I like to have the officers reworked that give stats bonus for damage reduction in PvP. 20,30, 40%... is all bad if you have players around with xxx % damage bonus. Ship 300%, Rogue 100%, Prime PVP 100%, TC 100% + 80%, Prime Dmg 100%, Faction bonus 30%, Ion particle bonus 20%,.... that is alone up to 830% without listing the other options. What is the value then of having 790% instead of 830%? Those percentage should be based on the absolute damage output !
This should then ideally also apply for all officer damage bonus! The value should be applied after the research bonus was already applied on the base value.
Base Value * (1 + Research Bonus) = After Research Total
(After Research Total + Officer Direct Bonus) * (1 + Officer Damage Percentage) = Effective Damage Output
Effective Damage Output Target * (1 - Officer Damage Percentage) = Effective Damage Output Target
Also all descriptions should be reworked to make always clear if it is base or absolute bonus! It would be also helpful if those calculations are made more transparent!
