Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.
grab the role ID by using $id @role then head over to your panel settings -> ticket options -> edit ticket message then put <@&roleid> in the "message text" area

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

the reason using {user} shows the ID, is because {user} returns the ping, or mention, of the user, so when you use it in something like the channel name, it would return their ID and not their actual name

Good morning folks! I’ve been looking through the documentation, and my community has the premium version. Is there an option that I have not seen that allows you to switch a ticket from one panel type to the other if someone submits it under the incorrect one? For example, someone creates a generalized support ticket, when it actually needs to be directed specifically to the development side. Is that possible, or would they have to actually resubmit the ticket under the correct one?

Excuse me for slipping in here mid convo but I'm having trouble with permissions on my support role people being unable to see an opened ticket but being able to see it when its closed. I have the role made, added into the panel config and the permissions set to allow them to see it open yet I'm still having trouble. I tried taking a look around this server in search for a past solved solution already ^^' any help would be appreciated.

Whenever you got the required votes you should run $vote redeem, the bot then will send you a DM with a premium key so should redeem in your server. Now, take into account that if you ran out of premium the premium settings will stop working.

You can do so
You should go into the Settings, then the General Options and you should update the ticket limit

Also, you should check that your global limit allows your users to open more tickets at once
Unlike the regular Ticket Limit, the global limit will limit the amount of tickets a user can create at the same time for ALL Panels. When a ticket is closed again, the limit resets for that user.
To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Server Configs --> Global Ticket Limit
This is not a limit for how many tickets a user can open at all times or how many tickets you can have open on the server in total. This is just a limit per user for open tickets.

Hi there. I added my support ticker channel under support category. But the ticket opens up in another category. What am I missing to have it open up underneath the ticket open channel and in the support category I made? 2 - is it possible to have multiple ticket support open channels under different categories so as to best support people with specific enquiries about those categories ?

You should select the category as shown here, and there you are all setup!
From the last part of your query, I would recommend you to have more than one panel

We recently shifted to premium and I noticed the bot was not working tonight
I went to the tickettool web page and it didn't show my ability to manage the server but just invite it so I tried this (and I did not have full admin privilage at the time)
and now it broke our ticket system

The new Discord Buttons allow for a much smoother and convenient experience. They reduce lag and work much better than emojis. With ticket tool you can edit all the buttons however you like! Buttons can show emojis, text and can have 4 different colors.

Found the problem!
To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.
You have selected the premium bot without having premium

Guys, I wanted to know how to make people able to create different tickets just with 1 panel, like on #🎫│make-a-ticket I wanted to make it like that.
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple buttons to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 25 panels may be combined.
For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panels box (If you do this, it will create duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

These pop ups can only be seen by the user who triggered a certain action, like creating a ticket. They cannot be edited or disabled, as they are a discord requirement that is set by the developer of any bot. The ephemeral messages can be removed by pressing the little blue Dismiss message text, or by restarting your discord client.

you can edit everything premium related, you just wont be able to see the change in the tickets themselves
you can try saving and opening a ticket/resending the panel message (or whichever embed color you're editing), and it will most likely not apply

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.
