A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

uh hi, im wondering if someone can help me? for some reason the bot is saying that it is missing permissions. when i open the debug all the permissions are ticked. ive tried to create another panel and to move the ticket tool role to the top of my server roles, but no matter what i do, tickets wont be created. does anyone know what the issue might be?

Okay, this question may be stupid but how can I get a panel like this? I'm new to this bot and it seems great.
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

Assuming you mean the ticket created message, you can't. However it's only visible to the person that makes the ticket and goes away when discord is restarted
Did you confirm with other users? Might be that your discord isnt updated so you can't see the button

Can you take away the fields and show a dm gets sent then add the fields and show it doesn't? I've never heard of this issue myself. I only use 2 fields
With screenshots? It may be a bug as long as the dm is setup right which it sounds like it should be if it worked with no fields or less.

Have you checked out the open ticket perms in button options and make sure you didn't blacklist any roles on the general options? Both in panel configs?

You can send them to a category
Instead of category open go to category closed

That can mean you need to update discord too, but as it doesn't happen on all buttons for you, it probably means you were pressing multiple buttons in a short space of time

The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customise it head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Edit Ticket Message
