Can please someone look into the Krenim armadas?
It happened twice (or 4 times, depending on perspective) to me: Static enemies I could do fairly easily, charged I failed to beat them in 30 rounds, static fairly easy, charged fail.
Same buffs (2 x ship buffs, corresponding anti-buff, Cerritos with charged today even more; and the building level increases all the time) and completely same crew (I always take screenshots) but big difference in result.
I don't know what is different static vs. charged Krenim: The buff? The battle engine input data?
Please repair and make them the same! Thanks.

I think we need to make a change where all the cool features you have for the Materials Refinery become available for the Ship Parts Refinery. Bonus Refinery? Check. Parts Converter? Check. Any new feature that affects the materials refinery? Let's make it so it reflects the Parts refinery as well. Even better, Let's just make that a few Prime Researches where whatever happens in Materials for that grade of material (ie. G4, G5, G6) also happens in the Ship Parts Refinery. I say this because I hate having 100k in uncommon parts when I need rare parts to upgrade ships, and it usually takes a month or 2 to build up enough rare for 1 upgrade. Parts converter would be REALLY nice to have....

Hi all. The higher up the tree you get the bigger the gap between players. This obviously is the point of the game but a level 63 able to hit a level 40 is unfair and actually creates a bully like culture. We need to make these bands narrower to mean people will continue to enjoy playing the game

By the way, it is blocked for G4. 2 days later an incursion against a G4 server is a bit too much. With my old profiles I liked Incursion no issue. But so soon after a merger... is not good. Please put 405 on bye and take 401 instead. Thank you

I was wondering. With buildings there seems to be a plan on how to push them early on for players. the new DTI building, Archives, Nova, district 56...last building that is just stuck at a low lvl was war room, if you didn't get the prime. But with ships it seems much more common, that they are stuck at a lower lvl. useless for players G5 and up if they don't have a special loop. Protector, eviscerator lvl painfully slow. Seems OPS progression is faster then the ships themself. A really bad example is the Vindicator...I do the loop, open the chests every day and that stupid thing is still T4? There should be a mechanic that brings the ships faster to a usable power lvl...i get that there is a premium at the beginning, and scoply wants to sell packs, but i don't see how i will every use the Vindicator for anything

My solution I gave was to take all power/gameplay based items out of ranking and put them in rep. Keep all the cosmetics in the rank system so people can show off their bling without rank impacting game power and mechanics.

These tournaments are going the route of Arenas. The longer the event goes on, the worse performance gets. Can't refresh tasks and when you do they're stuck as blanks, even after a restart. Leaderboards not showing. Completed tasks not registering as complete. The list goes on. Maybe time to bring an external consultant on board that has the expertise that is lacking within the current programming group and stop picking the base packages offered by AWS.

How about we are given the ability to see what Tournament tasks are currently taken (grey'd out) along with what's available to start? I feel like some tasks become almost impossible to reroll at times, and I suspect it's because an alliance member is currently working on it and thus not available for reroll. You want us working as an alliance to win, there is absolutely no reason we should be fighting among ourselves ever for tasks, so if we know someone has what we want, we can focus our energy (or those who spend their money) on another task or wait. Plus if people feel like they can wisely use their rerolls because they know no one currently has the task they want, then you might see a few willing to spend on reroll tokens (maybe). As it stands, I don't think I've ever seen in the last few tournament the Reroll credits from gifts, or it's so rare, and I bet it's because no one feels they're worth their money to buy, since you can burn 10-20 rerolls and never get what you want.
Also to add giving players the ability to abandon a task would be great too. Had a member accidently click one of the desriable 10k tasks and didn't realize they were still on cooldown. So if that does lock the task up from reroll, everyone was out of luck at that point till tasks refreshed.

I am a small OPS16 player and would like to briefly point out where the support problems lie.

As a player, you often have the feeling that very precise e-mails and error descriptions are not read carefully at all.
On the one hand, this leads to frustration on the part of the player, but in particular to renewed contact with support and thus to a higher workload or the tying up of capacities - this could be avoided!

Example:
Since the start of the arc, I have been missing 15k Pt from the first BP event.
I can assure you that I successfully completed the first and all subsequent events - but the points were simply not credited to me.
In the meantime, I have written a total of 4 (!) e-mails to the support team and received a reply that has nothing to do with my request.
As a result, I am still missing 15k points and the arc will soon be over.

the bad thing is that this is not an isolated case, but also happened to another player i know in a similar form.
as a result, the player was not credited with the points and the overflow - with the coveted broken rods - could not be completed.

