you can do that from the Ticket Tool bot dashboard, open the dashboard, click permissions, choose the concerned role and you change the permissions.

alright, here's the steps:
All you need to do is creating a panel for each button and once you finish go do the dashboard click on panel and on the "Attached Panels (Multi Panels)" option choose all the the buttons you want them to apper in this panel, once you finish click on Save go back to the dashboard and click send and then choose the channel you want it to be sent to.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

- The external bot must output the

Are you looking to do multiple buttons or a dropdown menu?
Dropdown menu
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Hello, does the server owner need to be the one to do the setup process? Heâs not as discord savvy and Iâm managing the discord. I have admin privs but cannot get the server to popup in dashboard

We're setting up a guild bank in a game and we have 3 people that manage 3 different categories of items and I would like to give the ticket creator the option to choose which category they are requesting items from and then if i could take it further tag the specific person that is managing that category for the ticket

This has been an ongoing issue for a few months now. I was just moving them manually at first but it's starting to get tedious when we have many many tickets
A common issue is that the limit is being crossed. Discord has a Limit of 50 Channels per category, ticket tool limits 45, please check again if thats not the issue

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

That's not possible as per Discord limitations unfortunately.
Administrators have full control of the server. They have pretty much the same permissions as the server owner with the exception of deleting the server.
The only way would be to remove their administrator permissions

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Its simple, just refer to the message sent by nico or refer to the guide below.

6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.
