As of now, you are not able to change Ticket Tool's profile picture, nonetheless, our Development Team is working on the release of white labels, this is your own custom bot!
For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname

What does this mean?
This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

but this error you sent, already mentioned where is the problem and what you need to do to fix it 😦 (add those permissions in the channel where you trying to send the panel)

be the owner of the server / ahve an administrator (permission, not just role name) / your role has to be added in Server Configs->Dashboard Roles (ask your administrators for it)

Id suggest you use the ping option, because discord threads work like this:

This happens when you haven't enabled auto ping - Auto add team to thread in thread style option
if you haven't enabled it, the thread ticket will appear as in your image and you'll have to either hover over or click on the thread "logo" on top of the channel to access the ticket.
However, if you enable Auto add team to thread you will receive a ping every time a ticket is opened and it will be highlighted. (make sure you add your role as support team roles)

Server Settings -> Roles -> everyone -> Read Message History
بعدين روح للـDashboard حق البوت واختار سيرفرك بعدين Permissions ثم Everyone Role Permissions بعدين Edit Opend وفعل Read Message History
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Hello. How do I make the bot ping a certain role after creating a ticket? I write "@admin" in the bot message, and it turns out to be just text and not ping. How to solve this problem?
Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.
You can select your ticket names with variables.
I got that part to function but when I type in the ticket my name shows up associated with the message

Could use the fourms modual part in the ticket where they don't talk at all and fill the info out before ticket is open. In the end it'll list who has access to the ticket unless you have everyone able to see that ticket.
That's a good idea. You can use the forms idea. Make sure you enable
auto display results on the ticket message.
You can just remove the permission to talk from the ticket owner. Look below
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Hey there! Unfortunately, images are only saved in transcripts for premium users.
Once a channel is deleted, so is everything in it, so Discord doesn't store any images.
They store images themself for premium users only up to 8MB

you must have admin permissions or have a role that gives you access to the dashboard - for this you need to ask the server owner
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

is there a way to sort the tickets so that all the closed tickets are together and all the open tickets are together?
Hey there! Yes, Dashboard > Panel Configs > Category
They don't seem to be organized in any meaningful way -- i see a mix of opened and cloesd tickets in this upper area that aren't under a category, and also under "Support"
- You don't have a category for closed tickets selected
- Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category. Once you reach that limit, tickets will be created at the top; unless you setup overflow categories
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

the entire server -- right now we don't have enough support resources, so we want to pivot to having people ask support questions in a public #support channel for now. and then switch back to ticketing once we have more support
Could you use the /debug command in the channel where you're trying to send your panel please
so basically to remove the option for anybody to file a ticket, but still allow them to access any tickets they may already have open
You can either blacklist the everyone role from Ticket Tool, no one will be able to open tickets or use commands (but they'll still be able to access Tickets)
Or disable the everyone role for the create ticket button for each panel individually Dashboard > Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket Button
With premium, you can also use the scheduled panel availability and limit support to certain hourss/days, or shut it off completely
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or buttons.
Go to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

To the user, no. But your staff won't be able to close tickets if you blacklist the entire server

You just need to set the channel permissions for the everyone role to

You'd need to create a new channel
But all your panels would be saved on the Dashboard, you'd just simply need to send them to the new channel

1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I mean.. is it possible to create, for example, one text channel and one voice channel after pressing the button of "creating ticket"?. Both channels must be linked to the same ticket and, when this is deleted, both of the channels are deleted too.
Its been suggested before to attach a voice channel to a ticket but it’s not a thing as of now.
the create ticket button will only create a channel and/or thread (if u enable thread style).
But you can attach an extra thread to a ticket channel where the support team can discuss in
the extra private thread can be found in dashboard > panel configs > ticket

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

It was a support ticket made by one of our members, me as the manager of the server have perms to everything. So that shouldnt be the issue.

Hey there! You can only automatically transcript at either closure and/or deletion
You can manually transcript with the $transcript command at any point, but there's no way to automatically keep updating the transcript file. Once it's saved, it can't be edited. You'd need to save a new transcript

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

This fields allows you to pick a different group of roles to get assigned different permissions from your support team roles. One of the most common uses given to this feature is having an observer role, i.e. someone who can see the ticket but doesn't have the permission to talk on it.

I was. I managed to fix it. I just put the channel in there that it was duplicating to, saved it, then removed it and saved the removal again and it seemed to fix it. Thanks for your help!

6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

يجب عليك اولاً دعوة البوت إلى سيرفرك من خلال رابط دعوة البوت، بعد ذلك يُمكنك تعديل خصائص البوت عبر لوحة التحكم.
لإنشاء لوحة يجب عليك التوجه إلى لوحة التحكم ، ثم قم بإختيار سيرفرك ، بعد ذلك توجه إلى قسم "Panel Config".
بمُجرد وصولك إلى القسم المذكور أعلاه، يجب عليك الضغط على زر "Create Panel" لإنشاء اللوحة ، ومن ثمها قُم بإدخال اسم اللوحة (يمكنك ملء اي اعدادات اختياريه تريدها).
بعد إدخال اسم اللوحة و ملء الإعدادات ، قُم بالضغط على "Create Panel" لإتمام عملية انشاء اللوحة الخاصة بك بنجاح!
سيتم إرفاق صورة توضيحية لعملية إنشاء اللوحة بالطريقة الصحيحة؛
بعد الإنتهاء من عملية إنشاء اللوحة بنجاح ، يجب عليك الآن إرسالها إلى روم بإستخدام زر "Send" على لوحة التحكم بقسم الـ "Panel Config".

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

How to make 2 ticket system in 2 other channels ?
Hey there! You can simply create another panel using the green + button and send it onto another channel
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Having a Problem Sending the Panel?
Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here

Hey there! Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category, Ticket Tool limits it to 45.
If you have reached such limits, tickets won't be created in the desired category but at the top of the channel list
I recommend you set up overflow categories, which are additional categories, to prevent this in the future
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

if i may bother you for one more issues i am facing, i have a few diff ticket creation categories, do you know how i can have them named accordingly? lets say one category is called "card collectors" and one is called "funko pop collectors" how would i make it to where the "card collectors" ticket creation named the ticket "cards-0001" and likewise for "funko pop collectors" tickets as "funko-0001"

i actually did that…and when did that no one was able to open ticket cuz it was saying “u dont have permission to do this”…
That's very unlikely, make sure you edited the permissions
You would have had to edit the button options for that to occur
Please reach out to server staff, they will make sure you don't have an opened ticket and potentially close it or re-add you to it

The id is a number, like 12345678910 so: {12345678910} you can also do {@moderator} works both ways

yo, how do you create a dropdown panel for ticket tool?
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor
