First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

In general settings of your panel the ticket limit is set to 0

To set a ticket limit go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Ticket Limit

I need help with understanding ticket tool like I got the setting it up and stuff its just whenever I use it what is suppose to happen I have already made a ticket management role and I thought they'd get a dm or something notifying someone used the ticket but nothing is happening and people are interrupt tickets when one is in progress.

You can notify people by pinging a role however.

Make sure you invited premium and enabled it for the server you would like it for. Directions are below:
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Hi, I've made a panel, and I'd like to "disable" the panel for a bit, so we can have a break. Is there a way I can keep the panel there, but when you react, it removes the reaction and nothing happens?
It's not a very quick way, but this will do it.

Alright. So, you are attempting to allow people to send links in tickets?
Yes.
Alright. Well.
Here's the thing.
You can do it in a couple of ways.
First.
Go to the pannel tab.
Then, go to the pannel that you setup for that server.
Click the ⚙️ and go under permissions.
The user opened permissoins click it and check the embeded links. This allows them to send links that lead somewhere else on the web.
Everyone can send links, Unless you have a bot that won't let them.
Assuming that they set that setting already. That they can't.
The thing is, the automod system, (dyno) doesnt allow links, and there isnt a way to blacklist an automod by category

Double check your didn't set a blacklist role
Like battleeye said make sure you don't have any blacklisted roles,

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customise it head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Edit Ticket Message

I have invited the ticket tool to my server multiple times and its still not letting me manage my server it just keeps saying invite
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

From the sounds of it the user open permissions are incorrect, follow the instructions below but except for going to "Support Team Open" go to "User Open". Open tickets will not be affected by the change, so therefore you would have to use the command $add {userid}

No sorry. The only way you can "disable" tickets (the easiest way) to do this would just to be to remove the reaction and add it later or blacklist the member role and unblacklist it later.

The limit is for how many tickets one user can open at a time. When they close a ticket, the counter decreases by one. It's very unlikely that you want one member to open 200 tickets

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

Ticket Tool has a useful command that helps you get the ID of various things like channels, roles, emojis and your server.
Just use the command $id <#channel/@role/:emoji:>. Now copy everything, including the brackets <...>, to your dashboard (or wherever you want it)
If you want the server ID, just use $id.
You can use the ID command to find the ID of these emojis and then copy paste that into the message

How do I unban someone from tickets?
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

Hello, I just had a question in regards to the logging/transcript aspect, is it not possible to use this in a private channel so only certain roles are able to see? Every time I try it doesn't work so not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not.
Transcript channels will work as long as ticket tool can see / send messages in the channel you wish to send it in. You can use $debug in the channel to see the bots permissions.
Hello, after inviting the bot to my server when I enter the control panel, I still get to invite my server, and on my server I already have it activated, it does not let me use the control panel because it asks me to invite another time, what happens?
You need to relog into the dashboard. Please also notice the bot was just restarted so that can be an issue.

I have one more question, at first when you would "react" the reaction would be there and then disappear but for some reason now there is a lot of reactions for creating the ticket, is there anyway to prevent the reactions from sticking?
Does ticket tool have permissions to manage messages? For the bot to manage reactions it needs permissions to manage messages.
