you can do it from the dashboard as well, you just need to reload the page
log out and log back in or try a different browser
it's just a cache issue

Hello everyone, I recently ran into a situation in my server. My staff closed a ticket, saved the transcripts, and tried to delete it. But it wonât delete. It says âclosed-0562â. It wonât allow us to view anything within the ticket anymore (as if itâs still loading). We tried to delete by âDelete Channelâ but that also didnât work.
It's a discord issue. If you cannot modify, delete, or see contents of the channel(s) this is a discord visual glitch, waiting it out usually fixes it.

Ticket Tool automatically overrides permissions as it opens tickets with user permissions not role permissions.
Yes but i allowed a certain role to access that ticket with the user creating it, it still creates a ticket with @.everyone on neutral allowing everyone to access it irrespective of 'Support Team' permissions.

To fix the @.everyone being able to see the ticket, follow the steps below.

"Keep Visible" will disable any permission changes to the @everyone role, allowing everyone to see into tickets.

If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.
To make ticket tool ping a role when a ticket is opened, go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Ticket Message -> Message Text and do this:
{@Role name} This is case sensitive and the role must have @mentions enabled

In essence the commands and delete procedure native wise and UI wise aren't working because the channel may be deleted or in any case your client isn't able to view that channel. It's a discord mobile glitch

Just disable it for members to close and delete tickets in Reaction Options in the panel settings.
Go to close ticket, select your member role as a disallowed role and your mod role for an allowed role

Or you can set the reactions to support team only ^^

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.

Already existing tickets, sure. Just run the $add ID or user @ command and it'll add them to the ticket.

I've told you three times now, it's the same thing as Support Team roles.

Additional roles are like extra roles other then your support team. Your support team roles should go in the support team category while the additional roles (the roles which you want to give access to tickets) should go to the additional roles category. You can change the perms for them, you can either prevent the additional roles from sending messages or you can allow both.

To make ticket tool ping a role when a ticket is opened, go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Ticket Message -> Message Text and do this:

First thing I noticed was Ticket Tool doesnât send an opening ticket message, means it doesnât have enough permissions to operate correctly. You can give it the permissions below if youâd like but giving it Administrator works a lot faster.

This looks to be a button issue. Please make a ticket for that if issues continue, buttons are still in the works.
If you know the panel number you can use $panel {number} to resend it to the channel. If the panel was deleted you can try restoring the server settings.
Panel number displays in the panel configurations. Where the edit option is it should be displayed on the left side.

You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

You can either turn off the reaction, requiring you to use the command. Or you can make it support team only. If there are people you want to see the ticket but not count for deleting with support team, you can add them as an additional role and make the additional role perms the same as support, and they can't close the ticket
