Hello. I am a Moderator in a Discord server, and we use the Ticket Tool bot.
Recently, I opened a support ticket and added another server member to discuss an issue. They wrote some lines of text outside of the ticket, on a private server, and then forwarded them to the ticket. Those forwarded messages appeared normally on the ticket, and I was able to read them perfectly.

Howerver, when I closed the ticket and transcripted it, and then opened the transcript, it didn't show the forward messages. The issue occurs both in the direct transcript link and in the downloaded transcript.

I wrote a test ticket to demonstrate the issue, and I'm sending some images here to show it.
The first image is a screenshot of the live ticket, where you can see the forwarded messages, as expected.
The second image is a screenshot of the direct transcript link opened in a web browser. As you can see, the forwarded messages do not appear.

Hey there @hoary flame , sadly not yet, I apologize this is the case. Due to the season please expect a higher response time, as a matter of fact once we are fully back on operations in 2025 I'll make sure this is addressed. Note that the developer is in fact aware of this and is part of his roadmap, apologies for the delay!
