@ruby plank for the 2/4, that's because the container environment still isn't set up properly. the "Chop using in-demand hardware" requires the container environment to be set up as far as I know. Adult Content Workloads is disabled in countries that disallow such workloads
you can try to fix the container environment in this way: open powershell and run wsl --import salad-enterprise-linux "C:\ProgramData\Salad\wsl" "C:\Program Files\Salad\wsl\salad-enterprise-linux.tar.gz"
