel that he has someone to fill that role it goes unfilled but getting somebody else to edit that page would by beneficial.
- Some sort of trade system. This is two parts
Part 1. Trade in resources to get a higher grade. For example trade in G2 gas and get some g3 in return, this should be open across the board and should also be able to trade in everything even down to ship BP I don’t need to build a million envoys but I’ve got enough BP for them lol
Part 2 trade resources between alliance members. Give our lower levels a helping hand. They can even barter with higher levels. I say to a level 20 player I need some gas mate mine me 20k of raw gas I’ll give you an envoy. Or just here’s an envoy enjoy. That can be done with all resources

I don’t know if using some of your transports to trade like that would be efficient and I can see it open to abuse by pirates lol. But someway to assist a member being raided isn’t a bad shout.

Take-Overs must be limited to only participating alliances - on our server one alliance with their 3 arms and their 2 associated alliances do overrun anyone else. 1% has fun, 99% are frustrated - alliances have fallen apart, people stopped playing. It all started so great but the developments destroyed all the hopes people had! Sarcophagus made this entire thing much worse, totally unbalanced and made it even impossible for the pure F2P alliances to make any movement.
I demand
- Take overs only limited to participating alliances
- Any non competing alliance cannot kill participating alliance or occupy an capture node
- 1 hour before take-over starts 1 no ship can enter the system - any ship in the system will be moved back to base automatically
Furthermore
it would be in the interest of the alliance if that 1 week counter is removed. Any alliance should be able to initiate a take-over with an 48 hour lead timer. If the TC is already owned by someone, the contested alliance should have the option to choose the out of 2-3 options the final start time. This is to avoid that take-overs do happen at a very late time, when most are sleeping! It should be more like " You want to contest us over that TC, so come tomorrow at 8pm!" . After successful take-over, the winner alliance should have 7 days without being contested. Services should then also run for 9 days to have an overlapping time window.
Also if an alliance had an successful take-over, there should be a cool down timer for 3 days before they can start another take-over
Grade 4 ships need another bridge officer.
User-defined officer sets: clearly Scopely want to offer different strengths and weaknesses in officers so that we can swap them out for a specific purpose (base defence, mining, PvP, etc). However having to swap officers out individually is a chore and the one thing the game doesn’t need is more chores. So allow players to create and name sets of their own that can be swapped with a click.
There is a setting in game that turns this off. It’s in Settings >>>General>>>mission reminders on login

Why would they? If they can make a buck off it, why not? Eventually them nickel and dimming everyone for everything will be part of the downfall, so maximize monetization while you can.

- A place for commadores similar to the announcement place for admirals could be nice to fit in some infos players might care about. Such as rules, what to refine into, upcoming takeovers, planned events and so on. No need to move all of that to discord. Parts can easily be in game.
- For me a jump around mission with the discovery would be a nice one and something different. Similar to the event where one had to visit systems, but one could start a timer and has to visit a certain amount of places in a short time.
Just one small thing but in this direction missions are more different from one another.
So because some servers haven't figured out how to make things work with allies you want to ruin tc for all the server's that are making things work

and remember once an alliance is capped out, they cant do squat but defend unless they make a move, so think again about that, i haven't said you can not be there, this actuly makes that MORE likely a small alliance can snap up a system

I used to be in favor of the Alliance team-up to help lower power alliances get into territories. Now, it’s gotten ridiculous. One take over had 8 different alliances in system. Only two were actually participating in the takeover. This created lag so bad, that most battles lasted 1 to 2 minutes. That was if you could actually target a ship. Most people got error messages saying they didn’t have a ship in system. Some were told that the system was full, to try again later. I now agree that ONLY alliances that actually are participating in the take over should be able to enter. That means the defending alliance will have an advantage, because since they own the system they will be able to stage early, but oh well. If an alliance owns the system they should be able to have ships in it, mining, idle, whatever. That’s the perk of winning one. The points for capture nodes should be upped. We usually ignore the nodes and just kill all the other ships, since those not on nodes usually add up to ALOT more points than those on. Kind of a silly mechanic to have nodes that in the end really don’t matter. Mmmmm, that’s it for now, I think.
That has nothing to do with not figuring our working with allies! It has to do with the fact that TC becomes only a playground for those few wallet warriors and those people grouped around them. 95% of the server has no chance to get their hands on TC at all. Everyone who say that is a bad proposal is most likely in the comfort zone to enjoy being too strong to be contested even if another group would have far more active players

Here goes another suggestion on how to #BringBackTheBurn - How about if instead of making it a flat 1% of the opposing ship's hull, you have it tied to the attacking ships stats? Not sure what stat to base it on to make it scale properly, but if the passive was changed to scale on ship size or something, then it could still DO damage in round 1 without it be so disproportionately large on a realta v tribune setup.
The whole Territory Capture situation is getting silly. If you are a smaller alliance or an alliance who cannot negotiate a deal for support to take and hold a territory of course you're going to miss out on this. We don't see wars so much in the real world about territory, excepting Russia/Ukraine which was in part about Crimea and access to the black sea. However in all of history we are taught that this is the case, smaller nations unless they were disproportionately better at war or were capable of gaining support from others did not win battles for territory.
It's not something that needs changing. I've been involved in battles helping my allies defend. I've also said that I would sit battles out because the the opposition involved friends of mine and it's been fine
Likewise, if someone went for our territories, we would hold on our own or involve our allies to join in.
The fact is, the only issue with TC is the lag issue. If the game didn't lag then those big battles for TC are brilliant fun

Adjust who can hit who to where a player may only raid a base that is -/-5 levels. Having a player 10+ levels higher than you hitting your base, while you can't even hit a base 6 levels below you, is crazy unfair. No other game is as unfair in their rules as this one.

200? Try max capacity for a system. Not sure what that is, but it involves 8 alliances with an average of 77 members. You do the math. With that much lag, it really isn’t that much fun. Not sure what they can do to fix that much lag.
Can the rewards for the dailies be changed to include some building speedups and not just repair speedups? I have 20k 30-m8n repair speedups, but am out of building speedups. I need some way to get more of these.

Territory capture should definately be limited to only the alliances who paid to enter the fight. There are other ways to help your allies if your alliances hasn't entered the fight. Many people are now jumping alliances to stack them with whales or just actives to increase the chances of a win. There are other tactics though. The infrastructure clearly can't handle the load of mass conflict and things need to be adjusted.
Fix the warehouse, vaults, and generators. Either make them useful, get rid of them, or make them optional where they aren't required for ops levels. These are the most pointless things in the game and cost a fortune to lvl for absolutely nothing in return.
And get rid of pop up status banner please!
The screen layout icons would be great if we could customise it both in size and place.
You should get the chat window inside the main screen so you don't have to stop what you're doing to answer or text something.
Would be awesome if we could change all thoose useless kumari, horizon etc blueprints vs faction credits, ship exp other blue prints just something to do with it maybe something like officier pattern....
Logically you should be able to swap officers even if you are outside the station as long as the officer is in the crew.
and when you put a ship to be repaired/tiered up you should be able to pick another ship out instead for that platform it was assigned to and use.
But hey, u can hit those 6+ levels who can hit your base😆
The "red shirt" avatart has been awarded a lot during this event, i think most people got it early and the remaining "rescue the crew" daily missions had it already claimed. Could we look to a system where instead of being issued the same avatar you are awareded a random one of the same grade, or a part of one at random?
This would allow people to unlock more avatar options whilst keeping them engaged with the wvent

what about an officer that slows opponent impulse speed by x% for a set time when they hit with a weapon.
I think it could be a useful addition in pvp when equipped on smaller ships.
This officer could help:
▫️Stall ships, allowing miners or other ships to escape.
▫️Introduce new interception tactics by allowing engagements with ships manned with speed crews.
▫️Could be used for defense or offense.
▫️Make it so the effect can only be applied once so it's not abused by multiple players.
Or
Allow it to stack and bring players to a dead stop so they have to warp out of zone to reset impulse engines.
Survey ships should gain XP from mining rather than combat. They are designed for mining so it would make sense that they would gain experience from actually mining.

right now 90% of people leave their bases on permanent lock down with shields to protect RSS. This eliminates, in my opinion, one of the things people really love about this game.
I keep brining it up, because I witnessed it first hand, but Clash of Clans figured out how to fix this about 4 years ago, and made it where folks didn't just turtle all the time. They made several sweeping changes to how base combat works (and the game is literally a base defense game), and it works. I went from turtling 90% of the time, to attacking 6-10 times a day.

