that's a visual bug related to intel integrated graphics drivers. it does not affect earnings, but if you wish to get rid of the error there are 3 options:

Disable CPU in salad (will not affect gpu jobs)
Uninstall your Intel Integrated Graphics Drivers (Display Driver Uninstaller [DDU] may help)
Disable your Integrated graphics in BIOS

I personally recommend 1 or 2. If you have a laptop, 1 is the only option.

click on the performance tab at the top of the app, then click "configure hardware" (may need to scroll down)

you can disable CPU from there

Thanks for all the help, I just quickly ran ddu for intel gpu drivers and it instantly fixed the issue

it seems that the issue was caused by windows update updating the default drivers for intel gpus. it used to be a 2023 update that had no issues with salad, but now it appears to be using a 2024 update

I did some testing on my system and have the same issue with my Intel Arc gpu. it's definitely driver-related

I only noticed this issue on my gaming rig (the rest of my rigs are ryzen) so I need whatever the issue was was fixable

the weirdest part is that Salad is saying the cpu is incompatible (in logs and confirmed by disabling cpu and the error disappears), but cpu jobs still run just fine

I noticed that, my rig had no issues whatsoever getting jobs I believe it was just a visual bug

this has been around for multiple updates, but you're welcome to report it to #official-support

my report was kinda brushed off because it was a visual bug