This is really extremely annoying and disappointing!

This comment right here is one that really ticks my nerve, as you are trying to shift the blame for your utterly poor handling of your own system to be the fault of the hardware your players are using.

1. First of all, you do realize this is a mobile game you have published and not a game that requires stationary computers to run, right? And with that in mind, shouldn't your systems be designed to handle and deliver the data so that people playing on mobile have a decent experience?

And even with a stationary computer that costs about 4k£ and has decent specs, and a landline internet connection (not wireless) with 500/500mbit fiber, you still get the same desynch and rubber banding issues that you say is due to the inability of the users system to handle the responses in game. What the heck I had a ship destroyed and no battle log of any kind! How the heck that happens? Should be a report of some kind indicating a batttle even cloaked it should at least say cloaked ! To be destroyed without any indication of how is bluntly wrong . No battle report of any kind means no battle which means no reason for being destroyed and therefore no reason to have to repair. Are you sure it was actually destroyed? There is a bug where your ships will show as destroyed and when you click to repair, they are instantly back to the correct hull health and location. I've noticed that numerous times while getting buffed in armadas. I also wouldn't rule out a completely new bug...

It's really poor event design to have PvP where the required ship is tier locked based on ops level. For the Attack Pattern Tango event, my Talios is locked at T5 (ops lvl 42). The same event has ops level 50 players scoring in the same system. Those ships can go up to T9. There is no way that I can even compete against those ships. The entire event feels designed to discourage me from engaging in PvP.

Can’t switch crews. The game just hangs and won’t allow to save the crew choice. Restarted the game several times and it still does it.

I think scopley need to consider a time better suited that could start at say 5pm and end at 1am. Or better yet, just run it for 12 hours or full 24.

Let me start by saying that I appreciate the obvious change in communication since you're around, making us actually feel listened to and trying to improve the events and balancing the required game time. Hopefully it stays like this, for a while.

Regarding alliance tournaments, besides other frustrating issues, the first problem is:

1. The shop disappeared today, just when I was ready to unlock a prime and a skin. I reserved credits for that, as you can see. Last month (well, early January)I spent everything rushed, hearing that you're closing the shop early and the currency won't be reusable.
   I love predictability and the shop closed too early without any announcement.

2. I spent roughly 70k refresh tokens in the last day to get a certain task - didn't happen.

3. Refreshing is a pain in the ... The only way to see the refreshed tasks is to kill the app then enduring the pain of reloading everything - I'm sure that puts stress on the servers too.

4. The shop keeps on refreshing randomly. I gave up on contacting support for refunds because the item under my cursor got replaced while clicking

The rewards are desperately needed and it good to have sourcing for a hard to acquire officer, even at one shard per week, but there is no way to constantly be able to do thos every week unless you add on armadas like dominion, borg, eclipse, etc. Even if you cut their points down to something like half or a quarter of the current, it would make it easier. Or allow players to just defeat these armadas instead of having to start them.

And please please please bring back the month long heroic officer spend events so we can do dailies and spend resources and have it matter.

For Krenim, I use my Pilum (96M power) and Newton (76M power) and can kill 46's with one shot every time. 44's barely damage me. I can kill a 48 static also, but the charged 48's are still too much for me to one-shot. What crews are you using? Also try using the Titan boost, and Cerritos.

A suggestion to improve a part of the game that excludes most of the player base: TC.

First, change Trailblazer. Keep it a week long event but change how points are scored. 30b points a week but give points for raiding resources in tc, raiding materials and fighting in an active TC...do not required alliances to join! just that a player engage in pvp combat or defeating the armadas in there. You can make it 100mil points on a lose, 250mil on a win (300 losses or 120 wins; 3b points per armada defeated). This would allow the entire server to participate.

You can then add a TC currency for the event and then allow players to exchange it for any particle they need. Keep the alliance wide effects and the mining nodes but move everything else out into a separate TC store. If an alliance owns a 3* system, give them a weekly bonus TC currency pull for an extra buy if activated.

This will allow EVERYONE to participate in the Trailblazer and TC researches and not be forced to join alliances or big alliances or anything else. With the exborg faction store, most players don't mine iso anymore. Most TC's are dead and during takeovers, there is very little fighting and just harassment by whales. There is no fun or joy in just sitting in a tc or sitting in their with cloaked ships.