Make shields not break on attack. They made it where every attack lowered your shield by 4 hours. You get a 16 hour shield on base crack.

Reduce how much you can take, but make it rewarding to challenge yourself to go out and raid. You still get a lot, but now you aren't wiped out by raids. Leaving resources in your generators makes you lose more than them being in your vaults.

make it where when you are cracked you get a shield, because they successfully defeated you. Don't make it where you get a "grace condom" and you've got 10 minutes to jump in and protect yourself.
Not all of these may work for STFC, but these are the ideas other companies have used to make their games, that are based on base defense, a lot more fun. Personally I think they should make it where base attacks are more like single person armadas. Bring all your ships against their base, but you only get 1 shot every x amount of time.
- Let US create custom officers. Give us tools to make different types of color of hair, skin, shirt, height, all of that stuff. Let us create an officer with abilities. Create a triangle for the officer abilities and a captain maneuver. Have it so one is not superior to another.
- Let us create multiple drydocks, not just at a required level. WE NEED SHIPS to play the game, and we only get 3 dry docks at about 17, waiting (i think) about 11 levels to get to the 4th drydock. Let us create all of the drydocks so we can have multiple ships to play with.
- BRING BACK THE BURN!
- Make the TOS Enterprise a free ship! Make it level 1! make it a starting ship! It doesn't make sense that you have to waste your life trying to get a Kelvin Enterprise, why make it even harder for newer players to get a ship they think the game will give them. It's a legendary ship, and at least give the lower level players some pep. Make it weak at first, like 900 power, then increase it to 25k, 100k, misc., per level ops!

I would like to add a suggestion to Mr Rogers idea above. Can you bring the bank building back or create some type of inter - resource sharing with other alliance members? As a user, I could give my blueprints I don't need to other younger level alliance members. We could also trade things like I need common crystal but have tons of ore to help another member in leveling their ships. It would really help on the grind.
I would like to suggest we can toggle being able to view alliance chat or not. On our server us 50 kaminar, many ppl just try to ignore or block certain ppl but you still see their comments which are just bad. As a user, if they choose to block someone then, they don't see any public comments from them. Or. As a user, allow the ability to turn off or on galaxy chat in the user's profile settings.

I hear you. However, being a QA in the IT industry, when a customer speaks enough in volume, right voice, and quality terms, I have seen views change. Customers politely being consistent to change a developers backlog of tasks.
True, but the habit of these people are unfortunately to make it work for their favour. It would be huge to trade with alliance mates and bring morale up within them. there is so many ways to make it happen where they could still make money. But, we need every single person in every server to say some thing. Then they might listen.

To overcome not being able to warp in, warp to the next system past the one you want to enter. Once in warp, cancel the flight and it will enter the system that is supposedly full.

When are you going to be able to set crew and save it. So later when you dock a ship you select crew config you saved.
Add a multiplier when adding resources to the alliance expansion. For example, to add 2500 OA to the alliance expansion (22 lvl), you need to add (25 x 100) * 61.5 k dilithium, i.e. 100 button clicks. I think it will be enough for 3-4 options: x10, x25/x50, x100.Thus, you can add 2500 OA to the progress of the alliance with a multiplier of x100 by 1 click.

This is understandable, the price of 1 OA is different at each level. After each increase in the level of the alliance, the cost will be recalculated.

Dear scopely, please put in a particle generator for those of us who can't get access to TC space. There is a whole research tree that is completely cut off from use. I'm not saying throw me an ocean of stuff here, but a small tap of 123 iso and all three particles from outside TC would be nice. The rsch requires large amounts to advance anyhow but you should at least allow us all to unlock it. As is, we're at the mercy of the whales or alliance hoping

simple suggestion for increasing anti-rogue and wartime efficiency. Yellow Alert whenever crosshairs (enemy alliance) are in the same zone as one of your ships (including when docked) - change the background of your ship(s) from black to glowing yellow. That way you know when an enemy has entered the zone of one of your ships.
Much like Red Alert when you're being targeted for an attack - which could use a little more obvious visual effects as well.
What if there was a way to convert rss into tokens much like the way tokens are converted into rss.

With the new lat mining research, we've begun to stockpile excessive amounts of raw lat, which, under current refinery batch rates, cannot hope to be refined. Please consider adding a special refining event to the lat mining Monday events for both rewards and to get rid of all that extra lat we are accumalating.
Extra daily refinery chests and faster cool down times for the refinery would be nice toi.

I have an idea for a game event or even a normal thing. It involves internal alliance skirmishes. Where maybe once a week each alliance can be assigned an empty system and similar to starting an armada you can start an alliance only battle. Where we battle ourselves in pvp. Serves a few things. 1, it can help prepare our alliance members for takeovers/battles. 2, it can help with teaching how best to crew your ships. I just think it would boost a certain level of comradery that would bring alliances closer together. It could be started like an armada or similar to the territory takeover.
For reducing the grind more, have the number of scout messages traded in lowered or increased the frequency of scouts appearing and guarantee a chest with at least 20 messages in, for higher system like 38/39 that scouts appear in. Getting 2 or 4 messages when you need 70 or 180 for the traded in, is just crazy.

I have solved the TC lag issue! There are 2 changes necessary and both should be super easy to put in place. 1 change the cool down for returning to an alliance from 8 hours to 72 hours. 1 only allows ships to enter a TC if their alliance has paid the buy in price. As part of this also allow other alliances to buy in even if they are not actually in position to score points. They would basically buy in as an ally, it would require a different buy in option like "buy in for support". This would force alliances to chose when and where to buy in. If mega alliances try to buy in to everything then they would quickly run out of the resources needed to buy in.
Make it happen scopely! The TC lag issues are quickly making this game unplayable.
Can we please get an additional marker for diplomacy between "friendly" and "enemy"?
Follow up on my idea above - make the cost to buy in to help allies be diodes or cores or whatever else those things are. That way alliances have to chose between helping their allies and activating the services they have in their own territories.

There are 2 levels of friends: Friend and Ally. There should also be 2 levels of enemys: Enemy, Hostile. Most use the enemy tag to note Kill on Sight. An additional enemy tag could be used for those that are not enemy but also not neutral.

Are you scopely or a troll? Sounds like a troll who is unsuccessful in the lat mining events and are trying to get players to stop mining lat because it's the only way you stand a chance of ranking in the event.

I don't try to compete in the lat mining events as I know I'm not in game enough or have the mining speed or dedication others do to compete in the event. Even when I was in a more competitive alliance that event was not pushed.

Revamp Lucky Officer Drops
Currently lucky officer drops are frustratingly rare, players can go weeks/months without receiving a single drop and other times get 2/3 on a single day.
Problem - Each Ultra/Premium pull has a 5% chance of a lucky drop which is independently applied on each pull
Suggested Solution - Change from fixed odds to escalating odds i.e. every time you don't get a lucky drop your odds increase, eventually this maxes out at 100% so you would be guaranteed a lucky drop at most every N pulls (where N would depend on what the odds increment is)
So an example probably helps explain this better. I start with base odds of 5%, I pull a chest and don't get a lucky drop, my odds increase 5% so they are now 10%. I keep pulling chests are keep getting unlucky so my odds keep increasing, eventually they max out at 100%. So on my next pull I am guaranteed a lucky drop, once I get a lucky drop my odds reset back to the base 5%.
Of course since the odds are now escalating I could get lucky much sooner. I start from the base 5% and pull some chests without getting lucky so my odds are now 50%, I make another pull, get a lucky drop and my odds reset to base. In general this model would provide a much more constant and reliable flow of lucky drops.
This would help players of all levels, both F2P and P2P. For lower level/new players this would provide a steady stream of new officer unlocks/officer upgrades enabling new players to use more officers sooner and encourage them to level faster (which is what all the recent QoL improvements have been about). For mid level players who probably have a lot of officers unlocked this would provide nice injections of shards to help them upgrade key officers. For high level players this helps finish out officers/provides transporter shards. And for P2P they'd likely buy more recruit packs if getting X tokens meant Y guaranteed lucky drops.
The win message or banner must be replaced in the message button where the battle shown up, had seen this in other star trek games and it fits 😎

Please add 5/10 and 10/10 to the transporter pattern options. Would be nice to get the disco officers added as well. I also agree with the person talking about a mercy system on lucky pulls. I have definitely pulled way way more than 20 ultra and premium chests without any lucky drops.
The timer on combat needs to change, turn it to 1 second per round of battle, makes mades sense, cuts the hostile grind time, even more important when you add in armada style pvp.

