Yes
can you show me your performance tab in task manager? (CPU to be exact)
after that, press the windows key, then type in "CMD", then type this command in and screenshot the result wsl -l -v
time to see if my barley functioning hebrew skills work...
What you looking for
just was checking if virtualization is on here, which it is
in that same CMD, run this command; C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsl.exe --import salad-enterprise-linux "C:\ProgramData\Salad\wsl" "C:\Program Files\Salad\wsl\salad-enterprise-linux.tar.gz" --version 2
Ye it says available
then screenshot again
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsl.exe --import salad-enterprise-linux "C:\ProgramData\Salad\wsl" "C:\Program Files\Salad\wsl\salad-enterprise-linux.tar.gz" --version 2
this?
@shell sequoia
close that CMD, open another one in administrator mode and paste this command in : bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
then restart your PC and do the long command again
containers should work now!
Yay
No message
Does it solved the windows host process too? @shell sequoia
And i think i catched a container already
Does vmmem is the container?
vmmem is a windows task that indicated virtual machine activity, it could mean you have a container, but also just that salads distro is updating and what not
Ok
Thx
I hope the windows process message wont appear again
