Hey @stable swan!

I've taken an in-depth look at the ticket relating to your review, and consulted with a manager in the Spanish team for some clarity.

The response times for your ticket, while not the fastest, were somewhat similar to the time you yourself took to respond to queries. We endeavour to answer all tickets as promptly as possible and as such it is difficult for a support member to wait on a single ticket. That being said, we are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of our support and i will see if improvements can be made.

As for the support itself, I did not find it to be rude or impolite, just a little direct. If you found that upsetting i do apologise. And in regards to your issue, it is due to an update pushed a while ago. Custom emojis from other servers can still be used by inputting the ID in the custom fields, they just do not appear on the emoji picker anymore.

I hope this resolves any concerns you may have. If you have any further comments feel free to ping me here.

Yeah i understand that. The issue there is this was a pretty minor recent change in a big wave of updates, so the support member wasn't aware of that, Which is why they answered the way they did.

He's actually correct when he said there's no database for emojis, the bot just pulls that data from discord, we don't really store anything ourselves so that's probably what he was referring to. However that wasn't really the solution to your problem which is what caused the discontentment.