Allied, Friendly and Enemy. The game needs a 4th tag, an "Unfriendly" tag. I've been in three different alliances and they all struggle with this. My current alliance uses the friendly tag to mean unfriendly. To mark alliances that are not KOS but are hostile to warships and bases. My old alliance used the Enemy tag for both, some listed as enemy were KOS other not. It gets confusing to new or less active members.
Controversial suggestion here. Currently on our server we have a lot of sub level 20 accounts that do nothing but mine G3 materials all day holding the nodes for their alliance which ironically has a lot of level 20 - 40 players in.
PVP for G3, Latinum and Data nodes should be open to all levels. If you have the power to take the level 50 of your server off the node, go for it. Some level 14 on G3 gas in Pjem... go for it

How about cleaning out all the old junk from past missions and such. Maybe lowering the game footprint would help with relieving some of the glitches.
So about ship tiering, I think ships should tier up in a less used facility such as the shipyard or scrapyard where it would realistically go to get retrofitted. With only 3 dry docks, having one out of service for more than days at a time effectively cripples your ability to go do PVP or PVE grinding for your daily goals. If not move the ship tiering to a different location they should at least make the times shorter so a dry dock isn’t out of service for days at a time. I also think that if they moved ship tiering to the shipyard or scrapyard it would give the player more choices. Ex: “Do I want to build a ship or tier up a ship?” or “Do I want to scrap a ship or do I want to tier up a ship ?” If the ship tiering was moved to the scrapyard. I think if this mechanic was introduced it would make the game more playable, appealing to gamers, and just overall more fun.

SUGGESTION: 86 your customer service vendor and send CS issues to FTEs so they can hear about pain points as they happen and feel vested in resolving the issues when they reply.
Out of all the complaints with Territory takeovers, apart from lag many of the biggest issues could be solved by preventing alliance hopping. It sounds like some whales are deliberately moving around to create havoc. I think some mechanism should be in place to penalize players like this. Perhaps there should be a "mercenary" tag applied to anyone who moves more than once a week, and that tag last for 1 month. During that month any alliance events only reward 1/3 of the full amount.

alliance hopping is the lesser problem, yes it needs to be addressed, but when you have 14 alliances in 2 systems, yea thats not going to be good

But the 14 alliance problem is LAG. You can't figure out how it would work if there wasn't lag.
Players pimping themselves out is a problem that can be fixed with an interesting mechanic. The only people who might have a problem with it are those who find it useful. But they obviously get benefits while not actually contributing on a regular basis for the group as a whole.
There should be something to offset those benefits, as in real life

Again, please let us sell faction bps back to the store. I'd be happy with a 30% return on them. I have all kinds of bps for ships I'll never build. This is a common mechanic in so many games and really should be part of this one.
Kirk boosts stats during the battle. That means, attack, defence and health values go up.
Your health value is the part that is the hull and shields and thus you have an ‘inflated’ hull and shields during the battle.
Once the battle has finished all those values ‘deflate’ to their original value and if the total damage done in the battle is over the original values your ship is destroyed.
I hope that makes sense and you understand the situation now.

What if you could simply click the "3 boxes" (cargo) in the left ship panel and the details pop up had the opc number and total cargo on it? Then the precise Protected Cargo number for any ship in active duty is a mere 2 click away at any time.
If anything add even more to the pop up. The total time left for mining is fine. However, why not have a number for "time to reach opc level"?
Reason: one of my most frequent information needs is to know the exact Protected Cargo of my ship, the bar just doesn't cut it - you can be opc before it's visible on the bar, and thus can be attacked. This is currently cumbersome information to get at - I can in principle go to Manage, but I need the info when the ship is mining of course, and you've removed the option of Manage for ships mining. Then at best the path is to Manage another ship, use the left/right arrows, then tap details on the ship and scroll all the way down to utility. Of course ... when I've got four ships mining there's no such option -except take one ship off mining, then Manage and hope no one steals the node before I've gotten the info. It's rather silly so much has been done to prevent players from accessing this information.
There's plenty of pixel real estate to allow for this information on the detailed cargo pop up.

There is a non-alliance player who has consistently killed many of mine and my alliance's miners, we have no way whatsoever of finding him or being able to get our revenge in any way possible, it would be nice if we had some way to do that
^^ agreed. it's alright when they have a solo alliance because then you can mark them hostile, but with no-alliance players you have to zoom in and recognize the username.
We usually put them on block and make everyone aware that if they take them in that’s a reason for war...after a few weeks they notice no one takes them in and stop playing

Please provide more tags for alliances. We really need to be able to tag Territory allies and enemies separate from general allies/enemies. We also need to be able to tag certain individuals as known bullies so we can just shun any interaction with them.
I agree with your request, but you can also select another ship in the same system as your miner, SCAN, then the [i], and then scroll. It doesn’t beat the manage workaround, but if all ships are mining, being repaired, or tiering up this is another workaround. Hope it helps but I like your idea with the clicking the boxes.
NEXT PVP EVENT eg. Rescue the crew recommend either any ship you get points for killing OR only designated ships can get points from hostiles. ie keep the sallys out or make them worth blasting.

It your server problem. Use diplomacy, declare kos of any alli taking those players, hit them.... But to resolve YOUR pb why destroy all the others server who find 8h is enough? Don't forget there more than 80 servers please

I love the idea of making people wait a wee bit longer to join alliances. 24 hours, 48 hours sounds about right? I did have the idea of placing a "Mercenary" tag on someone who does it more frequently, that lasts for a month and only allows 1/3 the rewards from Alliance Events
Or, you could reward players for longevity in an alliance. 1 week, 1/4 the alliance event rewards. 2 weeks, 1/2 the alliance event rewards. 3 weeks, 3/4 the alliance event rewards. And after 1 month, they get full rewards from alliance events. Makes alliance loyalty incredibly beneficious
I'd like to request a small QoL improvement, fix the warp routing between the 3 factions please. Now the ships make massive detours going from fed to rom and klingon while shorter routes are available.
Could we have server time in the chat messages and the battle reports instead of "XXX minutes ago"
There’s been a lot of attempts to get people to pvp for events. If you could have more valuable loot boxes that one drop in the pvp systems I think this would accomplish that.
I am sure this has been suggested many times in the past, but I am not scrolling this channel to find where it is, so here is a likely repeat suggestion:
The game, and the players, would be greatly benefitted from a Holodeck that allows for Battle Simulations using your current Ships and Crew. Essentially, a sandbox for testing. Whether this is against NPE's, or against players in your own alliance, the ability to test ships and crew is desperately needed without it requiring the use of resources, speedups, or time between tests.
These would not count for stats, but would produce a battle report so that players can parse what little information they contain to better understand their crews and ships capabilities.
We really need the ability to change crews using a transporter between ships in the same system
How about we swap “ minor commendations” for faction credits ? Can’t use them for anything else i need !
Weekly Q/A with the developper would be nice. So we know what's going on :

Have a separate activity log or add activity logging in to the battle log with proper time stamps. Having to screen shot everything to cover for being “Scoplied” with shields and stuff is just a pain.

In Rogue and Exchange space, make all player ships eclipse hostiles for purposes of PvP; no blowing up exchange armadas with an Enterprise.

I'd love to see a new kind of raid - instanced scenarios! Alliances can work collaboratively or competitively towards accomplishing unique goals within unique instanced systems. Similarly to armadas, there could be a token system to launch one, and credits to open reward chests would be the prize.

