Hi, I am trying to claim my reward. It says it is sucsessful but when i go to reward vault It quickly shows up saying cancelled and then disappears. I don't get any emails

Thanks for your answer. I should have been more precise : no email, nothing in the "Last Rewards Redeemed", and nothing in the Reward Vault (just something briefly appearing and disappearing so fast I can only read "Cancelled", same thing as OP I guess).
My balance doesn't move either.
When I buy the reward, I get the success message though.

wait salad doesnt use backup codes at all

its just a one time code they send to the email u signed up with

and askes for a one time backup code

it's like a thing built into windows for logging in with ur face or fingerprint or a pin

it's supposed to be more secure than passwords

but yeah salad uses it as their like "backup code" thing sometimes now

it's kinda annoying they don't just use a normal code email lol

u need to set up windows hello first

settings > accounts > sign-in options > add a pin (or face/fingerprint if u have it)

then go to salad in browser and add passkey under account security
