HI I live in an Africa country but my valorant account servers are in europe. So I should get the eu valorant cards right? Also any time limit to redeem them?

if you are confident eu cards will work, then try and see (i advice you to try the cheapest one just in case it doesnt work)
and you can buy anything on the store as long as its in stock. If its out of stock wait for salad to restock the item(s)
