A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
Just add the role in that section and it'll work ^^

I have the Ticket Tool Premium bot in my server with the same permissions as regular bot had, but when I type commands nothing happens?
I thought he meant with the support team roles already added.

sorry to bug ya again lol. but the bots having issues with my panels now, im trying to make a multi with panel 1 2 3 -
all it does is add the react emoji for panel 2 (on panel 1s embed)
panels 1 + 3 dont give any reaction options when done seperately either, bot should have all necessary perms + i re selected the emojis just to be sure

Redeeming premium on your server is really simple. Just head over to your Subscriptions Page. There you can select a server of your choice, which will get premium. You can change the server at any point.

If you are talking about channel hastags, you can try variables (listed in the panel settings at the bottom) or you can also try <#channelid> in the embed description. However notice sometimes it may appear as "invalid channel" due to discord issues with embeds.

No, it wouldn't autodelete tickets. The only way for it to delete is through the automation option, or using two certain commands. When it is open it stays open until either $close or $delete is used, or the automation option.

For reference if you are reading this, there is a possibility users are closing their own tickets, as when the user closes their ticket they can see the messages to delete it, which can allow them not to save transcripts and the such.

Padding is basically how many digits you want the ticket number to have.
How do you add those rich reactions?
Like if it's padding 4, then if your ticket count is on 1, it would show 0001 (4 digits)

How do you bl roles
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

If they confirm, it will close the ticket, if not, then the ticket is left open. If you turn it off, it will close the ticket immediately close.

@cedar spindle hi, basically you use a command and after the command you type the number of the panels you want to use. The first number you put is the one which will display the message, the rest will just add itself as reactions.
the command is $panel id1 id2 id3 id4 which is with normal reactions
or you can use $newpanel id1 id2 id3 id4 which uses the new buttons (like in #🎫│make-a-ticket )
The ID's are the numbers which you can see in the dashboard next to each panel

Well nice new buttons. But since this new update users in all my game channels are triggering ticket tool 😂 anytime they use .claim.. and the hacky method I used to track users closing their own ticket using reactions is broken ..

using the command $olpanel will send a panel with reactions..
when you open a ticket using that they will have buttons.. this cannot be fixed, have them use commands if they can't see buttons.
Make sure the reaction is enabled for that panel

Correct, when you save the transcript using the reaction or $transcript it will send to your transcript channels. If you have the DM Transcript feature, it will DM a the owner of the ticket the transcript. (It should save automatically to the transcript channel however when using the DM feature.)
However, you can use transcript @user and it will send a transcript to that user to their Direct Messages.

there was only one user in the ticket
so thats how it shows for him
while it seemed normal for the rest of our staff
ask them to update discord if it isn't already updated
restarting might fix it if its updated yet looks like that
