You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server
User permission level with Ticket Tool
@User is permission level: 0 (User)

Add the role you want to blacklist from creating tickets in the Disabled Roles in the Create Ticket settings

Alright, when a ticket is deleted right after closed is due to a setting. Go to your Panel Configs tab, then open the panel's settings. And display the General Options menu. Once there mark as
the Two Step Ticket feature and save changes. That will stop tickets to be deleted after being closed. Tickets won't delete by themselves unless you set it that way so if there are tickets that are disappearing would be good to set the logs so you see who's issuing the deletion. Lastly, you can't recover deleted tickets

Side note: You can remove Dyno's admin perms, and give it the perms needed to function. Then, add perms to the category's that are private so Dyno can see them and send messages. No bot needs administrator to function.

They could use the windows snip tool and just ctrl+v it in the ticket. Otherwise it can be a discord permission that one is allowed to post images.
You can test this yourself when creating a ticket on your own discord.

Yes, that is set via the web browser.
Go to the settings of your panel ==> Category Options and select a category that is set up on your discord. When you open a ticket after that, it will only show up in that category instead of the top of the discord list

If you haven't created any categories on your discord server, please do that first. After you done that, refresh the web browser so you are able to select a category from your discord server

With ticket logs yes, but if you dont have those enabled, theres no real way of figuring this out without either ticket logs or a transcript

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
