Salad keeps pausing

I have had this problem for quite some time where I enable salad, I leave my computer, and come back to it paused. The miner stops running and the salad button changes to the two lines. I have also confirmed that it is not an antivirus.

if you are using intel GPU disable it since salad Do Not support it. and download the latest version

I used to have this problem but updating system and restarting my pc seemed to solve the problem

This is what the performance tab would look like(the reason why utilization is 0 is because I am running other processes at the time. Usually it is around 85)

because sometimes it thinks you are afk and starts mining, when you open you pc to check it stops because it thinkks you are back

im sure thhr is a way to fix it

but i just turn off autostart
