It should be noted that Windows 10 will be EOL in like a year, iirc
For now though, you can just use whichever you want

It means Microsoft will no longer bring any new updates to the OS
At least, for most people
There'll be extended support for commercial customers and whatnot
And you could theoretically use one of those long term support (LTS) versions of Windows 10 to get essential security updates for a couple more years
