Our volunteer support looks to endeavor a response within 24-48 hours upon ticket creation. All members are asked to be patient with our volunteers.

As you stated, you closed the ticket within 5 minutes because you were unsatisfied with the members response time after they gave you multiple instructions to solve your inquiry. Likewise, you did not provide an adequate amount of time for our team to further address your inquiry after being already addressed twice, as you seemed confused.
