Ok thank you, because I have 2 pcs entirely dedicated to salad, but they are connected to the gigabit port, via powerline, in a basement room.
I wanted to see if I could also put salad on my pc which is connected to the 2.5gbit instead to maximize the sharing gain, but obviously I don't want it to use componentry, because I work and play with it.
So I guess with that setting it won't even consume all the other people's ssd gb by not having heavy work, right?

But to your knowledge does the system automatically “choose” the pc with more bandwidth? because I see that among the 2 only one is doing sharing.
Since I will be adding mine with more bandwidth I would like to understand if it will use it or continue to use the one that is already doing sharing.

bandwidth sharing prioritizes machines with higher internet speed yes. the number of machines that can have bandwidth sharing on the same IP depends on what country you're in

some countries only allow 1-2, others can be as much as 8

Hi, I need some assistance with getting my 3 out of 4 chefs chopping again. It shows salad is actively running a job and yet nothing happening in my account. one came on for seconds and off again.
