You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

You can blacklist a role are give it to the person spamming. They wonât be able to use ticket tool or any panels.
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

Yes yes, however that is the only way to blacklist someone repeatedly opening tickets, ticket tool already as a ticket limit so you can set how many tickets a user can open.
Unless you changed it from 1 to something else a user should only be able to opens ticket once each panel unless the ticket had been closed.

You have to click âSave Transcriptâ or it wonât save. If you have premium you can automatically save it.

There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

i was able to do " $transcript " in any non-ticket channel and it be able to save that entire channel in a transcript format.. Now i can't do that.. says " Warning .. not a ticket channel " i very much liked being able to save transcripts of non ticket channels so i can save the history of that channel before i delete it...
Anyway you can change it back to where i can do $transcript in any channel please...

Hello, whenever someone makes a ticket, for some reason the ticket's permissions doesn't sync with the categories', making the person who made the ticket unable to see the message history
How do I make it so that the newly created ticket channel syncs it's permissions with the category it's created in?
Go permissions tab in servers configs -> settings then click user opened perms and allow message history
Idk that there is a way to sync but that will solve the problem of them not being able to see message history. All new tickets will work with that perm set

After the last update with new transcript embeds, the "Ticket Name" does only show the initial ticket name, but not the name after a ticket was renamed any more. đŠ Is this intended?
e.g. if I rename a ticket $rename new-ticket-name I would think this should be "new-ticket-name", not "Ticket-0123"

To send a panel use the command $panel <id>
The ID is located on the dashboard just before your panels name.

The first ID will have its message and buttons sent while the others will have only buttons sent.
You can combine up to 25 panels
Currently whenever someone reacts to our panel in my Server, the reaction seems to stay and not remove - but the ticket is created regardless. Was this part of the reaction removal? (I heard it may take a while to 100% remove)

Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

When staff close tickets on our server now, the ticket renames to the person who closed it (instead of the person who opened it). How can I fix this? I tried a few different variables, but was doing it wrong, still. Thank you in advance!

i have invited the bot and it is in my server but it aint showning up on the web site

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

That will edit the info in the display where you react to open the message

Is there a way to make it so only certain roles can open a certain tickrt?
Yes, but with channel permissions not with the bot
Have it so only the role u want to open this specific ticket can see the channel
I do that for my blacklist so there's no why does the bot not open a ticket for me questions. They simply don't see the channel anymore lol

Yes, however note it is a premium feature.
Go to panel configs ---> ticket options ---> ticket open name
If you want to rename it mid ticket, use $rename {newname}
