<@&509690795536941056> Kirshara is still broken, and it’s getting worse every time. It’s a real pain to go into the mirror just to farm accelerators. Every time it cancels or skips an enemy, I lose at least 20 accelerator chests.
I can only attack one or two enemies with Kirshara, and it still cancels about 80% of the time.
We players are apparently completely irrelevant to you. This hasn’t felt like a real game for a long time. No wonder more and more people are no longer enjoying it.

I've worked in a number of places in the last 10 years, but all of them had something in common: Should an update fail to apply and customers are waiting in line for one hour or more, rollback becomes priority. If rollback isn't possible, full restore of the latest backup (which we usually make before patching).

Since they can't leave the EU servers in a different version of the US ones, what we're probably seeing here is that probably they're updating server after server manually, because something failed horrendously in the automated update pipeline.

When I have from others that the shields are not the length we were promised, they extended the shields after I asked but not as long as they said they were gonna and I can't get into the game and I have to go to bed for work, forgive me for not trusting scopely when I've been personally screwed over a couple of times in the past by "we're shielding servers/players in (area)" and then I didn't receive a shield. Good lord. If they could extend the shields from 6 1/2 to 8 hours, why not just do it from 6 1/2 to 12 like they said?

I've got one piece of advice for scopley marketing team tho.

Despite y’all efforts, new players joining and staying is very low as per your own admission by asking us to recruit back old players.

First of all the main reason why is straight forward. FALSE ADVERTASING. I saw the ads, according to those, the game is in 3d, with stunning graphics that would require a mid-high to high end pc to run.

We all know the reality, the game is a ugly buggy 2d mess and it has been that way since day 1.

What do you think happen when someone see those ads? They expect a beautiful, fun and bug free game.

Meanwhile what they get after the download is the complete oposite. A buggy laggy mess that get worse day by day. And you're surprised new players aren’t staying? Lol

I won't say that the Borg event is stupid but I will say that the ship bps should be dropped in relation to your ship yard level like if you are hunting Valdore blueprints then the level of ship in Romulan space that you should be hitting is 42 because that is in relation to the shipyard level you will need in order to build the ship. I think that would make more sense.

i get what you’re saying, but here is the difference. we’ll planned updates and fixes during regular maintenance windows, and this: holiday downtime, not planned expected or announced ahead of time, right before servers go down, announced to be 30 minutes which turn into multiple hours at peak time; all of this screams amateur hour, not caring for the average player, and general incompetence. yes the player base as a whole wants things to get better, but scropes has burnt through player good will like oil, and the fields are drying up.

When I couldn't login for a few days, the BP tokens were credited (under threat of a chargeback) but when I queried the other resources I hadn't been able to claim (daily chest pulls, completing SMS etc.) I was told in no uncertain terms by support "there is nothing else we can do for you" - this is after being told by one of the CMs that they were following up, and to log the ticket.

Ultimately, because there wasn't the threat of lost revenue (and the grief associated with a chargeback from the payment provider), support didn't want to know - they closed the ticket, and when I followed up again, they closed the ticket without even providing a response.

So TL:DR; - you won't be.

Last leaderboard update was Friday the 3rd.
But all the pulls for relics are random "chance pulls" so using the phrasing "top performing commanders" is extremely misleading. One could complete all the events but have low pulls everyday and place at the bottom.

There's no need to balance it. In the G6 range, you need so much material that it's never enough anyway. But maybe we'll get tons of G3 and G4 material because they think it's needed in the G6 range. You can see that from the event rewards. They should focus on that and balance it.

Well I think I am just totally bored with the game these days, not been on over the bank holiday weekend and can say I haven't missed it all, not bothered that it is in maintenance. There is simply no enjoyment in the game anymore, it's just the same old drivel over and over, massive grind that takes up all your time, same events just renamed to something else, Arena still sucks, (zero interest in that), anything remotely decent costs £99, Scopely also seem to have no interest in fixing anything or releasing interesting features; so yeh, I guess I am done with it, it was a fun, good game 3 years ago when I started playing, but now it is just inane, insipid and overall boring. Thanks for adding some smaller QoL live improvements I take any that I can get at this point.

I have to say the daily claiming of Refinery, Faction Store and other Stores like Alliance Store is really affecting my "mood" to open the game. Sitting there each day for over 10 minutes (yeah really) to just do silly claims looks like a very weird choice. I'm at a point where I chose to not do select claims because I can't be bothered to wait for screen transitions or restart the game because it hangs after redeeming the claim.

There was the addition of the Claim All function in the refinerey which is much needed. I don't know if I would play without that anymore. Consequently this Claim All feature desperately needs to get added to all the other stores, especially the faction stores. Then we need a master-claim-all button that just triggers all the other claim all buttons. So I can focus my (limited) play time towards events and spending money (cough cough).

Getting fed up logging in each day claiming chests including faction store, open one chest lag, open the next, lag. Then I get to drink my cold coffee. The game should b called Circle Of Death. Having to restart game all the time so rep is recorded, rewards and points such as Maverick tasks, shouldn't need to restart game for that. Ship location is out with added lag , not ideal when in hazard zones. Pls fix these issues so we can enjoy the game. 🙏
