As I know there isn't really a limit.
The only limit I know is this:
One user can only create up to 99 tickets.
at the same time
The ticket limit is 499 at the same time, because discord only allows 500 channels to be in a server

If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.

im listening
i run a cluster server and we have over 100 people on it and when they request help we are trying to keep it organized. We can with this bot ticket. I have 4 questions i want them to answer.
You could simply write the 4 questions in your ticket message itself, so that it shows up when they make a ticket
i have its a fail after 2 hours i got 4 tickets with nothing in them
or you can make a tag, a tag is essentially a predefined response that can be triggered by a support member, so you could make a tag which contains the 4 questions, and whenever a ticket is opened a support member can send the tag
People not reading isn't going to stop regardless of how many measures you've got in place tbh, best bet is just to ping the user and ask them to answer the questions.

what if it was to be a forced requirement? IE user push the ticket creation button then it populates a Question they fill it it in does so until all Forced required questions are answered>
That's not a feature we have at the moment, you could suggest it by following this embed
until then your best case scenario is to just have manual intervention to prompt the user to complete all questions (either via a tag or just a support member asking them to do so)

The embed in which you showed does not edit when it is being closed, rather sends other embed messages such as who closed it or a save transcript option.

If ticket tool is not responding, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure that Ticket Tool can read and write in the channel you are attempting to run commands in. Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools list of permissions in that given channel.
Make sure you're using the correct prefix for Ticket Tool, Ticket Tools default prefix is $ Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools prefix for your server
If ticket tool is offline please contact Ticket Tool support with your server ID so we can fix it asap.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
- Server Owner
- Server Administrator
- Dashboard Role

There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

Autocustomised ticket names is another good reason. Its so much easier than remembering which ticket number is which person

yes the bot is online but in the dashboard it says i need to invite it
That is strange. Normally relogging into the dashboard fixes that

I would assume so as it is the dashboard saying it isn't invited. But could be an issue on that end. I think they moved to a ticket though

Hello, I'm setting up a panel with the Premium free trial. I've seen some servers that have multiple reactions for diferent tickets in the same panel, and I even remember seeing this options for multiple languages in the docs, but I can't find it now. Where is it?
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

I think anyone can use any of the commands pretty much. It is just a case of knowing them. I am assuming that those are the same as the default versions just displayed in arabic?

It is not meant to do a private message. It does it in a channel. If you mean that everyone can see the channel then the solution is:
