I remember there was a configuration issue for RTX 4070 supers which prevented them from finding higher paying jobs, while RTX 4070 (non-super cards) could find 5$ jobs. Which got resolved couple of weeks back on salad live stream. Could you check if 4080 super is facing similar config issue? CPU: 5900x+64gb ddr4+2tb nvme+4080super. No jobs only on 4080 super cards.
