Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

no, I was trying to, but it kept inviting basic one
So you switched to the premium bot (which wasnt on the server) therefor it couldnt load your server and infos
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

That are ROLE permissions, the thing you need to adjust are CHANNEL permissions

Hello, how do I keep my tickets from overflowing outside of categories?
Is there a way I can limit the active amount of tickets to avoid creating multiple categories? I run a support server and just getting used to this bot after previously using a different one. We get around 500+ tickets weekly.
If you do have more than 45 active tickets at any time, you cannot prevent having multiple categories

Once Transcripts are made they are saved locally on the server or the ticket owners dms depending on their servers setups
Ticket Tool does not store any transcripts

When using commands to create tickets ( like $ticket ) how do you specify to tickettool you want the ticket type to be support or appeal? I kinda forgot how this works 😭
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

This thing never works
Category is panel specific so you need to set the category you want Technical Support to go into on the Technical Support panel and so on
Panel Configs --> Category --> Category Created/Opened
Also make sure Ticket Tool has permission to all your specific categories
With regards to naming the ticket:
Panel Configs --> Ticket --> Ticket Opened channel name --> {ticket.user.name}-{count}
Please note this is a premium feature

If Ticket Tool is missing one of the needed permissions it won't be able to properly manage the tickets, leading to the mentioned error. Run $debug within the channel you are facing the issue, any permission marked by the bot as :x: is missing for proper functioning.
Note that Ticket Tool, or any other bot, isn't able to grant or deny any permission to anyone if it doesn't have it within its permissions, such as a regular user. If within your Permission Options you marked Send TTS Messages and/or Use External Emojis as

How can I create a WORKING ticket system?
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

once you delete this message its permanently deleted without any trace left
i did that, except my message has another html link. and even though I've deleted the message I can still access the html page
seems like its being served from ticket tool
the html link expires after a certain amount of time
once its expired, you cannot create a new one since the transcript message is gone aka the Direct Link button and therefor it will be removed permanently

However the person that set it up left the team before I joined so i couldn't ask him for help. But i was wondering if its possible to make it so certain roles can open multiple tickets? And if so can someone show me how to do it? I have like zero experience with this bot lol

Dashboard > Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket Button
- Check that support Team Only is disabled
and that you didn't accidentally disable any roles

- Make sure you didn't accidentally blacklist any roles

First, go to Ticket Tool dashboard
Next go into your panel
Next go to the permissions
And tick that only support teams can close the ticket

Allowed roles -> set only the roles you want to be able to close it (Your owner role in your case)
Disabled roles -> @ everyone
you can actually select @ everyone in the config but aslong as all members have the zweryfikowany role, that will work!

You can make an overflow category so if the first category gets full the tickets will be moved to there instead. Just make another category and add it to the closed ticket category on each panel like you already have

2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.
Click the blue here above, once the bot is on the server you can swap to the gold version again

No ticket tool cannot overwrite auto moderation of discord or another bot
Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

I'm having trouble with link permissions for my verified users. I want them to be able to send links only in ticket channels, but not elsewhere.
The tickets are created in a specific category. I've set the verified role's link permissions to Denied server-wide, but Allowed within the ticket category.
For some reason, they still can't send links in tickets. Is there another permission I should check, or a different way to set this up?

So, I'm trying to setup a dashboard for my server, but I keep getting "You don't have access to this server" message. Even though I created the server.
Can someone explain to me why the bot keeps telling my users they don't have permission to open a ticket despite having every permission and role required?
- The category had the perms for everyone set to allow reactions, reading message history, and viewing.
- Before I actually set permissions to allow everyone to view the category, it was only set to allow a single role to view and that category has the needed permissions set.
My category has:
- Every permission for everyone set to disabled.
- Users need a role to view the category and those users HAVE the role, and the role has add reactions, view channel, see message history, and use application commands set to allow.
- The role is properly sorted in the roles list in terms of permissions, it's above every other role except for staff and still doesn't work.

It's not possible to send tickets to another server. The only thing that would be possible is adding the entire server config to another if you're the owner on both servers
so if i add the same config to my secondary server which is going to be my ticket server, will it sync the messages?
It will sync the entire ticket setup, it won't sync anything going on in the tickets like messages from yourself or a client
so what's gonna be the best option? I want my main discord server to be clean. That's why i made a secondary discord so that all the ticket will be added there.
That's for you to decide as its personal preference on how and where you handle the tickets, main or secondary server

How do I make a menu ticket?

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Drop-down menu?
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.