In territories, for the 3 particles needed for research, could they not be generators that generate the chosen particle for example, my alliance holds 5 territories, we're quite fortunate to have G3 Crystal, G3 Ore, Iso 1, 2 and 3 as well as G4 Crystal and G4 Ore. However, our generators only give us 2 of the 3 research particles which means members have to leave to go visit an ally who has that final particle and then come back after a 2 week break.
If the alliance could choose which particle is generated by paying a fee using the TC resources shared by the Alliance as a cost it would go a long way to preventing these "tour of duty" required to other alliances.
In order to balance said new ability to generate any of the 3 particles from any of the territories, it could be set up with "Default generator" and then differing costs for the other two (I'm thinking a triangle similar to BS, INT, EXP) and the costs/efficiencies of these generators could be tied to the territory level so in 1* territory, the generators would produce say 5 per day of default, 3 per day of next in line and 1 per day of hardest to find in sector. However, the cost of activating the generator for either of the none-default particles is much more expensive than the default. 2* it's 5, 4, 3 and 3* territory it's 5,5,5 depending and the cost goes down.
This will do 2 things - 1) give alliances a very good reason to really put effort in to Iso mining and refining and 2) encourage activity in territory and the desire to capture tier 3 territories from the current owners.
Or your alliance works for a territory having the third particle. On server 35 there is an alliance which has territories generating all three particles, other alliances move around so they get different particles.
For us to take a territory with the 3rd particle we'd have to take them from allies.
If they’re allies you’d think trading territories every couple of weeks would be a reasonable solution.
the territory we would need to cede is far side of territory zone from where we need to go or our allies territory zones are
already looked at the map, because Scopely designed the particle distribution as just big blobs of systems, there are very limited groupings that can provide all 3
so trading zones with them simply won't work.

borg cube ship - main ship ability 'assimilate'. no tiers or upgrades, it simply builds itself from what hostiles / players it detroys ... roughly 1 power point per kill, or a structured system based on level of opponent.
we need some way to see if there is an unclaimed planetary mission in a system without having to enter and explore each system specifically.... some sort of flag when the system is selected or a flag in galaxy view please

Not my idea, but as to raiding, perhaps a % based approach, since needs change overtime. Tell your Kvort to take 50% dil, 40% trit, 10% steel. As a 39 though i thank the 35/36 who use steel shields haha. Also, if you’re a burglar I can imagine you also get to choose what you take with. Perhaps use ranged percentages like min 10% if each - burgling is in a hurry so you don’t get to hit the jackpot with each item you take
Another option that doesn’t skew towards whales: a dedicated raiding ship that starts with small cargo, which increases with set increments after every hit. It’s base cargo could scale with tier to have it be a ship that grows with you through ops levels. Just an example: when ops 35 connected tier, start off at 1M. Each hit has it increase with 0.2% increments. After 30 hits its at 1.06M, after 60 hits at 1.12M and so on.
People won’t get drained in 10 minutes, but indeed if your shield is still down after an hour or raiding, next time shield up before you snooze. Accessibility to higher tiers could depend on ops like franklin and sarco, and thus scales with ops. If the counter is - don’t favour whales!!! Well, 1) higher ops need exponentially more and 2) this idea still makes them put in the work.
You could even put in a new set of officers that increases the ability, on for example, distance between target and attacker bases. This way it does little when you’re right next to target, but helps when you’re raiding across the system or even from another system
Make relocation Tokens raidable...ppppllleeease.. .... Or give a token if you reach protected on a station or something love raiding and I never have enough between everything wouldn't it be good if there was an ingake way of earning more of them some how ( 1 a day in alliance and random drops is not enough)
moving base is a strategic move, it shouldn't be that common, and not raidable, ohh, that would suck to get away if i lost all mine
Relocation tokens are easy to get, just go grind in Tygokor or similar systems.

I love the Para Bellum event that gives uncommon g4 explorer parts, but I would like to request that you also tweak the refine for ship parts so we have more of a chance of actually getting uncommon parts in the 2 daily refined we can do. I have never got the 300 parts and regularly was doing the 32k option twice a day. It has gotten so bad I just use the 4000 bits we get for the hostile hunt daily & don’t bother farming broken parts anymore. My ops level is 41 (almost 42) - Server 198
We need the Enterprise D at some point with the ability to separate the saucer for special attack.
I suggest a change in RSS generators. All generators fill the same rate of time as dilithium and that you receive double the current amount of dilithium per generator. This would make the generators more usefull with just a few simple changes.
please add zero node icon on a battle screen. too many arguments when miners are hit on zero nodes.
Firstly, thank you for the changes done to Augment data nodes and Latinum nodes. This has now encouraged active mining and for those that spend time in the game, can amass more of these resources than what was done previously. I am of course speaking from my own experience as I prefer this active mining.
Can we please consider doing the same to all the other mining nodes? Iso, Mycellium, Parsteel, Trit, Dil, G2, G3, G4s etc? Increase mining rates via research/dedicated ship type, possibly decreasing the node size to encourage active turnovers of miners. No miner should require hours or days to deplete a node. Resources should be gained and rewarded to those that are active.
Much like faction reputation past 10mil, people grind for it instead of leaving a ship in a friendly system expecting reputation to increase hourly.
A redesigned and useful Items Inventory Menu for ease of finding the items regularly used in the game, categorized effectively and efficiently
Also, a new building in the Starbase called The Replicator. It opens a Replicator tab in The Refinery where unused parts, bps, and inventory items such as unused event credits can be converted to "Matter". The "Matter" can then be used to Replicate certain items such as ship bps and ship parts. and The Building upgrades improve the Replication Efficiency.
I like the idea of a replicator or a ferengi trader in refinery. The unused shizzle is getting ridiculous.
It would be great to have an additional column added to the player profiles, right next to their lifetime stats, but it would show their stats over the last 30 days. This would allow for a better gauge of player activity levels, inside and outside of your alliance. This information would be of great value for those who are recruiting, or are looking to make room for more active people, and would be far superior to the “Last Online” feature.
First up, transporters to move crews inbetween ships within the same system.
Second, the popup notification bar needs the ability bro turn off completely and or choose what to be notified about.
Thirdly, alliance pm, commander pm, chat group for allies.
Add an ability to follow ships over systems to find out where the opponents ship has gone to.

Scopley.... I am so tired of having to select and assign ships to docks just to see if they can be upgraded. Please consider adding these. 1. A new tab in the ships section that shows all the ships that have available upgrades based on the requirements mats, rss, components that I have. 2. Show the upgrade arrows in the ship selection when assigning to a dock so that I know for certain has an upgrades available.
There is no reason why this should be a guessing game when trying to figure out what ships I can upgrades during a ship upgrade event.

Seriously. How can we turn this off. I just tried to move my ship out of the way of the hostile chaser that showed up again right on the entry path into the system and instead got taken to a pop up screen that showed up while my ship happily died.
And how hard is it to code so that the chaser ships dont pop up right on your path so you cant avoid them.

@humble smelt if you want to go that way all romulan and klingon ships would be cloaked too. And untargettable.
@north mulch the chaser ships pop up in random locations heading toward you. they can show up in any location including right in front of you. If you don't want to crash into them just warp right to the edge of the system instead of warping in blindly.
I still want a WAR setting in diplomacy, sometimes you want that step past enemy.
I can have an enemy and not be at war with them.
I see no reason why you wouldn’t have aggregated combat info in the logs instead of just a horrible long list round by round. Either open the API so people could use a different APP to generate self made combat reports or do some more useful overall combat logs that automatically aggregate the data and visualise the data. Surely this isn’t a hard change and would make a massive improvement to user experience of examining battle data

As far as quality of life suggestions, we need a button on the main screen that takes us straight to the Research menu. Such a hassle to always have to go to Internal Base view, then R&D, then Research. This should be an easy one!
Can you please give us more level 39 Romulan hostiles in Altanea and Terix. There’s never enough for all of us who have locked there first faction. Have to sit there all day waiting for them to spawn

I am hoping that scopely will do something similar for the players who routinely complete all their daily milestones for the Dailies and then continue with the leftover Dailies. Maybe something that accumalates over a week's time or a month's time.
I think they have loyalty tokens for it... although completing all dailies for a month is an achievement indeed
Raiding needs some love in terms of new things added.
The problem is that survey ship cargo hold size does not really increase in the same as total resources needed/available in bases.
So on higher levels you need to raid for hours over hours continuously to get anywhere near the cost of buildings etc.
I would suggest a new ship for raiding.
A very slow moving (60-70 Impulse) very fragile ship with 0 protected cargo but a massive total cargo hold (Think T1 around 3-4M and maybe up to ten or twenty times that).
This ship would be easy to activley defend against since it is slow and weak but undefended bases could be raided easier/faster. Also putting more incentive towards proper shield management instead of relying on steel shield + defense.
@red mango they do go to transporter patterns. It just doesn't show visually. If you look at the amounts of transporter patterns before and after collecting your swarm you will notice the change.

Re-scaled GUI for iPad/Tablets, the game just looks so stupid on them as the buttons and GUI elements don’t rescale and so are huge and take up half the screen unnecessarily.
I was half tempted to post this in Bugs rather than suggestions, as I genuinely thought it was broken when I 1st loaded it onto my iPad.