And you are just hurting soo many players who can't join or can't join enough to finish Trailblazer.

This will drastically increase TC activity. And if you want to drastically increase tc presence with stations...make some really great buffs but ONLY if your station is in that system. Like an alliance repair buff of 2000%, but only if the station is in that system. Or a warp speed buff. Or a warp range buff. You could even do an arena damage buff. Or a buff to invading entities, or a buff for any new content that is about to come out. Make it to where being in that TC system matters.

It is way past time to open it up to all.

The general guidance on my server is to close and restart your game after the 10 min timer starts. Most of us have no problem with the Wave after that.

I'm ops 35 and I hav3 only been given 1 lot of transporter patterns, I looked for a good way to source them and found that people used to use the Augment daily chest. I have the Botany maxed out, so I use the archive to collect the chests, which doesn't give me anything for the officers that I have maxed. Gave a shot to pvp arena, at first it seemed ok enough, 57 54 and 53 vs 56 56 54, similar in terms of power. Until i saw the lvl 56 guys ships. 1 billion strength. We couldn’t do anything but get destroyed and watch the whole duration of pvp arena happen. It’s pay to win, never doing pvp arena again until there is a fix to make it fair. My suggestion would be to add a script that compares the top 3 ship strength of arena each participants, not just levels. Thanks you. When you get destroyed without being able to do anything it’s not fun.

As for that script it should be easy to implement, everything is in a database on your servers I’m pretty sure

There is currently a bug (for some) where the "Claim All" function of the archive fails to deliver the transporter patterns. If you Claim only the Augment Claim separately, it (should) properly give you transporter patterns for any maxed augment pulls.

Yeah, that ability comes with the Voyager skin. Everyone has access to it and can use it as they wish.

Voyager only works when there is a ship out to scan. When all ships are home and you still have the shield timers it can only be accessed from the database and players are not authorized to access it. Same for all the playerIDs that emc has, the confident data was taken without authorization.

I maybe the only one that this bothers but as someone who does read the arc storylines I find this kind of thing so annoying. In the narrative and the graphic name it states species 8472 but you use just a generic hostile to represent them. I understand this for species like the Devore which have been mentioned in this narrative but are not hostile in the game I can appreciate that doing all the artwork for that would be expensive and unreasonable, but species 8472 are in the game so you shouldn’t need to use a holder graphic like this. Also in a similar vein if in your narrative you’re going to promote Harry Kim you could give him his extra pip surely but no we have the now Lt. Harry Kim with just one pip in the narrative for the year of hell arcs. We’re Star Trek fans and we tend to be quite geeky and detail orientated so stuff like this matters, well I think so anyway 🖖.

Awesome getting some new things added to the event store, but I'm gonna be quick to ask for more push to add some sourcing for older content outside of cash money.

For example, I've been playing a few years now, but I've never seen the Ent D refit for the original enterprise have any sourcing of any kind. Ive also been waiting since DS9 arc for more salvager refit shards. The advanced exocomp factory key II to get it past level 51 seems to have no sourcing. The 3rd ion particle showed up for $50 about 2 years ago, but havent seen it since, bit at this point its not worth $5 so maybe event store would be a good place for it. Also, maybe prime particles for old primes nobody is gonna waste $100 on because the packs are outdated (like prime medals for the starbase tree).

I know some of these are way out dated, but some people might like the chance to actually complete/collect them. Long time players definitely aren't going to pay for packs for outdated content anyway, so maybe it's finally time for free paths.

Voyager Refinery needs to be checked. Rare ship parts cannot be set at 30% chance. I can fail away teams routinely with 92% success chance, yet I can’t pull rare ship parts in the Voyager Refinery 9 out of 10 times? Just check it, please!

So quick recap of the new ship...
I need 17.5K wreckage for a single pull of the chests that gives me parts for the ship. I need 3.140 static parts for T2, which translates to 14 single-pulls which in turn translates to 70 days until I can tier that ship up. That is after I already did some upgrades with the stuff that came with the pack / missions.
And it will get even longer after that cause the chest is not updated until the ship reaches T3. And all that is if I can even support the chests every single time - which might be hard to achieve given that we only get 2 directives per week.

This needs a revamp on rewards (ship parts per pull) very quickly please!

