Has anyone tried or uses Salad Windows servers OS (Win2016,2020,2022 etc) and does it work for them?
And has anyone tried MacOS and it works for them, please tell. For this community I am making a proper documentation so its easy for new people to start mining easily.

Using a Mac and wanting to join the kitchen?

Unfortunately, Salad has discontinued support for Mac, and newer versions of Salad won't support it.

While some old versions may still work, we cannot make any guarantees that it will, and Salad will not be able to provide any support should you encounter an issue.

Salad no longer supports Mac (and Linux) due to the very small userbase it had, Salad couldn't justify maintaining three different versions of the app. They decided to focus their efforts on just one version for the vast majority of their users.

Windows server editions should probably work with Salad, assuming it has all the features that Salad needs that's found in regular Windows home editions. I'm not sure if / what versions have been tried by people, so your best bet is probably to try it yourself and see.
Note that Salad won't really work if it's in a VM or other kind of virtualised OS.
