idk if the guy above answered your question entirely, but i think youre asking why they chose the countries they chose and its primarily because those countries had companies they needed bandwidth sharing jobs (research using a lot of bandwidth, etc.) and other countries havent had enough or any companies that needed salads bandwidth sharing program
