So I made a webhook for my server just to make it nicer and to not have a million bots in there lol but i have a support system in there and i was wondering if it was possible to somehow connect the ticket tool reaction system to my webhook and still have it do the functions of creating a channel and all that without having a separate message from ticket tool (i can send screenshots to better demonstrate what i mean)
So have a webhook message include the âCreate Ticketâ button and that will prompt Ticket Tool to create a ticket?

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

well our admins have been asking for a way to search past tickets by keywords to learn more about how things might have been handled in the past. also would like to build analytics around volume of tickets throughout the year for staffing and determine if there is a particular area that leads to more tickets, or if a certain kind of ticket takes longer to service and how we may cut down on that.
my day job is data analytics and so if tickettool has a database we can pull from and query i can build out reporting for them to have better opportunity to coach from but also help find ways we can cut down on ticket time.
this is just my first step. otherwise i have thought about scripting more of it out. always easier if i can work with the developers or get direct access to database instead of scraping and staging it myself.
if you have an API for example that i could connect to and pull from or something.
I have had ticket tool for quite some time and just recently I was attempting to archive and transcribe my tickets and I am getting this. All of the permissions were setup and working properly over the last 2 years and the last couple of days I'm getting errors.

Hello, good morning! So when a person creates a ticket they can't see it, and these image permissions are activated so that the person can see the channel, does anyone know what it could be?
Unfortunately, we don't have a Public API, the only way to export data externally would be through our webhook feature which sends POST requests, for which we don't provide any support unfortunately.
What you're describing is already possible though without the need of exporting information (& requires premium
)
You can edit your transcript message to include form variables which would allow your staff to search up previous issue.
You can include variables in your transcript message that would show you how long the ticket was opened for, after how long it was claimed...etc
You can also use our Statistics section on the Dashboard to see how many tickets have been opened for each panel, how many tickets each staff member has claimed, pie charts, time graphs...etc and you can filter by time

I checked once and it did have the permission active, but when the member clicks to open the ticket he simply cannot see it.

Hi! I have a question about permissions when closing a ticket. I've already set View Channel = â for the ticket owner under "Edit closed" in the panel permissions. However, when I click the "Close" button, the ticket owner's permissions don't change â they can still see the channel. I'm using the Close button from the panel, not the /close command. Is this expected behavior, or am I missing something in the setup?

Yes, bots can't grant/deny permissions they don't have, so if it doesn't have the permission it can't deny it for the ticket owner once the ticket is close

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

If the bot's response is:

You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard
Go into the log for Ticket Tool it should also show the permission added

First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

1. My main panel has a âCreate Ticketâ button. How can I remove that? I only want the panel to show the names of the mods.

When a ticket is closed then the user who created the ticket will be unable to perform any further actions or see the channel, unless you change the settings. I'd recommend using forms within a command to run to offer feedback before closing the ticket.

Some of the custom commands we use for our server needs to have multiple arguments, and the first argument has a fallback in case nothing is written to make it easier for our staff. The problem I am encountering is that if nothing is written for the first argument, the bot will not acknowledge the second argument even if the argument separator has been included. Is there any way to make it so that the first argument in a custom command is not required to include the second argument?

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Ah I see thank you for the response! It is a shame though since they would have to write something like "3 days" or "7 days" for the first argument each time to get to the second argument even if there is a fallback for the first. In normal cases it would not be much of a problem, but we handle a lot of tickets daily in which that additional time to write the first argument quickly adds up.
Additional question then, is there any way to make it so that if a specific thing is inputted for the first argument, that a specific unrelated response could be induced for that argument? For example if I write "N/A" for the first argument, it could default to a specific response if it detects just that phrase for wherever that argument has been placed. ?notfallback= does not target any specific phrase but just if any text at all has been inputted. I am assuming there isn't but some people are crafty with how they create things, so you never know.

it's a setting on the panel Configs page and it's like called dropdown style then you have to make more panels with setting like if you want a partnership you customise the message for that panel and make it partnership related

mostly because i canât get it to update the message it first sends.

2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

that is sadly what iâm doing, and itâs not updating at all. itâs pretending to save, i press the save button, i go off it, but when i go back on after checking it worked (which it doesnât) itâs reverted back to what it was before.

- If the ticket tool hasn't admin permisson on his role, probably it can't see the category you had set in dashboard. Make sure TT has VIEW_CHANNEL permission in those categories you added in its panel

What you want to do exactly?
When trying to change moderation settings with another bot, it is not muting the member within a ticket. I'm trying to figure out how to get that to work, or if you can enable slow modes in a ticket to deter spamming.
You can check if the moderation bot can see those tickets channels. You can enable the ticket category permissions to include this other bot. So it might be able to see all channels into that category.

Discord allows up to 500 created channels only.
If your server already reached out this limit, you'll not able to create new channels.
Ticket Tools works generating new channels in your server.
If thats your case, you can change the way ticket tools work: instead channels you can set it to generate threads
