sadly the virtual stuff isnt related at all to your issue
open salad>top left circle>show logs>send a screenshot
i'll tell what to do after that
a screenshot?
open t-rex and send the latest log
here
yep
i would try a reinstall
hmm
i would suggest blocking that miner and letting salad use another miner
you can try this
How to block Salad from GPU mining while you wait for a GPU container job
-
Follow this tutorial - https://www.wikihow.com/Block-a-Program-with-Windows-Firewall, using the file path for whichever miner Salad is currently running.
You can just set it as an outbound rule, you shouldn't need to block inbound as well, but you can if you want to. -
You then stop, then start chopping again - or just disable then re-enable GPU in Resource Preferences.
Salad should say it ran into a firewall issue, but you can ignore this - you can still get GPU container jobs perfectly fine while it says this error. -
Salad may fall back to another (version of a) miner, in which case you'd just block that miner too. At most, you'll have to repeat this for like 8-10 fallback miners.
