I notice that when I create a ticket with the basic role on my server, that role does not see its ticket open and as soon as I switch with the administrator role I can see the ticket

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming Options.

Heya, we've been using premium ticket bot for a while, and like 2 days ago or so it stopped properly saving the embeds / pictures etc. in the reports, we have to manually reupload them now (or have em in cache), it used to just work but they seem to be getting deleted from the discord attachments server now
is this a known issue or something that is out of your hands or is there a setting we need to updoot?

Known issue. Its because all the messages are saved within discord. Once the channel is deleted, discord remove the image from their cache after some time (max 30 days) which could explain why it worked originally and then stopped. The dev is looking into a way to prevent this though, without leading to a breach of data protection
Thanks for the quick reply, it's deleting them as soon as the channel is gone now. We used to have them for a while. we close the ticket and others cant see the embeds, sadly.

Could be discord changed something. Which would explain why this is the third instance I have seen of this issue today having never seen anyone mention it before
But the dev has a few ideas, he's just trying to pick the best one to try and implement
Yeah it started 2 days ago, tbh we havent even run into checking out tickets closed for 30 days. We just noticed as other staffers wanted to help in an issue but we found out in multiple tickets they couldn't view the embeds of the same day. I'm glad the devs have ideas to fix though, our make due copy paste fix will do for now

Within all the messages the bot's sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.

Hi there. My bot doesn't move all my Closed tickets to Closed Category. It worked yesterday when I first started it but now sometimes it moves them and sometimes it leaves them in Open even when the ticket is closed. Open and Closed Category are two different categories

probably yes
Due to discord limitations, each category can only have 50 channels
you can assign an overflow category as a workaround
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

for the ticket owner not to see the ticket content
and then you probably enabled the thingy which makes the tickets public (i don't use it so i dont remember what its called but its right under general iirc)
To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Premium bot ➞ And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

you would have to create and edit the panel through Ticket Tool Dashboard
The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel Options -> Edit Panel Message

you can recreate the dyno embed with Ticket Tool dashboard (you would need premium to make it exactly the same), through panel configs, then add the reaction role feature to the ticket tool panel message through Dyno dashboard
if what you want is to add the Open Ticket button to Dyno's embed, then that's not possible, because the bot cant edit another user message

The View as Role discord feature will not work for testing ticket tool. Ticket Tool opens permissions with user permissions & not role permissions.

the only thing you can do is limit who can use the command

The fact you can see it means the issue isn't messages deleting (as you can't delete only for certain people), but permissions. Your users won't have the read message history perm

Is anyone else unable to get the bot to respond? The role ticket tool has in my server has administrator permission so I'm not sure why it isn't working
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.

How would i create a multi panel with premium?
That depends on how many buttons you'd like. If you want 4 buttons, create 4 panels.
Then choose one panel (doesnt matter which one) and press on Settings. Then go to General Options, and attach the rest of the panels there under Attached Panels.
Meaning: If you have Panels A, B, C, D, and you chose panel C to attach the panels in, then you'd attach Panels A, B, and D
hopefully that makes sense

For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panels box (If you do this, it will create duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

You have two options, one being a premium feature.
Since I presume you are a standard user, use the command $rename report 0001 to rename it the exact name.
The bot will not respond to other bots. If for whatever reason you somehow got it to, it isn't intended.

It isn't "auto rename", but it is a feature meaning whatever you place in the correct field, it will open it as that name.
In simpler terms, if I wanted the ticket to be opened and named "report-{ticket number}", it would open as that, although you would have to rename it manually if you wanted to change it during the course of a ticket being opened.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Premium bot ➞ And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.
