My dashboard says I have 3 open tickets, someone closed the tickets manually and I have no idea how to list and close them. Suggestions?
Only way I can think of is maybe kicking and reinvite the bot. This happens because as long as you don't close with the reaction or use $close it still registers as there is an open ticket, sort of like it was never told there was an ending to an open ticket.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

hey! is there a way to make the bot send a message to all the users in a ticket that aren't in the support team once the ticket is closed? sometimes the issue is already resolved, but the user is offline, and we obviously won't keep the ticket's channel after the issue has been resolved (if it has nothing to do with the user), and so the user ends up without any info after the ticket is deleted. If that feature doesn't exist, something like $close (message to send to the ticket's creator through a DM from the bot) would be very useful. thanks!

I don't think that's exactly a possibility, considering when you close the ticket it gives you the option to close and save the transcript.
You can try turning off "keep visible" or "two step close" and see if it does so, but I don't think it will send a transcript for you doing so unless you do $transcript with the bot before closing it.

What does $claim do?
Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming Options.

Make sure it has permissions to create and manage channels. Run $debug as well and it will show you what permissions it has.
I have no ticket channels active but the bot is saying on the dashboard there's a ticket active. I don't get it.

if you're talking about the emoji on your panel, react to the panel with 🛠️ and it'll bring the emoji back
If you removed the reaction on accident, you can either bring it back by resending the whole panel (either through dashboard or by command) or the easier way is adding a 🛠️ reaction to the panel to fix it

There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

You can do that or remove the reaction if you have it through panels and they shouldn't be able to create one, however you will have to resend the panel later on.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

It will likely ping you in a channel, just like any other discord text channel like I know you are doing to check this message, do the same thing for that channel...
Channels (tickets) usually will start with your username or something like #ticket-0001
It'll open in ticket open category if you've set one, also if you don't have one set it'll be at top of all channels (uncategorised)
If you would like to make a ticket here, go to #🎫│make-a-ticket and hit the correct reaction for support.
If you are wanting support for your server for this question, make sure the panel is sent in the proper channel and hit the reaction, this should be an embed. By default it pings you, unless they edit the ticket message.

See which category you've selected in your panel settings. After you react it'll create ticket under that category, if you do not have a category set check at top of all channels, ticket will be there (uncategorised)

So when a users open a ticket, their reaction to the panel stays. For the next ticket they'll have to click twice. Not a huge issue, but is it possible to automatically delete their first reaction? Would look a bit more clean.

Do you have premium if so you can automatically save transcripts to a channel otherwise you have to manually use the $transcript cmd inside the ticket

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.

There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

A ticket limit may be set per panel to prevent users from spamming tickets. By default this limit is set to 3. Once a user hits this limit the bot will notify the users that they reached the limit.

If you have read the docs, it's a bot that creates a private channel for things like support and all that.
The bot will create a private channel so therefore if a member needs support the bot creates a channel so they can talk directly to what you define as support and save said channel when you delete it so you can look back at it if you need it.
So basically DMs but you have the option to add multiple people to a channel in a server and multiple people can see the channel. (What you define as support)
I don't exactly understand what you mean by that, pinging the bot doesn't exactly do anything.

By default this is how Ticket Tool is setup, your users create a ticket and only the admins & support team you set can see it.

is there a way to chenge the bot prefix

The default prefix for ticket tool is $ and @Ticket Tool#4843 however that can be changed on the Dashboard under Server Configs -> Command Prefix.
When I click the reaction on the reaction panel to open a ticket nothing happens, no ticket opens
Run $debug and make sure it has right permissions
That got one out of two panels working (both panels have the same settings)

i added ticket tool to one of my servers and it is not coming up in the manage servers area
i am adding a user with the command "$add @[User]" and its not working
