There's no clear possibility to change the order, but you're free to create new panels and attach the text onto the new one!
Head over to the dashboard ( https://tickettool.xyz/dashboard ) -> select the server -> panel config -> in panel settings select Dropdown style

Could you elaborate a bit
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Is there a way to make it so ticket tool deletes channels after a specified amount of time. For example, if no messages occur within a ticket for 3 months, the ticket is deleted.
Another question. If a user makes a ticket, leaves the server, then rejoins the server, is there a way for them to rejoin their same ticket? When they click the ticket tool it says "only 1 ticket allowed per user" but it doesn't let them text in their old ticket.

Yes but I was referring to the dropdown menu of all my panels the global/general one
Not the one in drop down style menu
Go to the dashboard -> Select the server you want to edit -> panel config -> Click Send at the top (the next part is optional)
If you want the ticket's to go under a certain category, go back to the menu -> under General Ticket Options choose Category -> Make sure what you see in the screenshot says something similar (by selecting the category you want the tickets to appear in)

For this I can't say for sure, you can make the ticket to be closed when an user leaves however
And to this you can reopen a ticket/add them back manually to it (not sure if it auto detects the user)

That field is a premium field
So you probably edited it when you had premium or a trial
If you click "Add embed" and unfold the embed editor you can edit a field there

Hello friends! I am having an issue where I believe I've correctly set up a private category called community tickets where the ticketing should "go".
In this category I've provided full visibility to the admin/server owner, me the community manager (sitting below the admin) and our team of moderators.
But on ticket creation the text-channel is only available to the admins and not to either the community manager (aka me) nor the mods.
I think I've missed a key setting to fix it. Could anyone point me to the right direction?
My goal is to make all tickets available to the community moderation team. Leave the ability to archive tickets to the Community managers and admins. Lastly and most importantly to leave a handful of tickets "closed" but still readable for the moderators as reference material.
(For extra context I work as a community manager for a game studio and we are in need of this more involved setup hehe 😅)

Normally happens due to the bot being disabled from the website. to enable it, try to find your server (does take a while if your server is new) and press the ticket tool icon in the top right corner of the server button to enable it.

I have a ticket panel for intention of staff members using it ; staff creates a ticket & adds a member

thats because you granted them only "View Channel" when added manually
its better to just let ticket tool do that for you, and use the $add <userid|usermention> command instead

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.
For other questions checkout $help faq.
An example of a sending a panel is shown below.

hii i got this enabled on every ticket so mods can use the add/remove user command inside tickets. but i got a question, i only want it to show inside the tickets, do i need to have the option ''all channels'' to use commands enabled in the bot integrations thing from discord?
like if i disable that option in the second image, does it stop giving permission for mods to not use the command inside tickets? or it doesnt affect anything bc i got it enabled in the dashboard

it overrides the dashboard, disables the command :( unfortunatelly theres no option to select a specific category for it to be used (tickets category), only lets me select specific channels, which is bad bc each ticket is its own. im only asking this bc i dont rlly like the option appearing when helpers use / in other channels

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.

How do I set up the ticket? @humble sequoia
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

this permission is most likely denied on their roles and is not a channel override
ticket tool doesnt touch that permission by default

Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

Yes you can, each panel you create can create the ticket in a selectable category on Discord.
Head to Panel Configs -> Categories.

To display a player's nickname in a ticket, do you need the wording {nick} or {nickname}, or maybe some other one? For example: {nickname} | {count}
{ticket.user.nickname} would be the ticket owners nickname.
But beware that nicknames can have spaces in them, the spaces would be replaced with -.
