Can someone help, whenever I send my panel to a channel, it doesn't add in the reaction.
I have the premium bot and it has all the permissions it needs.
so the bot has the add reaction permission? If yes is it a Discord Default emoji or a custom one? If a custom one is it in your server?
It's a custom one, yes it is in my server.
ok so the bot has Add reactions, and the reaction is uploaded in the same server as you are trying to use it in
Checked logs, theres no bot messing with the reactions
if the bot role has Add reactions please make sure the channel doesn't have an override which would deny the Add reactions permission
so if you have for example the @ everyone to Add reactions
then make sure the bot role in that channel has 
No overrides, I gave the ticket tool premium role all perms it needs in the channel, once that didn't work, I even gave ticket tool itself perms.

So if the bot has the permissions and the custom emojis are uploaded in the same server then there can be only 2 causes:
1st another bot is removing the reactions (checking audit log won't help because reactions added/removed aren't logged in the audit log)
2nd Discord bug happened which removes the reactions
The first cause isn't what happened, I have the bot log their actions in a channel. So far nothing has come that has removed ticket tool's reaction
So I suppose its the 2nd one.
There is a problem with reactions at the moment. More information can be found on the reply above^
Most bots don't log Removing reactions, this is because most bots ignore reactions whatsoever
so yeah if you know that you don't have a bot in the server which purposelly checks and removes reactions then its the 2nd cause
No worries hopefully discord fixes the issue as soon as possible.
Just restarted discord, it doesn't seem like it works so it's an issue from Discord's side.

There is a current issue. We are trying to resolve it, It also may be linked to this:
Symptom: reaction(s) vanish/get removed for no reason.
Issue: Discord is bugged.. Not a lot we can do but resend the panel
Fix: resend the $panel, sometimes reloading discord works.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Multipanels are a premium feature

How to create a Multipanel
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

As long as you have premium activated for that server, yes you can kick the regular one. You will likely have to resend the panels since it is two seperate bots.

i made a role for the ticket support team and that role has access to tickets
if a role has Administrator permission then they will still see tickets
because the Administrator permission overrides all permission settings on Discord

It used to move the closed tickets, im the only one that has access to tickettool config, bot has admin rights and i havent touched anything on the config since the day that i installed it and it was working just fine

If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.
Go through this list and check if any of them is your issue.
Also, could you check how many tickets you have in your closed tickets category.

Yes. A server can have 500 total channels and tickets combined.
Each category can have 50 channels inside before it overflows.

Blacklist Roles
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Selecting a blacklisted role
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.

Don't see your server in the dashboard?
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
How to relog the Dashboard.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
Note:
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server
Follow the instructions show above ^^
Don't just refresh the page, log out and back in.

Yes, that is due to all the panels reactions being the same. All users can only add one of each reaction to a separate message.
You will have to go to the panel settings and go to Reaction Settings ---> Create a Ticket ---> Select Reaction and select the reaction you would like for each individual panel!
Once changed and changed, you can resend the command $panel 8 9 10 11 12 13 to get the mutli panel function!

There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

About support roles
A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
How to set a support role

Redeeming premium
Redeeming premium on your server is really simple. Just head over to your Subscriptions Page. There you can select a server of your choice, which will get premium. You can change the server at any point.

Another thing you can do is open the panel settings and go to "reaction options" and "create ticket" and make sure the option does not have any blacklisted roles and it is not set to "Support Team Only", whcih you will see at the top of that menu.