Yes they do. But when we get to THAT milestone, there are other daily tasks left over. I'm talking about getting bonus points (like the new Battle Pass one) that rewards us for completing so many tasks BEYOND the final daily milestone.
they do need to do massive fixes, but that is dumb, they need to do both and then actuly CHECK it hasn't introduced regressions

The Daily Tasks are assigned point values for each task. Once that task is complete, the points are used toward milestones and culminate with a loyalty badge once you reach a point value assigned to your level. This is a good system. However, I think it could be better.
There are always leftover tasks to be completed, after a person reaches the Daily Tasks final milestone. They, too, still have point values, but those points are wasted.
I propose that a separate, cumalative point milestone be added. One that grants an extra Loyalty Badge and other rewards when a point milestone is reached. THIS would only have one milestone with a point value equal to, or greater than, the final milestone point value that has been determined by the player's ops level.
The Loyalty Bdage isn't called the Daily Loyalty Badge. Players that complete tasks beyond the Loyalty Badge points requirement, are showing greater loyalty to the game than players who stop doing daily tasks once they reach the Loyalty Badge Milestone. I feel that those extra "loyal" players should receive a bonus.

Well im only level 27 and been hit by a level 47,tbis needs fixing its ridiculous and unsportman like for that to happen.
There is no crew combination etc that can be done to mitigate a attack like that, A 500k ship vs 6mil enterprise is beyond a joke.

you can't always get what they got. Some are level dependent and others have behind the scenes values that have to be met before you can see the offer to even buy it.

I was just looking for somet way to do this after having a crazy Armada where we 2-manned an 8.2M with barely 2M in ships and the bigger ship was solo for 47 of 52 rounds and.... no way to really dig in without wasting a full day of scrolling and manually taking notes. 🤦🏽♂️

I have a specific question about Discovery (the ship). Why is the spore drive limited to it’s warp range? They are two separate drive systems, not dependent on each other. The ship in the series could literally have rescued the crew and passengers aboard Voyager (all the way from the Gamma quadrant) using it’s spore drive. Just curious if there are plans to allow it to perform to it’s full potential...

- Add a start now button and increase the armada time from 15 to 30 minutes
- Please add a summary in the battlelog: each ships total damage, and total damage taken before mitigation, total damage mitigated, and what round they died.

There is never enough of what I need any of the packs. I need to upgrade and tier and when you need 1000 G3 uncommon gas the packs become irrelevant and refining takes forever so I don't spend at all anyway.
5 minutes after a takeover starts, prevent any players not participating in a takeover from warping into a system
Please remove the chat restriction for players on nodes who are below your hit level, you can't message them at all to let them know they are on a 0 node or talk to them about joining an alliance (assuming they are independent). OR make a player search list, to find and chat with them.

On the top right corner, below the " i " button you see that button which looks like a podium? Tap on that and you will see a leaderboard
Your rank rises if you contribute and drops if you spend ( for activating services)
You can use that to see if anyone's rank dropped, meaning you can see if anyone has activated any service without the consent of others
But through this... might I suggest to scopley to make that leaderboard more easily accessible? Maybe add a new tab below "Zones" and "inventory"...? Call it "Inventory Contributions"?

More and more alliances are stopping using the friendly Vulcan hand tag, and instead they using it to mean "slap"

Limit alliances to 3 territories. Allowing 5 has created a static bubble for the top alliances to just sit and collect all 3 Particles. If they want to get new Particles, they should be forced to move and fight for them. Also allows for more alliances to jump into TC space, creating more Player combat. There are only 2 location where you can possess all 3 particles with only 3 territories.

Adjust times for takeover to be during times of Peak playtime. Many of the territory takeovers come up during the middle of the workday and challenges alliances to rally troops to fight for it. Limiting the times between 5pm EST and 10PM PST (10PM-6AM UTC) for the US servers would allow a greater number of players the opportunity to participate in Takeovers.

Service switching. It has been mentioned that services would rotate through the territories. I have seen more services added, such as Isogen refining, but all those services are remaining static. I would like to see these start rotating through the map, especially the ISS Jellyfish constructor. In Fact, I think that particular service should be a random daily popup in any territory, switching at Event reset.
Have bridge crews defined separately from the ships. So you can pre-define several crew combinations. When selecting a ship you also select a named crew definition. Any definition that conflicts with another assigned crew should be greyed out and unselectable.
New crew proposal: M-5 computer. Stats could include: boost to dodge, pierce, accuracy, shields, and damage, but also -100% to all other officer abilities and chance to randomly target nearby ships.

Make it easier to see the protected cargo number for a ship, looking this number up is annoying and you've made it important so it should be accessible within 1 click (at most) especially when engaged in an action like mining.

When you select a Mission and you go out of the menu and come back in... have the same mission selected. It's frustrating to have to scroll to it again.

Daily Goals that involve gathering a resource or kills should display a X/Y update just like Missions do. Functionally the fact that these behave differently is frustrating and leads us to open the menu multiple times to check progress.

Allow us to copy our own messages from chat. Sometimes I need to send the same message to another player and it sucks to have to retype it. You let us copy other player messages so this is also inconsistent.

Shields should be able to be stacked... if I have 37 minutes left and I pop a 4 hour shield ... I should have 4:37 instead of 4:00. If I want to get to 12 hours by using three 3 hour shields, why not?

Give me some way to trade out ship blueprints for Stella Particles or something like that that. Maybe once you have enough blueprints to make a ship, give us an option to cash them in for a random chest of blueprints that are one level higher than that of the ship in question. Lots of ways you can do this.

Once a day Bonus Refinery: Pick one of 3 resources to get a bonus roll for. Pick one (Gas/Crystal/Ore) and get a bonus roll every day.
These are all genius. Which means none will be implemented I’m sure. I would love the game for once if these 10 things happened

I think the Stella needs a bit larger cargo hold. At t9 100k can't even hold the daily amount of codes for partner.
The pop up messages when we kill a hostile or make progress towards an event. Yeah. We hate it. It’s good info tho. Can we please make this pop up into a ticker instead? Across the top or bottom of the screen (maybe give us the choice?). It will have a dedicated space so it won’t overlay on top of other commands or over parts of the screen you try to tap to attack a hostile then have to wait while the game loads your events and X out, then find that hostile again....
How about have yellow ships have a link to the mission they are an objective of? And let us check everything about an archived message without un-archiving.
So when is Scopley going to give Alliance Leadership the tools to run an Alliance effectively, as in.....

I had a great idea to suggest to scopely. A button to switch the skills of officers, between the skill of captain and that of the bridge. This was going to be incredible. Just make it so they can be interchangeable while on a ship.

A simple thing I'd like to see besides these things listed is a list of things in the zone when you click on it. Like it shows the resources that are there, but what about # of missions that are available and available planet spots. So you don't need to pop into each sector when mission hunting or thinking about moving your base
The cargo capacity and protected cargo increases when you upgrade the cargo bay module, or tier up... the increase due to cargo bay module upgrade isn’t too much and can simply be added to the increase in tiering up right? So we save some rss as well as mats 😁
I think he’s saying cargo bays on warships shouldn’t be a required component for upgrades. Basically, yes, they have them but it’ll just tier up with the rest of the ship, we don’t upgrade crew quarters or other amenities.
I quite like the additional crew type filters, but I think being able to set up crew combinations as favourites to relieve us from the endless scrolling through so many officers would be far more helpful.

How about a Damage Done for each player in an Armada. It is far too time consuming and meticulous to go through the Battlelog. With a Damage Done figure, you could see at a glance what each player and/or crew had done to the target.
How about a Ferengi trade ship that comes round once every other day so you can trade resources you don’t need for ship tokens or ship parts 🖖

Please add cargo capacity research that increases cargo up to 1000%, this sounds like much but a t9 valkis only has 2.5 million. This would make raiding a reasonable affair for high ops players
Please add a spend Latinum confirmation box, lately i spent by mistake over 2000 Latinum on ships repairs when i just wanted to use my speed ups, the two buttons are close enough to push the wrong one when in a hurry.

