A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

I must probably be doing something wrong, but I am unable to add multiple reactions to a Panel. I can add the reactions, but only say 1 out of 3 gives me a ticket. How to fix?

Alright so were all the tickets in that multipanel tested by the same user with the same permission levels and roles?
if they were, every time you react a ticket should open. Only thing I can think of otherwise would be if you were spamming the reactions too fast
Just to check, were the initial reactions added by ticket tool? If not then it is an issue setting up the panel

I can't add multiple emojis.
And every new one I add removes the function of the old one. So every new one I add is able to create the ticket and the old emojis have no more function, which leaves 1 emoji to create a ticket.

To send a panel use the command $panel <id>
The ID is located on the dashboard just before your panels name.
Add multiple ID's $panel <id1> <id2> <id..>
The first ID will have its message and reaction sent while the others will have only reactions sent.
You can combine up to 20 panels (Reactions will be slowly added)

If your admins have the administrator permission you can't as that permission overrides all restrictions. If they don't and just have admin by name and lots of other permissions, you can set the support role as owner (and need a role called owner. Being the owner isn't enough)

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

Hey, if you're referring to being unable to manage your server, please relog in the dashboard
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
- Server Owner
- Server Administrator
- Dashboard Role

Don't ping support team members
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.
Stating your issue instead of pinging random people will help you get support faster :)

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Globally? I don't think that we have had ever had to do that. You can set limits though. This will limit the amount of tickets each user can open per panel.
$help limit
A ticket limit may be set per panel to prevent users from spamming tickets. By default this limit is set to 3. Once a user hits this limit the bot will notify the users that they reached the limit.
To set a ticket limit go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Ticket Limit

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
- Server Owner
- Server Administrator
- Dashboard Role
Try login out and login in again, that usually does it.

Tickets opened with the bot will stay opened, however you cannot open further tickets. There is a slight possibility where you will not be able to save transcripts / edit that ticket.
When premium runs out no longer can take action in that server. So no, you do not lose those tickets.
Then the ticket stays and can you still react?
The tickets that are already open will stay open, but people won’t be able to create new ones if Premium runs out.

On the dashboard you need to create each of the pannels you want. They will each have a number next to them (1, 2, 3 etc.). In the channel you want that pannel to appear, you do !panel 1 2 3 (if you want the first 3 pannels combined) and the text from the first pannel with the first 3 reactions will be shown

Backup and Restore allows you to transfer your premium status, panels, tags, and all settings to a new server.
You can also use it to keep a backup of your settings incase you need to suddenly move servers. We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, incase your server is deleted. You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your dashboard, then Server Configs and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the second field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green “Restore Configs” button.

You can backup existing panels etc, but you can't backup tickets with their contents inside of it and move it to a new server. You may save the transcripts for them though.

hi i just go premium, then all the tickets, (if it is closed) it autodeletes

Same method as using it on computer, if you are limited to what you can see you can try to use the desktop site on chrome.
Is it just for one ticket? Ensure you have a logging and transcript channel saved in the panel settings. Another issue is that the bot cna have invalid permissions. Run $debug in the channels and you will be able to see and ensure the bot has permissions.
If you removed the old bot it is likely the bot could not take action anymore on those tickets, if they were removed on changing that is.
If anything, you will have to check the permissions for the premium bot as well as ensure the panel has the proper settings.
Settings should be General Settings ---> Two Step Close / Two Step Ticket (Ensure both are green) and save the option. You may have to resend the panel.

Hey guys, quick question.... is there a command or setting somewhere where I can delete open tickets whose channels have accidentally been deleted from the server? I have 5 open tickets that have no channels and I have no idea what their names are

so you have channels with no names or tickets right?
so what you need to do is hover your mouse on the channels you want to take down right click and delete and then go to your ticket log
and then go to discord bots.com
then view the bot
then look at the description carefully
then make sure you want the tickets in the room want it to be in
if you try to make more rooms and then add the tickets later don't do that
you will mess the bot up
Actually, what happened is someone opened a ticket, and then someone deleted the channel without actually closing the ticket via the bot. So the bot says I have 5 open tickets but the channels on the server are gone.
Unless there is some disclosed command I don't know, no there is not a way. The channel would have been gone, and the ticket bot registers a new open ticket everytime one is open, and it decreases the number everytime $delete is used. So without the $delete command being used in that ticket, it won't decrease in count.

then a moderation menu shows up which lets you delete, save the transcript and reopen
