Ensure the bot has permissions to the category. The bot will need:
- Read Messages
- Send Messages
- View Channels (Category)
- Manage Channels (Category)
If it is doing it to some older tickets before changes were made it will do that since it was an older panel.
Hi, yes. I gave it our Bots role which essentially gives them all the permissions plus Admin. It only started happening yesterday and I can't figure out what's causing it. I've also already tried making a new panel and the closed tickets still stay in the Open Tickets category.

You should use the "full code" (idk the actual term) for the custom emoji. It should look like this: <:list:############>
To get that, send this in any channel of your server: \:list:, then it should show up as a code and not an emoji.

On the logging options, define a channel in the dropdown Enigma gave you where those will save.
In the screenshot I will show you are the options that it will allow you to log in that channel.
Checking those will allow you to log that option for the panel. Obviously mine showing red, it won't log those options. Make sure to also hit save when done!

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.

You will have to do that manually. Ticket Tool does not assign roles to newer users or users in tickets.

Redeeming premium on your server is really simple. Just head over to your Subscriptions Page. There you can select a server of your choice, which will get premium. You can change the server at any point.

Make sure that the dashboard roles aren't set to their role.
Roles with administrative perms on the role by default have access to the dashboard.
You can access this in the server configurations in the dashboard.
You can also try blacklisting their role which should prevent them from viewing the dashboard settings but I don't guarantee that will work.

Discord visual glitch or you simply renamed a ticket wrong. You can use $rename to fix it to your so desire!

There might be a slight possibility discord is having something with bots and their latency things. It might be a slower command to open. I've realized there are some bots that are being delayed a dew seconds with their command usages.

There is a higher latency for some message responses on bots. I've seen it with two.
Did you give the bot administrative? (Not required but it's for a reference)
Does it rename the channel in the category? Theres a visual thing where it renames it but it doesn't show it on mobile until you look at the actual channels + categories.
even looking at the actual channel name doesnt change anything
you can rename it but there might be a cooldown in place. discord only allows renaming channels once or twice per 10 min iirc
Hi, is there a way to claim a ticket to a certain category? I'll try to explain what i mean below.
I'm using the bot in my ban appeals discord and i'm looking to separate appeals into two different categories (appeals that can be done quickly and appeals that will take longer). Obviously the users don't know how long the appeal will take but staff roughly do, so they would be able to move them after reviewing the users ticket.

You can only adjust where claimed messages go, and cannot move them around two different places.
However, there might be a command that should work. $move
You can create a channel through discord, and send the panel. The panel will be sent to that channel and you can use it properly.

Hey, I've been trying to set up transcript saving so we don't have to have a bunch of closed-ticket channels lying around. In my logging channel, however, it only shows the action of it being saved, and doesn't show the actual transcript. Anyone know a fix? I think everything's set up right in the panel dashboard

If you made the change when the tickets were open it is likely it won't save the transcripts to the channel for tickets open before it. Try opening a test ticket with that panel and save a transcript and you should see it saves.

If you have tickets open and then made the change to the transcripts yes there is no way to save it. You can try running $transcript and see if it saves.
Most tickets of ours are closed pretty fast. When I open new tickets, they still aren't saving. I always use $close --> $transcript --> $delete

So i've just ran the debug command in your server. You need to enable your premium bot first.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

I think it was fine untill discord updated how they show code
but I cant be too sure since we don't look in transcripts too often but there was a complaint about how a staff member handled a ticket thats why I went back and checked and noticed they became blank
Mk, permissions look all set. Discord did update it so that it displays in HTML now ( nothing we can control ). That might be the root of your issue. Unfortunately, we can't change that. We've made it look as nice as we can.

There are ticket limits you may set. This will limit the amount of tickets each user can open per panel
not per user

a friend said that there can only be 100 tickets open at once idk if thats true