Please don’t kill any further motivation by making all G4 ship’s usable for any action. Repair costs are non-sense and you really expect 109 € to repair a ship 9 times(in my case). Even with research bonus I feel cheated.... ty

My Idea is only the takeover started alliances are able to fly in an takeover territory. On my Server its actually unbalanced. Makes no fun. So system lags can be solved. Because only the alliances where started a fight are able to be in tha takeover system
The rewards and repairs costs are out of balance for lvl40+ This does need to be fixed as you the high cost you pay (resources) to build a g4 ship is ridiculous when you add the high cost of repairs even for minor damage
Increase the daily rewards, daily event rewards for G4 Materials or uncapped the base Generators (parsteel/tritanium/Dilithium) to compensate. where as the keep generating resources

Photon tokens for all, return the burn, and most importantly survey ships get experience from mining; not combat.

Please update the swarm bio minerals refine to be ops level based. As you level up, you have to kill so many more swarms daily, but the rewards in the refund don't change, which is crazy. Make it like the Borg or lat with rewards going up as you level up.
Another thought is a way to convert frequency modulators to bio minerals, along with better refining. Once you have a max Franklin, those are just going to waste, and a way to get more RSS would be helpful
Any news on if or when Photon Tokens might be coming out? Even if there is not time scale, it would be great to get confirmation about if this is going to happen 🙂
1/ I think there should be some mechanic given to territory owners to make it easier to defend their space outside of takeovers. This could range from something as simple as the "Deep Space" requirements of having a ship or station present in system to have vision being removed for the members of the alliance that owns that territory to things such as a increased impulse speed within territories to alliance members that own the space, or decreased impulse speed / increased time to enter warp for ships belonging to members outside that alliance. Potentially even spawning chasers to attack any non-alliance members that enter territory. Any of the above could/should be a service bonus that owning alliances can pay to activate, unlike other bonuses they should also obviously end BEFORE the next takeover starts.
2/ Please can notifications be reworked so that you can toggle on/off which ones you receive? For example I have no interest in receiving Armada notifications but would like to continue receiving notifications when I am attacked or a node becomes depleted. I would also appreciate a new notification type - "Arrived in hostile territory" - for when a ship exits warp in a system that spawns hostile chasers. I can't be the only person who has set a warp to do faction dailies, closed the game to do something else in the mean time, and come back only to realise they mistimed it and have been blown up by the spawned chaser.
We need more faction hunt events. Scopely needs to make this event permanent. This domination event is bad and boring, worthless resources.

Skins for our stations, they already exist in the form of uncommon rare and epic armadas. I would like my station to look like a fed star base for example.

Planets do nothing, lets get a different bonus depending on where we position our base, example, on a gas planet, get a bonus gas refine once per day or +% to any gas refines we do. You can increase this bonus with a new building you level up.

Slots in station to assign officers. These Reduce speed/cost of upgrades, give combat bonus to or other things. The rarity and tier of the officer impacts how good this is.

Mining is very boring, please give us something else to do with our cargo ships like transporting goods/missions collected from a new commercial hub building.

I would ask in the next upgrade you add a toggle to flag armada systems in galaxy view. You already have the button to toggle mining tags added over a year ago. Use the same button and add armada tags as a second tap of the button option.

Do you guys have issues with epic tokens backing up? I have over 100k, some of my team mates have over 200k - it would be great if Scopely could add a 6 chest option on the epic chest too. I don’t see why it would be an issue now that there is other options to acquire the ISS Jelly prints.
I have 2 suggestions. The first 1) is we need an indicator between neutral and KOS. A yellow indicator for admirals to use when unsure of another alliance. The other suggestion is 2) They need a ship with low hit points, that can't participate in PVP but lets you send out and heal your battling ships without making them return to base each time. The should could use normal RSS to tier up, but it also has to be stocked with the right resources to heal the ships you need.
I think both would improve game play a lot without costing Scopely anything.

The amount of credit I've wasted accidentally buying useless commendation badges is so frustrating. Its days of dailies and work to get the credits, so can we pleaaaaaase have a confirmation window before buying these things. This game is lag central, and misclicks happen.
Allow the use of alliance stations to repair ships. If space available, and using your own RSS. Also. How about a market place to Exchange surplus items.

agreed, we need to do a better job at it. We can't always do it for current tech limitations but we should still be able to do it more often.

I saw a pulse star in a system, it would be great if you random scatter things like this through the galaxy for us to send ships to study, which would give us some reward, could be science officer shards or xp for them, maybe something completely unique and its the inly way to get it, if it was a time consume of hours or days the ship would have to be exempt for pvp as someone would sure destroy it. Also the opportunity disappear after so many studies by ships.

You can mine faction Hunter free by 1. Locking faction or 2. Sending an escort ship to either enter system 10seconds before miner or intercepting first faction responder

I would find it great to have an option to save crew configurations. It would enable the exchange of an entire crew by one click. Whether it's only the bridge crew or including under deck. Benefit would be to quickly swap PvE to PvP or base protection crew....
Shrink the Bookmark button so it doesn't include the name of the system. Very annoying when I zoom in/out, brush the system name, and I'm in Bookmarks.
Give ship exp. For what the do, mining ship should get xp for mining not hostile hunting, explorers should get xp for research and exploring but scopely doesnt even attempt it, bridge officers should get some xp for being on a ship while is it doing something.
Please as a daily quest for for pvp combat and one quest for pvp raiding.

however, it's universally accepted that the ships needing G3 to level that you want to scrap are the Tier 1 faction ships

I had an idea when a ship is away from base, once a day or poss twice a day have a shift change of officers onboard the ship, so say you need warp range and need cadet Scotty on to get there, then once there say you want 10of10 on up could swap them over, must be limited to once say every 8 or 12 hrs. If it would be poss.
Give miners a warship sensor, if one comes within 5-10 seconds of it turns icon red till clicked on instead of a split second flash that no one notices

Making friendly/allied alliances able to gather points for an alliance. Having allies is great for TCs but if they can’t score points with you it significantly diminishes their effect
I suggested this ship ability in the last survey. Ship gets warp speed boost the further it goes. Tier 1 gets 5% boost for each system traveled. 20 system flight gets 100% warp speed boost. Each tier gets 5% extra. Tier 9 is 45% boost for each system traveled. 20 system flight is 900% warp speed bonus. It will help those who live in territories to get out to grind reds in say warp 40 systems much faster.

I know about the research. I mean a new ship. And that specific ship specializes in traveling far distances. Every ship has its own ability. This one could be used for distance flying. Maybe it could be the Voyager?

Yes, we do have the discovery. Which is very cool. It was definitely a game changer, but the mycelium is needed, and summoning gets expensive. I think players would like a ship that can just travel more quickly as it's ability.

To improve engagement with and acceptability of open pvp, there should be both winner and guaranteed loser PvP chests, with rewards for the loser being around the same value as a full hull burned while hostile grinding would have earned. Currently pvp is not rewarded anywhere near balance with the resource costs to repair, hence its reputation as a d*ck move and prohibitions on most servers.
I would love to see pvp banned from scopely for players that bully and abuse other players. First being a week long. Second being 2 weeks etc etc
That way scopely keep them as players, but they have to play nice with others. Wars etc are fair game, or sticking with server agreed roe. But outright buying, especially by whales in this game, is disgusting
The territory capture could use some adjustments:
- The system is massively crowded
- It’s just senseless killing, little to no strategy.
- Takes a lot of time as you need to defend your allies as well.
- Territories turn static at some point as the big clans will hog a territory forever, giving little clans no chance.
Suggestions:
- Turn it into a challenge based TC upfront. If no one challenges the territory beforehand then there won’t be any battle at all. You can challenge until the territory capture begins.
- Turn it into a 3 vs 3 clans max. The defending clan can choose which two clans can help defend (from a list) because any clan can apply for defense. There should be a max number of challenges you can make as an attacking clan within a time period, so everyone gets a chance.
Another advantage from the above is that you’ll get more fluent alliances.
With these two suggestions you should be able to tackle the first 3 issues I mentioned.
Epic armada chests need to reworked, level 34 and still getting BPS for augment ships is an absolute joke, im never gonna build them

Any chance we could have an event that has the option of winning the Separatist D3? It’s sits there in our ship menus but no way of obtaining it. The one player on our server (193) who did have one has left the game.
A black market/trading option, open to all levels, or at least 15+. As a 28, I no longer need 1*, but have loads of mats and parts. I should be able to trade them to someone who needs them.
Easiest plan: make it manual. I can offer x mat/part, in y quantity. They can decide what they'll trade, whether it be rss, mats, parts, or even lat. I can reject the offer if I think my side is worth more.
Charge a system tax. No more than 2% of each side.
This would help soooooooooo many players.
Enterprise and Morale is unbalanced.
Even though it needs it, they will never nerf the Enterprise even though the forever shields is completely OP, and makes ship choice in the thirties boring. The only truly balanced ship range are the level 26 ships.
If they won't nerf the Ent, they need to DOUBLE the ship ability of the Augur and D4 to compete, and add a round to Nero's burning activation
Suggestion: please stop rando players making their own alliance since it's cluttering and most likely to be dead in a few months. You should put a requirement for it or at least fee to discourage people from making alliance spam!!

