Go there login with discord
Then click manage on your servers name
However there are commands that use the prefix $

Something that you should check is to make sure the premium and normal ticket tool roles have the same perms

Theres command configs and you need to make sure its enabled
Then you need to go to panel configs -> settings -> claiming options
And like I said.. you can't claim your own tickets

Make sure that the claim option is enabled for the panel. Should be one of the last 2 dropdowns.
Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming Options.

So I am realizing a few things wrong. You need to allow the bot to Manage Roles, Manage Channels, and Manage Messages for it to properly function. Without these the bot cannot function the way you expect it to, such as creating tickets.

Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
so means your Admin role has to be added to the dashboard roles for you to view the dashboard

Ticket Tool has a useful command that helps you get the ID of various things like channels, roles, emojis and your server.
Just use the command $id <#channel/@role/:emoji:>. Now copy everything, including the brackets <...>, to your dashboard (or wherever you want it)
If you want the server ID, just use $id.

For example only the staff role can view tickets but I want trial staff role to be able to aswell
You can add them to supporter roles or the additional roles if you want them to have different perms then supporters

That is used to link to someone else. If you link to them, every vote you do will not count towards you, but will be added to their total

I don't think there is a limit to how many people can link to you. But each person can only link to one person. So if they are linked to someone else they won't be able to link to you
It is a one way link, so you would show as not linking to anyone

You can't really. You can edit the default messages yourself, but some things you can't change. And there is no way to just say "Change to this language"
The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel Options -> Edit Panel Message
The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customise it head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Edit Ticket Message

Hello someone spam with the Ticket bot some textes in a Server from a friend but he dont have Permission to the bot
This could be because of a few reasons including but not limited to keep visible. Is this your server we are speaking of?

Does the role Ticket Tool Premium have administrative permissions?
Yes
It has permissions through its bot role and a 2nd admin role that works for other bots/users
On the dashboard it shows up as having admin permissions too
You need to move the Ticket Tool role up.
In the role section, drag the Ticket Tool above everyone, and save it.
Also, make sure you have DM's enabled in it.

For the free bot, 200 messages is the limit. For the premium bot, the limit is 500 messages.

"Keep Visible" will disable any permission changes to the @everyone role, allowing everyone to see into tickets.
Head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings --> General Options -> Keep Visible

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

For example
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.
That may explain better just use $newpanel and not $panel cmd

The user either has their DM's off or you tried to enable that feature without having premium.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

as the channel gets created the bot first adds itself then the message and then users

Hey Guys, trying to get this thing set up for my server, however we need our entire Staff team to be able to view the dashboard, is there a way to allow multiple people to access the dashboard without giving them the Admin permission?
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
