You can try Turn of all apps, turn of nvidia overlay and turn of hardware acceleration. Or plug your Monitor into your mother board if you have an igpu

The only app running,other than windoiws, is salad. I do not use it for anything other than salad. 4060t 16Gb is not an igpu

i serioudly doubt that any GPU that salad can use is an igpu.

If your cpu have build in graphics (igpu) you can plug your Monitor into that and free up vram from your 4060ti