We need the ability to block certain players from being able to join our Alliance. This way we can keep our alliance open for growth but ensure bad actors don't just rejoin after we kick them for bad behavior. This should be bound to their ID not their name and would double as a means of tracking their current name.

Here’s an idea.. how about let’s not group 42’s with 39’s in the Jelly event? Even though the reward for uc and rare spent is the same it’s not the same since at 40+ you are getting far more 4* than a 39 can get in 3*... it’s not even remotely fair.

It would be great if Scopely could consider some higher level armadas, in standard uncommon, rare & epic, maybe level 42, level 46 & level 50 armadas - some in normal space & some dotted around the w75 hubs in deep-space.
At the same time, giving the uncommon & epic armada chests a 6 chests pull option would be great. The cool down times are fine.
I just know most people over Ops40 now can beat every armada easily & have a massive around of epic & uncommon chips piling up.
Personally I have 135k (25 weeks worth at current ability to use 5k per open) - however I have seen people with many many more, upwards of 1million epic armada credits.
Gameplay suggestions/quality of life improvements: for the refinery selectable rss per player need (ore, crysta, gas). crew pre-loads for different play styles. alliance intra alliance battles to test crew loads and doesn't cost rss to repair ships. alliance intra trading of ships bp's, rss, and crew shards.

This should not happen, and Scopely needs to make whatever changes they need too so that the Augur wins by a decent margin in this scenario, as should the D4 over the Augur, and the Ent over the D4.
Bring more ship choice for thinking players Scopely, the one path that STANDS OUT as OP (Saladin to Ent) sucks the life out of thinking players that like variety of choice.

Good morning, I would like to but forward a suggestion to adding to the gameplay I was thinking and would like to see in the game that a player can build his own fleet of ships for example... when hitting a base you can have up to four ship in defence can we not have a fleet of up to four ships to attack... and to balance add some research to give defence bonus against attacking fleets also add Bonus to fleets attack or defence let say if your using the full highjacked fleet you could get a bonus same as you would the same officer groups, add armada that alliances would be able attack together with there fleets also have systems where players can but there fleets to the test against each other also this would help with raid as one miner is slow but with. A fleet it would make it more interesting for that aspect of the game I think this could be interesting to the game play just as much as it has opening the territory system if you have any question about my idea please don’t hesitate to message us.

Yeah, it needs separating at 39/40 due to access to 4*, which gives 40+ both resources to spend making it much easier for them to take top 5 places without even trying to compete in the event.

This may be an old suggestion but instead of crews targeting specific types off ships, have special abilities that target specific crews. For example have a crew that reduces the proc percentage of an opponent crew’s captain and/or officer ability or of a particular faction. Kras was a meh start but I think a new crew of officers based on this ability would add a new dynamic to the game

As scopley looks to change up the transporter store I'd like to see the Borg officers added.
Additionally is like a "Borg Saturday" like swarm Sunday or mining Monday.

There are far too many Alliances in need of a T3 territory for the Metreon particle. Scopely should, at a minimum, consider prohibiting an alliance from holding two T3 territories. This will help to prevent large dominant whale Alliances from controlling too many resources. Something else to consider would be to have the Metreon particle float around weekly on a limited number of T2 territories.

TC points... Please post the final score so we can see it. Also an alliance leaderboard so we can see who contributed and how much. It's hard to say what you as an individual are even doing, hard to guide people on tactics when no one actually knows how effective the tactic is. Breakdown the points, show us who and how we contributed so we can figure out what works better
Need a way to get recruit shards for the people extremely rare officers like Harrison, TOS Spock, all Borg epics, etc... Even if it is a "Platinum" or some kind of special recruit card to collect from events and then we could pick how many shards we need to trade for and for who when we are close... So we don't stay only a couple short for months after a real effort to earn them and having nothing to show for it
Add Section 31, Rom Patriots, Blood & Honor, Shakedown Cruise, and Auxiliary Controls to regular Faction recruit chests. Also, add the common & uncommon recruits from each to Standard recruit chests.
Many players have maxed Ent Crew, Klingon Patriots, and Nero's Crew already
Instead of giving us a random bp for example a bortas in the pve chest, make it a generic 3 star uncommon star bp that can be used to build any 3 star uncommon ship, give the players choice and they will thank you for it.
Also, this could be done with Officer, there are now 18 crews and growing, theres is a chance of max an uncommon, little chance of a rare And no chance of an epic.

How about an alert when an enemy tagged ship enters the same system I have a ship in. It’s impossible to watch all your ships all the time. The current alert of you have been attacked after the fact doesn’t do anything for the player. Getting notified an enemy has entered the system would be extremely helpful.

My suggestion is having some form of resource exchange/conversion mechanism whereby players can convert X amount of parsteel into Y amount of Tritanium or Dilithium and vice versa. This could be done in a similar way to the recent 4* gas to 3* gas conversion event. I have so much parsteel I’m never going to be able to use it but in comparison I’m Trit poor. I think offering players some way to convert would be a good step forward to solving this resource/upgrade issue.
now that scopely has opened the path onto simultaneous building, I guess we all be waiting for simultaneous research. research moving onto high tiers takes enormous amount of time.

Wow. Yet another major release where feedback from anyone below a level 40 has been utterly ignored. Why do Scopely even bother having these channels when none of the issues we report are ever addressed in the codebase
Also lvl 40+ will get 60 new researches available, no doubt it will benefit them smashing the lower lvls bases etc - need to sort out the pvp levels, you should be only able to attack someone within 4 lvl of yours,
Lvl 39 and below, 4 lvl either side. Once you hit lvl 40 you can attack anyone down to lvl 36 but up to 50
We need more g3 reduction researches for lower level players, Territory researches lowering 3g costs were great and well needed, but 3g reduction researches start ops 30, by this time you've built a number of g3 ships already, most of the researchers make it more useful in the plus 40 ops area, when it gets above the 40% mark, I would like to see us at least the 40% by the time you start building epic ships instead of under 20%.

I would like to see some servers merge. I suggest doing a mirror universe - where two servers are joined, the map is duplicated and all who merge stay wherever they were originally. Essentially two maps, one a mirror image of the other with warp paths connecting and ability to travel throughout.
It would fit right in with the mirror mirror mission that always gets pushed...
How about having borg Cubes in borg transwarp systems for armadas? Rewards would be nanos.

Would make it easier if you weren't selecting your allies' ships and actually could select the base. Selecting allies' ships is pointless as you can't even see details everyone else outside of your alliance can see.

We need a second researcher, not a second builder! Research takes way longer than buildings in each level. If you keep two builders, please give us three researchers to balance it.
It's sometimes lags, but it's the fact that it's there at all that drives everyone crazy. I have to constantly swipe the useless thing out of the way and during events, it just pop up over and over and gets in the way. It's the most frustrating thing about this game and a huge design flaw. I spend half my playing time swiping away a stupid notification bar. It's pointless. So many times I have gone to hit an enemy and accidentally hit the banner that popped up. Please give us the option to deactivate this!

It would be nice if bugs/glitches etc were fixed before introducing more content that has bugs/glitches etc. We just keep digging the hole deeper and deeper. I should be able to have 15 minutes of continuous play without having to reset.

