For the first time you run the app (after update, after install) salad runs as normal and i get container job. After that, salad no longer run container (checked in taskmgr), salad bowl service still run but the WSL process is no where to be found. Anyone having the same issue of cant get any container even with weeks of waiting?

Unfortunately, due to the large amount of Salad users trying to get access to CPU container jobs, and there being a lack of demand from technological companies, you will be placed in a queue to wait for a CPU container job.
same applies for bandwidth and gpu container

and it may take weeks,months to get a cpu container

its actually not this problem as i tried many times... the problem is WLS not running at all > no container (do salad only start WLS only when it get a job?)

salad only starts vmmemwsl when it get a job
and when u re-enable container it starts for a bit and shuts off

alright then the only way to solve is to just completely wipe off salad and reinstall it again to get a container...