All of the last several arcs there are these grinds with huge cost vs. Payout ratios then you introduce a ship that's supposed to "help" that adds another grind and requires $400-$500 to get the ship to a useful level THEN with each tier on this magical ship the cost vs payout ratio gets WORSE not better requiring more grinding. You're turning this game into a part time job that I have to pay you to participate in.

How does that work?!

Zero incentive to purchase this other than FOMO and I’m too old to give a hoot about that.

You knows really annoying about this game is that by the time you get certain things in this game because scopely thinks you have years to play a game aget stupid artifact you need long ago but by the time you get it you donr even need it anymore. And with saying that "you unlock something by that time you don't need it" means you never needed that. That is the proof for that most of the payed things are not necessary to have. It can save a few days for sure. But why you play if you want to shorten the playtime?

When you get your g5 epic you scrap the jelly for parts, that allows you to max (valdore for example) which you then scrap for the rare parts to complete the epic Ent.

Before you laugh more, you need to think... But the secret is to kill target in 2 rounds. The ability of the targets gets ridiculous on Round 3, so you need to kill it before that. You need to find that level where it is possible. We killed 10+ targets today...

So the statement of mission behind pay wall is false. Smaller players and alliances have plenty other things to do in the game. Everybody will unlock Vindicator this month. Next month the Revenant. And in 100 days you will have the new ship. Everybody is moaning about the too much content, but moaning too if they need to wait a couple months to do new contents....

Honestly I see no problem in this content release strategy of Scopely. Free game. Payed players play new content instantly, free players later (but usually partly instantly) Indeed they have plenty of things they do wrong, but that is a different topic.

Surprise surprise, another error. I put a 1500% invading entity exocomp on my combat slot and it duplicated in my multipurpose slot so then I put an anti static in the multipurpose slot and it deactivated the invading entity exo...like wtf

The issue is that the missions have been given to ops 42 players. When you need to either pay or just be G5/G6 to even progress them. Not to mention it means any small alliances are simply prevented from taking part in events related to the new arc for the whole month its running.
It alienates huge portions of the player base.

This problem is with us since the Exocomps feature released. It happens when you use the same Exocomp on the same slot you used before. You can prevent it if you use a different (trash Exocomp) before using the real one you want.

Sad we have to make these kind of solvings... They don't fix it for years now. And this bug is not alone in this category.

Oh I have a list of these bugs... Drop these next to Exocomp bug:

• At every chest claim / refinery the text says "1 chest opened" no matter how many chest I open.
• Kir'shara not working properly. If I switch to anything else then the system I use it, it stucks.
• Exocomps actives on double slots.
• Sometimes arriving back to station ship stucks on 0 min 0 sec timer.
• Alliance tournament store jumping whenever a task is rerolled or accepted.
• Voyager mining systems are messed up. Nodes invisible, also players on it. Need restart every time. I know IA and MU refinery solved this problem (with sweep it under the rug), but new players have to deal with it.
• It is not possible to keep a long finished Away team mission. After a time (around a week) it will be automatically claimed if you want to claim a different Away team mission.
• IA archive claim when claimed maxed officer shards sometimes show red zeros, sometimes x amount of patterns.
• Borg cube in system view shown in different position than the true position.

hate to break it to you but not everybody will unlock the vindicator and revenant in the next month or so considering 1 in locked behind maintaining a rep in arena's ehich ev1 knows was a coin flip of doing since launch. I'm an everyday player and for the revenant for example i only have 32 bps out of 200 and due to the way match making currently is i can't get enough credits to pull 2bps everyday others might but not me. So to say everyone can do it is a lie it'd be more tru to say mostly everyone can do it. I don't mean to gripe or start a debate it's just if you gonna try and state a fact make sure you have 100% of the data that wayyou dont get called out and made to look like something you not.

Those were the earliest dates for F2P players. And it is totally okay if somebody can't do 2bps / day. The game demands too much time for sure. But if somebody don't have time to make 2 bps a day, asking (sorry bad choice of a word) for more content is probably a bad idea. I am an old player, had enough time to experience new contents separately. Had plenty of time to get used to it, slowly. BUT I can't imagine how chaotic the game can be now for a fresh G4 player. The current amount is so big for a new player, that I think it is impossible to do them all on full throttle.

The Relativity needs a loot boost ability to make it viable (the research buff is not enough). Its required for the new Armadas, but due to its low power level gets a tiny amount of loot. Its far better to NOT use it, and hope someone else does.
