Heya, we've been using premium ticket bot for a while, and like 2 days ago or so it stopped properly saving the embeds / pictures etc. in the reports, we have to manually reupload them now (or have em in cache), it used to just work but they seem to be getting deleted from the discord attachments server now

is this a known issue or something that is out of your hands or is there a setting we need to updoot?

Yeah it started 2 days ago, tbh we havent even run into checking out tickets closed for 30 days. We just noticed as other staffers wanted to help in an issue but we found out in multiple tickets they couldn't view the embeds of the same day. If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

  1. Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

  2. Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

  3. While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.

These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.

They cannot be edited or disabled, as they are a discord requirement that is set by the developer of any bot. Where can I find this?

You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options

This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

How to disable the premium bot

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Premium bot ➞ And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.

Premium features will still work on the normal bot.
