Heya Flame!

You are asking for support at 1 in the morning for most of our team, in which is asleep at this point at night. You also pinged several support members in a support channel to get a response, in which you were verbally warned multiple times by our moderation system to not do, which is both annoying and disrespectful to our volunteers.

Please avoid mentioning our team members for support, and they are more likely to help you when they can find time, again they are all volunteers!