Make Discovery ship useful, create a mycelium surveyor, replace the ship ability with mycelium jump attack which increase weapon damage, attack and defense by X, uses X amount mycelium, so the dam ship can be used in combat

Some of us actually played and had the cease fire shield drop before we got locked out by this issue, any chance Of Scopely refreshing the ceasefire shields since so many cannot get in? My alliance has verified that only my blue 12 hour shield is showing , which I put up before attempting to update the game...it drops within the hour. If I ever get back on it is looking like it will be to destroyed miners and a decimated base for something totally out of my control.
An idea for the current battlepass-season or if there will be a part.3:
Add the DOS Enrerprise as a Skin. If you use (as an Example 3) DOS Enterprise Crew Member in your Bridgeslots you can switch the appearence of your Enterprise to the DOS Variant or replace the current Enterprise A with the DOS Enrerprise A. That would be the first Step Into the Pime Timeline that could end as an Exemple with a Sovereign class (a later redesign or evelcap to lvl 100)

Fix the refinery in no other game I've played is it a lottery.
Most players would be happy with improving existing game mechanics rather than new stuff every month. Your throwing new stuff at us before the existing things are right. For instance territory capture zones there aren't enough to go around so smaller alliances are punished and have no way to get the particles
Dear Scopely. Can you make it so that raiding is more fair? E.g. A player can raid his lvl, lvl above and lvl below. I mean, the limitation is already there, since I at lvl31 can't raid a lvl 21 player, but I can raid a lvl 22 player. So it's just tweaking the range. Your terms and conditions is says bullying is not tolerated, but a player with 9-10 lvls superiority raiding a lower player is nothing if not bullying.

1. When leading an Armada, we can check what crews are being run on the folks in the circle. Allowing the leader to pick the best crews to get the win.
2. When we spot an alliance member mining nearby, it would be good to see if they've gone OPC, so we can get in touch with them to dump and reset.
3. If a member is being raided, we can Scan to see if they've been drained or not. This puts a higher sense of urgency on defending and/or trying to contact that member.
This would allow for multiple coaching opportunities within an Alliance. Thanks! 🖖
How about spicing territory up a bit with PvE action? Let the Borg randomly attack territory space once in a while.
Battle them - either killing all (strong) hostiles in a given time, or by defeating a strong armada cube.
If you win you get extra resources.if you loose, territory becomes uninhabitable for a week.
Something like that 🙂

For mergers, just automatically sign up the people who held territories for the ones they had again, and let them fight it out for it... or completely reset them and everyone who was stationed, just move em to starter systems

Create Armadas that pay out millions in rss that use a special transport ships.These ships would also be used in pvp base raids but instead of giving us tendinitis, theses ships will dock and gather rss in a similar time frame as now. The number that dock can be linked to the ACC. This relieves pressure on base raids as primary rrs generator which cause ppl to quit. Another method would used the Stella to do actual heist where the ships crack a base carry out rss tokens.
Hey I have an idea. How about when you’re doing a mission and come to a point in the system where you have to stop and tap through mission dialogue and maybe have to make choices about what rewards you get, you make our ships either invisible or impossible to target and attack? Server 44 is having a problem with a single alliance (2nd strongest, with multiple players in the 35-45 range with 4mil+ strength ships) camping out the mission points and farming on us lower level warships at the mission stop point. Makes it kinda hard to do missions or read dialogue or make decision if we either can’t make it there without a camper griefing us, or get killed in the middle of it so we have to repair before moving on to the next part of the mission
Take out the faction recruit officers in the premium and ultra chests since we already have access to them through the faction recruit chests so we get more of the officers we can only access through the premium and ultra chests
With other companies it would be that simple, but with scopely everything’s a challenge. I keep setting 12 hour shields that are supposed to last until 10:00 but I check logs and I’ve been hit by a level 33 at 3:00 in the morning
HI. If i can put a suggestion. Today, there's more and more people who jump between alliances to make accelerations to their research or constructions. I think it's not good for the cohesion of an alliance. They do that because after having full help of your alliance, it's finish .... My suggestion is to reset Help from Alliance each day (at the same moment than QJ). By this way, it still less effective than jumping to other alliances, but we could stay in our alliance and accelerate each day.
Hi. I also have a suggestion or idea. What if scopely introduced new content with out new features (BUGS) ?? Its bad enough that the things that dont work since the beginning of the game are still not working. It would be nice to see something actually get fixed and working properly. Can we please stop zooming all the way in when I go to system view. When I'm in system view I'm looking for hostiles, mines or other players. How is it user friendly to zoom all the way in where you can't see anything?
One thing we need to be able to do is talk to players out of our range on nodes. This morning I spotted a lvl 20 using an explorer to mine I wanted to talk to them but I cant but if I see their base or see them in open space I can why is this? With bases or space the players name is in the top left and can be selected to open a chat but not on a node. I wanted to offer the player some advice or even recruit them for my alliance but its impossible since there is no player name search either.
The chat system on here almost feels like an afterthought I'm seeing more bugs there lately.
As a whole the players want existing problems fixed or the game mechanisms improved rather than new content.
One major thing the new worms look like graboids from the film tremors I'm looking for kevin bacon in the officers bit I cant see him 🤣

Hmm yeah true but in that case make it larger over lvl 35 to 40. I only hit lvl 23s to open them for members of my alliance they aren't worth me moving my bass when I have about 4 billion in rss myself.
So it's good to help my guys but I can get hit by players in the 40s and no chance to hit back at the moment. Well I can but it will take a long time to crack them. It is a bit of a mix match cuz the lower guys can only hit two or three below.
Please remove ALL links in toast notification banners. Swiping them away is nice when they're stuck, but often fails. Players are forced to follow the link to another screen and then back out to return to action.
This is a simple solution that would only take away a layer of unused redundancy.
Idea: what about an alliance station in each territory with defense stations, where alliance members can dock on with their ships? Will use big guns against intruders.
When entering a territory, they get a warning of an attack in 10s. The defense station will have a radar or radial scan, by identifying an intruder, lock and fire! Good? 😊
reduce the cost/expense of the Discovery to not be a big pile of 💩 and give it a boost in stats....that thing is garbage

I find it kind of dumb that at L29 I'm able to reach every system anyone under 38 can. I lose some insentive to move forward if there's nothing new to explore. My max range right npw is warp 65 and honestly it's useless after warp 55ish or something until I'm level 38 and can go to dark space. Am I missing something?
If not, do something that doesn't make this game kinda boring
Like developing the warp drive is just a waste of rss and mat once you can already reach everything possible for your level
Hello, the purchase of the second builder is a great idea. As I find myself growing in levels I find the need to do more research and always finish my building upgrades before all of my research is completed. @austere sand Are there plans in the works that will utilize this extra builder to work on research as well?

The open attack levels in takeover territory needs to go away, kind of ridiculous when lvl 50 players can just wipe everyone out and nobody an do anything about it. Need to make it like it is in regular space.

No one under 25 have access to territory refinery. So no cores. So no takeover
@green shell Yeah god forbid they make part of the game fun to play for mid level players, since not everyone buys their ships 😆
New structure "Alliance Maintenance Bay": Allow alliance members to dock at your station to get repairs. Repairs cost them slightly higher than normal but you get the delta. Potentially use it yourself to repair a ship w/o using an active ship slot but you don't get the kickback on cost.
@rich portal perhaps a "mission mode" for a dock/ship that once activated, the ship is invisible to everyone and cannot do any PvP, only able to activate/deactivate the mode when the ship is docked to prevent any tactical advantages. Again, this would have to be solely for doing missions, if the ship is idle for like 10 mins from killing hostiles (for a mission), going to destinations, or killing golds, it is then recalled or something. Just an idea, probably can get better so please no one crap on it.

@austere sand Hello, could I recommend an idea about territories. Basically as you will know, currently you need to be in a system to see the system.
The suggestion is change it so that you can see inside all your own territories and need to be present as currently is to see others. Just makes it a bit more realistic as you would always be able to see in your territory (scanners etc). Thanks

Popup notification box needs the ability to be turned off, maybe even users choice of what does show
Ability to change crew between ships in same system only, using transporter
Ability to do a full system scan only in the system you are in giving a report showing all zero nodes and nodes gone over cargo

Players that post ideas, suggestions and bug reports should get rewarded for the ones that are used by ingame reward packs they can choose from. This is only fair since players make the game and these ones help make it better.
You know what this game really needs? More unskippable screens!
Nothing really shows your players that you care like screens with tiny 50 pixel close targets that pop up every single one of the 15 times they have to restart because this game is a buggy, unstable money grab! Why stop at one? We need three or four!

Unskippable screens is a great way to extend player time in game. You know what else is. Bringing back the burn and giving people a reason to kamikazi 600 ships into a bigger ship.
A lot of bugs indeed... they patched it by patching buglagely wallets ... now we have even WORMS!!!!
Multiple alliance tag options for hostile alliances... some people you hate more than others. This would improve pvp by helping distinguish targets when everyone is an enemy.
