So I have adminstrator access in 3 servers, all use the bot, two of those are mine personally and I see them in the dashboard but the other one where I can manage/add other bots, for some reason I can't access the dashboard for that server

Hi, can someone help me with some settings for Ticket Tool in our server? They seem to be all correct, but our team can't see Support team ticket controls after they close a members ticket (ie: Re-open ticket, Delete ticket, log transcript, etc..)

The original issue we were trying to fix was the ticket instantly deleting after closing for members.
Members were complaining that the ticket would instantly delete after we closed it. Upon fixing it, a new issue is now happening but on our team's end. Staff who have access to the tickets can't see the Support Team Ticket Controls after closing a ticket. The ticket also needs to be manually closed for some reason when before it would disappear on its own.
Being guided to fix these issues would be very very helpful!!

Moderator, Admin (me), and Managers have access to the main Support tickets. There are currently 3 different ticket options in the server. These screenshots for all 3.

Not immediately, no. We would like them to have it stay there for at least 30 mins after close just for instances where we would resolve an issue when they weren't online at that moment, they can look back and see what action(s) we took, etc..

i see you have 2 step ticket enabled for all of the panels, so this ticket controls message should send every time on ticket close, is the message not there at all?

Usually after our Staff would close a ticket, the "closed-2423" ticket would be in our ticket list for a good 1-2 hours, something like that, and then it would just disappear. Is there no toggle for that on Ticket Tool?
most likely a staff member is manually deleting it
you can enable logging these actions at https://tickettool.xyz/dashboard/server_id/configs#pc-menu/pc-logging so you can see who deleted the ticket

this is highly unlikely bc it shows another page in Edge, but in Chrome idk; change your Primary DNS Server to 8.8.8.8 which is Google or Chrome's DNS Server and I suggest you put the alternative DNS as 8.8.4.4

How to automatically ping my support team on a ticket?
- Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
- Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
- Open the Ticket options menu
- Click on Edit Ticket Message
- In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name} / {Role ID})
- Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to mention this role setting enabled

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form

You can do it like this
Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.

You may change a Ticket's name by going to panel configs > ticket

hi, im trying to set up ticket tool bot in my server and trying to add my role id for my staff members however its not working. it'll copy the id number for the role but it wont say the name of the role and just says the id number. but if i copy the mimu bot's id then it shows up. i dont know if its something i need to do for my staff member role or something on the ticket tool bot that i need to change since im setting things up on the website

anyway to export ticket transcripts from the dashboard (all of them) we have over 300 tickets, we're trying to do this like relatively quick.

Hey, I have my tickets set up to open through a custom bot with command style tickets. Id like to expand it and add multiple buttons for different ticket types. Anyone know how I can use commands style tickets to create different ticket options?
I know how to set it up on my custom bot however are there different commands on ticket bot to open different types of tickets?

If i want to create a tickets with more categories like dc support then
you can create multi panels - basically have one main panel where you connect the other panels to so they all show up in the main panels buttons

so we are paying for ticket tool however now latelty we get much that multiple tickets are getting made and it just is merging into antoher ticket
so that instantly closes that ticket for that specified user and opens a new ticket into that ticket for another user

So guys I have adminstrator access in a server but not for the ticket bot somehow, I have level 0 access for it, the manager doesn't know how to give me access(he's a bit slow with technology), how do I guide him to alot me access, is there a command or does it need to be given through the dashboard

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard

hi guys im making a server and im wondering how to make a dropdown menu like is it possible to do like if u click make a ticket it will have options for what u want support for, for example “mod applications” “support” etc
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor
