There is still ability to create tickets despite settings/time being set to not allow ticket creation.

I have several ticket panels, some it works on and some it doesn’t but all have exactly the same settings and are all enabled.

A member of the support team @dry root assisted me and also couldn’t explain why this was happening though it randomly worked - though tonight it’s the same problem.

If the schedule option can be investigated that would be ideal.

This can be closed @dry root once I changed the time zone it all started to work in sync 😊
