What is Webhook Options?
The create ticket button was not showing for one of my users in the server but it was for everyone else. What could cause that to happen is it a known issue with a specific situation

The new Discord Buttons allow for a much smoother and convenient experience. They reduce lag and work much better than emojis. With ticket tool you can edit all the buttons however you like! Buttons can show emojis, text and can have 4 different colors.

You can set a support team as well as "additional roles" who can have different permissions for open and closed tickets to each other

Am I able to transfer premium to another server?
Backup and Restore allows you to transfer your premium status, panels, tags, and all settings to a new server.
You can also use it to keep a backup of your settings incase you need to suddenly move servers. We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, incase your server is deleted. You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your dashboard, then Server Configs and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the second field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green “Restore Configs” button.

Premium features will still work on the normal bot.
I think you might have selected the premium bot instead of the free one

check the permissions list and check J. Amir's permissions
make sure there's no preset permissions in your category (if your tickets are created within one)
Also make sure you are including the @ to add them to the ticket. That was one of my mistakes when I first tried it. Easiest thing to do is tag them in another channel then copy that then in the ticket do $add then paste the rest.

the website isnt used for that, it's only to edit the bot's configurations on the servers they have the permissions to do so
Yeah I figured as much just wanted to clarify in case there was something I may have overlooked as a server I own will likely expand very rapidly in the new year so I'm trying to get a new suite of bots setup and the existing community accustomed to everything.
Pity about that though, would be very handy.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

A transcript is like a ''copy'' or log of all the messages in a ticket, so you can go back and review your deleted tickets whenever you want

Your options would be to:
1 - Delete the panel from the channel
2 - Add a blacklist role temporarily
3 - Remove permissions for the role you do not want to create tickets to see the channel

that's a bug on discord's end, where the channels are deleted but the client didn't sync. reload your discord and they will disappear
If they don't dissappear, you can contact discord support. But 90% of the times a reload works (ctrl+r)

Like Mia said just dismiss it everytime. Closing client will also get rid of them but there is no way to disable that feature as of now

They just need to click dismiss they don't need to delete it. It also gives them the location of the channel that's been created for them which can be super helpful
This is the worst feature of the bot, really useless.
When a person opens a ticket it is @ in directly.
The worst thing is that you can't delete this message automatically or even disable it. It floods uselessly

If you are trying to limit users from creating a set amount of tickets, there's two ways, first one, is limiting how much they can create in a specific panel. Second one, is a global limit, which is how many tickets a user can have open for all times.
1:
A ticket limit may be set per panel to prevent users from spamming tickets. By default this limit is set to 3. Once a user hits this limit the bot will notify the users that they reached the limit.
To set a ticket limit go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Ticket Limit
2:
Unlike the regular Ticket Limit, the global limit will limit the amount of tickets a user can create at the same time for ALL Panels. When a ticket is closed again, the limit resets for that user.
This is not a limit for how many tickets a user can open at all times or how many tickets you can have open on the server in total. This is just a limit per user for open tickets.

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

How do I get into the bot prime?
Do you have premium? The premium bot won't work without it, but if you do have premium you can follow these steps
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

If you have permission to kick members then you can kick the bot. Nothing can keep it there. But if you explain what isn't working with it, we can help fix it
The reactions haven't been removed for a while. Also reactions as a whole will stop being supported soon so there will be a time everyone will need to use buttons

As far as I know it can't be due to discord limitations. I remeber Josiah saying something about all buttons need to give an output in the channel when pressed. All other buttons do something in the channel they are in but this one doesn't so needed to have a message. So he did the best he could by making it one of the private messages that is dismissable (and auto removes when discord restarts)
