How do you make a ticket panel? I think that’s what it’s called.

Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want)
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel

This could easily be abused and would probably need a lot of resources. Imagine a big server uses this or if there is a bot raid.
awesome! once your server’s join rate increases, it will just be awesome. im guessing, that your server has at least 2 channels? Discord limits per server to 500. Ok so 498 users will join and your moderators would have to close those tickets every time to make room for the new tickets. not a very fun job

The bot is for support use mainly. When you create a "ticket" using the bot, a private channel will be created for a user and whatever role(s) you define as a "Support Team". The bot can save what is known as a "transcript" of the channel in which it saves everything that was said in the channel in a document.

Correct, unless you add another seperate user using the $add command.
Which in that case will allow another user to see that channel.

Hello, I've purchased the premium version of the BOT, and I'm now just sorting out the panel and ticket messages and everything, however when I create a ticket, it doesn't send any message to the channel.
Is the message not showing up with anyone else either?
Make sure to give Ticket Tool enough permissions.

And now it's telling me I can't send the ticket creation thingy to a channel because it doesn't have permissions.

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
I mean the people who create the ticket for example everyone

To set a change permissions go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Permission Options
Make sure to set up these.
I have everything activated, I can see the tickets and do whatever but the other roles can only create them but they cannot see them
Make sure you give them the "read messages" permission in what the guide above says.

I have tried not to put it in a category, I have activated all permissions to all, the only way to see it is to activate keep visible
Keep visible will just keep it visible after it is closed.
Even if it is put in a category Ticket Tools newly created channels (Tickets) overwrite the category permissions.
Make sure that on the ticket panel "Ticket Permissions" for the "User open permissions" they have permissions to Read and Send Messages.
Because even with the @ everyone "role" permission on that category Ticket Tool automatically overides it, so it shouldn't affect ticket creation when the ticket is created.
I have tried everything that I think could have worked and it does not work, I have created new roles and they cannot see the tickets either, I do not know if the order of roles will have to see something, in short, I can only see it myself who created the server

Reactions to bot don’t work or trigger a ticket
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.
-
While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.
Make sure ticket tool has all the permissions it needs.

Havin a bit of an issue with multi-panels, the very first reaction works to trigger a ticket channel, but any of the other reactions results in nothing happening. If I react to one of the non-responsive emoji's by sending that corresponding panel into the channel it creates a ticket w/out issue.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.

Then once you've " Manage Servers " you'll see a list of servers that you have Administrator permissions in or the ones that you own.
Once you've found the server you want to edit, click " Invite " if you already have it invited, click " manage ".
Alrighty, I'll keep going on so you can look back on this tomorrow

Once you've clicked " manage " this will pop up. Your now in your servers dashboard.
Now, to create a ticket panel. Take a look to the left side of your screen and click " Panel Configs "
Once done doing that, your now in the Panel Configs. You can now click " Creat Panel " in the top left.
Once done doing so you'll be greet with a pop up that will ask you to proivde a panel name, any support roles you might want to add, and the channel where the panel will be created.
Now, you have just created your first panel!
Once you've done that, you can either customize the panel & ticket settings or, select a channel and click " send ".
If you wish to customize your panel and or ticket settings, click " settings " on said panel. You'll be greeted with this pop up:
Here are some common settings a majority of people want to edit.
The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Edit Ticket Message
The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel Options -> Edit Panel Message
This ticket will be closed if there is no response within 12 hours from now.
^^ Run the command " $noresponse ", in said ticket and it will give a notice like the one provided above.

Actually noresponse is a tag used here
It won't work for others if they don't create the same tag in their respective server

How can I do that my members can't see tickets?
If your talking about the actual ticket channel itself, ticket tool does it for you! It will turn the " View Channel " permission off for @ everyone, leaving it to just the person who created the ticket, and you. You may add support team roles in the dashboard.
The ticket automatically opens automatically the ticket for everyone that everyone can see

The issue was solved in a ticket. Pretty sure they have just left the server, didn't know them doing this in community support, otherwise I would leave a moved to ticket message.

There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

That is not possible, as it could cause two bots to always trigger from each other, and potentially crash.

Tags are used to send a predefined response to your channels using a command. Tags will only respond if the command itself is used, it will not function if you put the tag into a sentence. The prefix is not included.
To create tags, go to: Dashboard > Tags > Create Tag. After creating and naming one, tap on the response button, and you can edit the response.

I showed them the reaction for premium but they never replied, so I have no clue.
Every time i go to the dashboard and try to manage a friends server the server dose not show up, Idk why i have a role with admin i reload my page so many times, i kicked the bot and invited it, it still didn't work
